      I have been struggling with the warranty replacement of the hybrid battery for my 2011 ****** Altima. Originally bought the battery in December of 2022. The process was fast and easy although they still listed the battery as begin for a CAMRY 2007-2011 but I did not worry since they knew the type of car I have and it was for a "lifetime warranty". When the battery started failing, I contacted them via email on 7-15-2024. Received acknowledgement and a warranty ticket on 7-18-2024. The warranty replacement was scheduled on 7-20-2024. After the guy tested and test drove the car he said it was good. He did say that the battery he was given had an issue with the "computer" so he had to remove from another battery he had and replaced it into our installed battery. We drove the car 6 miles to do some grocery shopping and when trying to get back home the car would not start. We had to two the car back home. I contacted the installer, and he said he was only a "contractor" and I would need to contact Green Bean which I did by text message as well as warranty email on 7-20-2024. I did not hear from anyone until 8-6-2024 that my install is scheduled for 8-12-2024 at 11:00 am. No one showed up and I texted them again to get a response that "the installer had a miscount on his inventory and will need to reschedule to soonest date". I have been without a car since 7-20 and still no idea when the repair would take place. No humans to contact, no responses and no caring of the fact that this has to be given a priority since it is a mistake on their part according to the installer. Today is 8-13-24 and I still have not hear anything from anyone. No one reached out to apologize or to expedite the process. That is horrible customer service and after sale warranty concern. Will post when they actually contact me and fix this nightmare. I am looking for a place to post a review online like YELP. Hopefully it gets their attention because nothing has worked so far.

      Green Bean Battery use to be Great in the past but now their ******************* is HORRIBLE. It is August 5th, 2024. Our Green Bean Hybrid battery went out on June 27th and I have been trying to talk to a human in the "WARRANTY DEPARTMENT" SINCE THE 28TH OF JUNE. It is now August 5th and no callback. I did get a message that they did receive my claim information. I called the sales line and left a message as and inquirie to see if they had any batteries for sale. I talked to Very Helpful young lady in sales that I finally got through to. She said that they were at least 3 weeks out on remanufactured batteries but that they did have 2 other options. I let her know that I did already have a Green Bean Battery under warranty and it had already been A MONTH and no one in the warranty department had made a call to me to even give me the option of a different battery. She had let me know that they have a battery with all New Cells or that they even offer a ************** Battery also with a 7 year unlimited Mileage Warranty. I let her know that she was very helpful but that their WARRANTY DEPARTMENT ***** now. I asked her to leave them a message to call me AND ALSO ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE ***** OF GREEN BEAN BATTERY. She sent messages to both and still no callbacks. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.I HAVE NOW BEEN WAITING FOR A CALL FOR 38 DAYS, AND HAVE A PRIUS THAT CAN NOT BE DRIVEN. The sales representative did let me know that she did see my Warranty claim in the computer and there were a few others as well. I am more than dissatisfied at this point, I am Extremely ****** Off. THERE IS NO REASON FOR CUSTOM SERVICE LIKE THIS. I HAVE DELT WITH CUSTOMERS FOR MOST OF MY ADULT LIFE AND WOULD HAVE BEEN FIRED IMMEDIATELY IF I HAD TREATED 1 CUSTOM THIS WAY.

      I purchased a ****** Camry Hybrid back in 2020 when I moved to *******, shortly after I had the battery replaced with a Green Bean Hybrid Battery. This battery worked great... until it didn't. Two years after getting the battery, in 2022, the battery started having problems but I had purchased the lifetime warranty so I proceeded to follow the instructions to claim my warranty. The company and technician were out to fix it the following week, only the first technician didn't have the proper parts so I had to wait a few more days for another technician to come all the way from *********** to *********** to properly fix it. After that, it worked great again... until it didn't. Two years after that, now in 2024, my battery goes out again and I once again followed all the steps needed to claim my lifetime warranty that I purchased. This was a month ago that I sent out my warranty email, I had gotten the confirmation email and even got a call a few days ago about getting it fixed but I had to cancel another hybrid battery replacement before I could accept the repair from Green Bean Battery, as I figured no one was going to come fix it and I was trying to move out of ******* to a different state. Unfortunately for me, the short two minutes it took for me to cancel the previous appointment was long enough for them to sell the battery they were going to use to fix mine so now I'm still waiting for a technician to come fix my car and my family and I are moving in two days and I can't bring my car so it has to stay in ******* with a useless hybrid battery that probably isn't going to get fixed. If I cannot get the battery fixed, I'd at least like some compensation to help my travels, I've got to drive over ***** miles to where we're moving and half of my stuff as well as my dead hybrid car have to stay behind thanks to Green Bean Battery. I need my issues fixed or I need a full refund on my lifetime warranty and I will not be using this company again.#WRNTY00059314

