      We put request in for 3 ***lacement windows under warranty. We started in 2022 and have not received any return calls. We were told our *** would be taking care of the matter. 6 vm later no response. All documentation pictures were sent as requested. I am in a community with homes also had a problem with cornerstone ply gem windows. I need a number where I can talk to someone! No response with emails sent. Help

      We started the process of attempting to have a warranty claim on serveral windows back in November of 2022. We started by reaching out to the dealer that sold our builder the windows. After many many months of no response, we reached out again in March of 2024. A file was claimed and windows were delivered however the windows were the incorrect style and size for what is in our home. Fast foward and a representative from Conerstone Building Brands did a site visit, remeasured and reordered. We have been reaching out repeatedly to ******* ******** trying to get resolution.. All we get is pushback, delays and basically no resolution or the windows we are owed. It is appears to be a constant mix of ********************, communication and basically a stall tactic for Cornerstone to adhere to our warranty.

      Very unhappy that they arbitrarily decided to start charging shipping on defective windows on 4/1/25 related to the lifetime warranty that was purchased with them.

      Have been attempting, since the end of October 2024, to get the top half of a new window ***laced, due to a defect in the glass. I submitted the appropriate information and paid for shipping. Over a month later, I hadn't received the ***lacement so I called Cornerstone. The *** said there was a glitch in the order to the factory, thus my window wasn't manufactured. They reordered and I received the ***lacement in January 2025. Turns out the wrong half of the window was sent! I promptly called Cornerstone. They reordered (again) and said the ***lacement would be shipped after April 4. I phonedCornerstone today, May 2, to ask about our order. The *** said, after researching our claim, that the estimated ship date should have been March 31. She also said she would contact the warehouse and respond to me in three business days. The ***lacement process began in October 2024, and as of today, May 2, 2025, I do not have what I ordered.

It was confirmed that the replacement sashes are the correct sizes, though there are style differences due to updates in product design. Our technician provided hardware, including 10 pairs of hinges and hinge tracks, and reviewed installation guidance with your installer.

      I bought ply-gem windows through a contractor APCO in ********, ****. After several attempts to keep the windows from leaking air APCO agreed to replace my new windows with more new windows. The second set were worse than the first. The Cornerstone **** came out said the installation by APCO was very good and he sent my situation up the ladder to get a decision on what should be done to correct the problem. The response was that there were no visible defects in the windows and that Cornerstone would not do anything to correct the situation. So I now have 22 poor quality Ply-gem windows and I want to let future buyers know to be ware.

      Had windows installed and they do not work correctly. Bad windows but atrium will not replace them. They have walked away with my money and no issues have been solved. Do not purchase windows from this so called company. Poor customer satisfaction. Would give a zero star but you cant.

      ******** Windows has made it impossible to successfully complete a product defect claim. While initially accepting submitted relevant information and photos of the defective product, they do not follow up or even respond to emails or phone calls. They simply fail to respond. I would not recommend that anyone attempt to do honest business with this company.

      I want to give them Zero stars concerning their ******** window manufacturing and customer service. $23K and ************************* later, I have windows that were made wrong and weve been in an unproductive dialogue with them through Famous Supply (resellers) since early September. As a result OUR RENOVATION PROJECT CAME TO A HALT. We went with ******** because of the reputation and quality of their windows. Unfortunately, we have not experienced that.I will get an answer and a resolution one way or another. Just want to WARN OTHERS to steer clear of these windows.
