      Victra ********* store at **************************************. I went there to buy an Apple Watch and the associate added device protection and ************ services without my consent. After the negative experience I found reviews of others with similar experiences. Associate was nice but never presented that these services would be added. Very frustrating experience to undue this using ******* official customer support so sharing this to warn others that this store seems to have unethical practices, or complete incompetence, which I am doubtful is this the case, given many reviews stating additional occurrences of this happening. I also notified ******* customer support supervisor to escalate this Victra store to be investigated as they damaging ******** reputation. @Victra - please dont bother contacting me, your amount of 1 star reviews on this site says everything you need to know and that clearly Victra management is not able to address your business processes / practices.

      On Victras corporate website they claim, We dont just consider you a customer we strive to treat you as our guest when you join us in any of our nearly ***** convenient locations. Unfortunately, this could not have been any further from the truth based on my experience with the Victra staff working at the *********************************************************************************************************On November 16, 2024, I went to the store to explore my options for upgrading my iPhone 13 to an iPhone 16 Pro. I had acquired the iPhone 13 less than two years ago from the same location when it was an actual ******* store and not a ******* Authorized Retailer.I interacted with ***, a Sales Representative and ******, an Assistant Manager. Their actions, as well as the inaction of the Store Manager (***), clearly demonstrated a complete lack of basic customer service skillscertainly not representative of how I would treat a guest. There was a lack transparency, a series of omissions, relaying of inaccurate and incomplete information, lack of responsiveness, and actual ******** is no surprise that 50% of the reviews on **** about this store are negative with one-star ratings. I believe that track record clearly speaks for itself. Sadly, it seems customers or should I say guests with similar complaints spanning a considerable length of time are falling on the deaf ears of upper management as the negative reviews keep coming with no apparent action being taken.I would strongly encourage existing and potential ******* customers to avoid ********************** stores at all costs and deal directly with ******* staff at one of their company-managed stores.

      If there was a lower negative service star this business would get the absolute worst customer service in my life. I went into this authorized ******* reseller (VICTRA) they are NOT a ******* Corporate Store. I opened a business account for 4 new ********************** and a home internet gateway. ******* at the store about 1pm Sunday NOT BUSY I left that same day at 5:30 PM WITHOUT NEW PHONES IN HAND 4-1/2 hours and no one could figure out how to setup a business account. I return the next day and they said they would have a more experienced assoc sales for my account. The following day at 3pm ready to get my new iPhones. 5-1/2 hours later the store was closing and I still didnt have my account setup. At one point they had 4 assoc and the regional manager on the phone along with ******* tech support and they still couldnt figure the process out. Finally at 8:30pm I walked out of that store with 4 new phones and an internet gateway modem. really bad feeling in my gut that this was not done ******** telling anyone who will listen. ******* HOME INTERNET OR BUSINESS INTERNET DOES NOT WORK. Now the really fun part of to return the business internet gateway within the 30 day satisfaction window so you dont get charged $399. I had to call ******* customer service and support 6 times to get any resolution.The manger for VICTRA ******* reseller is terrible, NO help whatsoever. Now they refuse to answer my emails or phone calls.Weeks of waiting and calling I received the return label from ******* I had to make two separate trips to the store, treated terribly on both trips. The first trip they refused to even assist me, the next day they ignored me again and made me wait to pick the unit up Honestly I didnt and still dont trust them to take care of ***** is now December months after this nightmare with Victra started, ******* is still overcharging me for a wireless gateway that I returned. As well it is now 3 plus months after I switched to *******, buyer beware.

      Business says they open at 10. I was standing at the door at 9:45. My time is very valuable and I have a very small window to take care lf my phone problem. They never opened.