      I BROUGHT A HYBRID BATTERY FROM THIS COMPANY AND NOW THE BATTERY IS GIVING ME PROBLEM. I TOOK MY CAR TO THE MECHANIC AND FOUND OUT ITS THE HYBRID BATTERY, I SUBMITTED EVERYTHING TO THEM A WEEK AGO, UNTIL NOW NO ONE'S REPLIED TO ME TO LET KMOW ME WHATS GOING AND MY WIFE IS GIVING BIRTH SOON AND I HAVE NO OTHER TRANSPORTATION BESIDES MY CAR. IF I KNEW THIS COMPANY WAS LIKE THAT,I WOULD NEVER BROUGHT THE BATTARY FROM THEM , BUT YET THEY ARE SO QUICK TO PICK UP THE ***** TO SALE YOU BUT YET CANT PROVIDE ADEQUATE AND SUFFICIENT SERVICE WHEN NEEDED WHEN ITS TIME FORTHEM TO REPLACE THE MALFUNCTIONBATTERY , NO ONE IS AVAILABE .EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, CERTAINLY WOULD NOT REFER ANYONE TO BUY A HYBRID BATTERY FROM THEM.

      I bought a Prius battery on 9/2/23, it was no good and the tech had no spare. They had to send another tech on 9/4 with another battery. That one has now failed and I have been approved for a warranty replacement. I had purchased the lifetime guarantee. It took a week of zero communication to get the warranty approval and now its been another week and still no replacement scheduled. No one ever answers the phone or responds to texts or chats or emails. This is horrible. How can this business be accredited by the BBB???

      I purchased the lifetime hybrid battery warranty. I notified Green Bean on April, 18, 2024 that it was non-operational. I followed instructions set by Green Bean Lifetime Warranty requirements and I had the vehicle diagnosed at a local auto parts store. I provided all necessary documentation to Green Bean battery on April 22, 2024. I was notified by Green Bean that they would reach out when the battery was available to set a service date. Since then, I have had multiple conversations with the company. They have stated that there have been production issues. During the last text conversation, they responded Hello, we have encountered some delays regarding our appointments in ***** due to inventory and installers being out sick and personal reasons. Management will be taking a closer look at this area this week so we will reach out to you as soon as we have a date and time to propose. Today is June 2, 2024 and I have yet to have the battery replaced by Green Bean.

      Absolute horrible company. If I could give them a minus on the review, I would! I ordered a battery from them and had it shipped to my home for installation from a technician they provided. The technician was not familiar with installing hybrid batteries in my type of vehicle and told me that this was his first installation on my ******* Sonata hybrid. After he so-called installed the battery, the vehicle had the same issue and he told me that the battery that Green Beans provided appeared to be defective. He showed me the members in the battery and told me to recommend getting another battery sent out. I called the company and they gave me a thousand reasons on why it wasnt the battery. I then had my vehicle towed to 3 different auto repair companies that told me the battery was defective as well. I even had Green Bean battery to call the companies to talk to the service techs and I was still told that it was something other than the battery. I then asked for them to send another battery because it was still under warranty. They told me they would send another battery but I would have to pay an additional fee of $375 to do so. I sent them numerous emails and texts to send me another battery and that I would pay the fee and I have yet to hear back from them after numerous attempts.
