  Highly recommend this company for any battery replacement needs! ****** was super easy to work with and very informative. She was understanding and kind even through my skepticism. **** showed up within 48 hours to install my new battery. He was on time and worked quickly but with quality. He wanted to make sure everything was alright and we test drive the car together. He was willing to answer any and all the questions I asked. Ive had the new battery for a couple months and zero issues.

  When I bought my used 2013 Prius C 4 years ago, I asked how old the battery was and the dealer told me it had just been replaced. I even called the ****** dealer to confirm. I didnt know it at the time and I came to find out there are 2 batteries on a Prius. Guess which one they replaced? So my hybrid battery finally died after just 30k miles and I took it to the dealer who wanted well over $4K to replace it and it came with only a 1 year warranty! But fortunately I found Green Bean. My sales rep **** was great. He took the time to explain everything involved with the purchase and answered all my questions. Setting up the install was a snap. I got a newly refurbished battery with a lifetime warranty for far less than what the dealer was asking. My installer ***** did an awesome job. He arrive exactly when he said he would and went straight to work. He also answered all my questions and explained the install process. Everything about these guys was professional and fast. I highly recommend Green Bean!

  Extremely pleased with how everything turned out. My wifes 2011 Prius hybrid battery was heading into the great beyond. As a bit of a DIYer I researched what all would be involved if I changed the battery out myself. I then began researching pricing of batteries I could buy online. That is when I found Green Bean Battery. To my pleasant surprise the cost for them to send someone out to change my battery was the same cost (or in line) with what I was seeing to just purchase the battery and installing it myself. It was a no brainer, so I called Green Bean.****** did a great job taking my order and getting me set up. The very next day he had ******** scheduled to come to my house to install the new battery.******** showed up on time (in the pouring rain) and never skipped a beat on getting the new battery installed. He test drove it and reset all of the maintenance lights. Car drives like brand new! And came with a 3 year warranty free of charge! Very pleased

  Green bean battery did not disappoint. They arrived punctually and changed the battery of our car in literally 30min. As soon as I spoke to ******, she identified the exact issue that the car was having. She was very knowledgeable and professional walking us through all the process and giving us all the information needed. We are very happy with the results! would 100% recommend their service!

  My experience with Green Bean Battery was very positive. ******, the Sales Rep was very thorough in his explanation as to how the battery replacement replacement would work as well as payment process. He also gave the name of the Technician who would be replacing the battery in my Prius. ****, the technician called at the appointed time only to say that he was running late and expected to be at my place in about 40 minutes. He called almost to the minute to say he had arrived. Thanks to ****'s expertise, my Prius was up and running in about 90 minutes. Green **** provided sending appointment reminders one day in advance, with a phone number in case changes were necessary. All in all it was a very positive experience!

  I reached out to Green Bean after reading great reviews and hearing about the great price they offered. ****, my sales rep, was helpful and communicative. ********* came to install my battery and was thorough, friendly, and offered a lot of insight to my vehicle. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

  I inquired online and soon after, I received a call from ****** who was very friendly and answered any questions I had about getting my hybrid battery replaced. He got me scheduled and then called back to reschedule sooner! I had next day service which is amazing. **** was the one who installed the battery, he called to let me know he was close by, got everything finished in about an hour and did a test drive with me to make sure it was reading that everything was fine. I was shocked that they serviced my rural area too! We dont get many things delivered out this way so I was surprised they would do mobile installation but they did! I believe the city he said he came from was 4 hours away. That to me shows great customer service!

  I needed a service call to replace my hybrid battery and after my online request, **** got back to me within minutes and my appointment was confirmed quickly and professionally. My technician, *****, was friendly, FAST, and super knowledgeable - I learned so much about my car! I continue to sing the praises of Green Bean to every hybrid owner who will listen. ************* warranty makes the decision to go with them a no-brainer.

  the process couldn't have been more painless. Set it all up with **** online, called with a quick question, and then **** and *** showed up at my apartment and were done installing the batteries in under an hour. was easy, and my car works perfectly now. They also reset all my error lights.