      I turned in my old phone in its original box to the Pocatello ***** store to receive credit for an upgrade on October 4th. That was my mistake. I should have turned it in to the ******* Store on ***********. I have been back to the ***** store (which IS NOT a ******* store) twice since then to get my old phone back because to this day I have not received a credit to my account and ******* customer support told me to go there and request that I get my phone back. I have been told its ******* property now and they do not have my phone or know where it is. Two different employees have told me that they dont have tracking numbers for anything they ship out. Yesterday, the employee stated *** doesnt give them tracking numbers and it can take up to two months for my phone to be received. Which is complete BS! He then pawned me off to the other employee, who seemed to know a little more and actually starting looking into the matter. While employee 2 was searching in their system, employee 1 had him go back into a room to show him something. Maybe, my phone sitting on the shelf! Who knows?? Employee 2 told me that he needed to fill out a 4 to 5 page form for my missing phone and if he needed anything from me he would get a hold of me. So, nothing has been resolved! I will not be scammed out the money owed to me. I will pursue legal action. This company is not ******* and should not have ******* signage on their business! Very misleading! Two completely different companies operating under the same name and not affiliated with each other.

      These people commit fraud, pure and simple. The pushy salesguy lied outright about the return policy. But worse, when I returned phones and asked to have the lines disconnected, he did not disconnect the lines. This created an ongoing drama. The Victra management can be assured that I escalated the issue to *******'s headquarters. It was a nightmare, and it took several months to get my money back. Stores who operate with such callous disregard for both customer sensibility and the law should be removed from our community.

      This unfortunately was the second time I've dealt with this company with similar results. It is the Victra ******* store representing *******. They tell you that a device, in this case an iPad, that would only cost me $0.27 per month. However, when the final billing washed out, there was going to be about $50 per month including fees, phone service (which I wasn't aware of or asked for), insurance for the new device and taxes. I would have never accepted the iPad had I known all these extra chargers. There was another time recently where the same situation occurred where they didn't disclose these kind of fees and charges. This is border line fraud in my opinion and I will never do business with them again.Just as bad as working with an unscrupulous car dealer!

      I purchased ***** Link hearing aids for $865.50 from the ******* location on *********************************, ********** will not refund my money for the ***** Link hearing aids. Today was my 2nd attempt. ***** representatives tell me that they should be returned at the location where they were purchased, which is ******* on ********* ***** basically, they are selling a product that you cant try on and they wont let you return after you find out they are no good. Regardless of whether they even work or not. They state that because I tried them on (by putting them in my ears) that the products are no longer in the same condition. This is not a good way to have ***** products represented in the marketplace I wouldn't think. My receipt is from a company called ****** and states that I have 45 days to return. I say they had no intention of ever giving me or anyone else a refund for this product. The rubber ear pieces could easily be replaced with new ones as they are removable and basically disposable. They are claiming that the product is not in original condition because I tried them on. My warning to others is to stay away from Over the Counter hearing aids sold by *******. Also, the ***** Link product I tried did not amplify sound and made chirping or feedback noises every time I moved my head around. The managers hide behind the employees at the location and will not return my email or speak to me on the phone. My wife and I have been ******* customers for decades and spent thousands on cell service with ******* may be time to move to a carrier that stands behind the products it sells.

      I went to a Victra store on ***** ****** ** ** ****** initially thinking it was a actual Verizon store since the sign said it. After buying a phone, I saw a remaining phone balance fee on my receipt for 10 bucks that no one at the store could tell me about after I returned to the store to question it. I do not have a remaining phone balance on my former 5 year old phone. There is also a set up and go fee of 40 bucks that they charged just to power up the phone on top of my connection fee from Verizon. No one at the Victra store could tell me exactly what any of those charges were and told me I would be charged 50 bucks if I return the phone. Also, I paid 56 dollars of taxes for a FREE phone. The actual Verizon store and customer service could not tell me what any of those charges were either and said it sounded shady. No one at Verizon corporate can help me with anything cause the phone was bought at a dealer and not an actual Verizon store. My Verzion bill now shows I am paying a upgrade fee and activation fee, so why did Victra charge me all these other fees for the same thing Verizon is charging me for on my next bill? Buyers beware buying from Victra or any third party authorized Verizon retailer for that matter.

      I wish I had read these reviews instead of Google reviews! The "sales" staff are completely misleading and deceptive. My sales person would not directly answer questions, used the "bundled" word instead of price, hands you the agreement to sign with all the pricing covered, and changed my plan to a higher priced plan without telling me. The set up and go fee is robbery along with remaining phone balance and overpriced case mate.
      Also, the IRS needs to look into their tax charges. Between local and state taxes I was charged $52.50 on a $295 total.
      This place needs to be investigated!
