    I have been issues getting someone to respond to my attend to resolve my issue. I had my son place the order for since I was in the hospital for a heart transplant. Ive tried explaining this to their customer service, only to met with ABSOLUTELY RUDE People. I also, been trying to do a return. Because, I order a recliner came with a back massager which I was not aware of at the time.

    I ordered 2 oversized RC cars for my grandsons for Christmas on 11/18/2024 and still have not received them. I called about my order a few weeks before Christmas and after being hung up on 3 times, they finally said they will send me a tracking number through email. We'll the tracking number is from some place in ***** called WANB express and everything I check it, it says it is in transit to the next facility.

    I ordered a stuffed animal on December 10 - have not received it yet - tried many times to email company - no response - I call the number and different people tell me to email the company - different people answer the phone every time I call - when I first placed the order - ******* called and said that my cc was compromised

    Date of Transaction: Nov 30, 2024 Amount paid $33 The business commitment was to send me a micro HD video camera in return for my purchase.I have not received my merchandise and immediately after the funds were submitted, I received a message saying they regret to inform me, but the order will be delayed. I called twice (as recent as yesterday (12/14/2024) and they keep telling me they will send an update on the delivery. I asked for a refund and the lady got barbarically nasty with me on the phone and yelled at me, "NO, YOU CANNOT GET A REFUND!" I was never told what the delay was, and might I add, I was not given a chance to ask. They ask for a very significant amount of information instead of the Order Number and prolong the phone call just to say they will send an update of the delivery. What good is that? Talk to me about a refund. Offer and apology. Let me know that you are not scamming me and make good on your business commitments.Also, the first time I called, I talked with a male figure, who told me he will send an update on the delivery. That date said DEC 2, which I think at the time had already passed.I googled for a mini cam and nanny cam and this company came up as an option where I can purchase such an item.

    November 26th 2024 I paid with credit card ***** plus insurance 5.00=55.00 The advertisement is a scam not true I still have not received it. I have tried calling the customer service number and they are rude and not polite..They can't answer my questions as where is my order..They should not have false advertisement and scam people like ***** first time ordering and I won't be ordering from them again. They have a bad review and should be able to scam people again..

    I bought a phone screen repair kit but what I got was not for mobile phones or tablets it was for a car windshield. Then they charged me $4.95 extra for shipping insurance that I declined. Today they tried to take $29.99 out of my account for no reason. They go by serner, ****** ect SCAM!

    I did not order anything from this website. I did call to dispute it and the individual on the other and demanded that I tell him how much the cost was and I dont have any of that information. This is just phishing

    Order places on 10/11, in the amount of $147.85. I ordered and paid for Heated Socks, Heated Jacket, rechargeable battery, and portable battery. I have a tracking link which hasn't changed and gives nothing but garbage and non-discrete information when you review it. I called the support number and requested an estimated delivery date 3 times. The 3rd party they have answering the phone is the same lady and she is rude. After speaking with her I do get an email from the support email address, but the email never gives me the estimated delivery date. It just provides me with my order # and the same tracking information I already have. When I respond to that email requesting the estimated delivery date I get zero response. Today was their last chance. I have emailed the support email and called and told them if I don't get the estimated delivery date, I'm filing a dispute with my credit card company. I'm also filing a complaint here because the business claims to be in *********, ** but this merchandise definitely is not coming from *********, **. I'm not sure how they can claim to be there but I'm doubting that is true.

    I purchased fairly standard ant insecticide sticks, placing the order on 9 Sept 2024. It took well beyond the 5-8 days of promised delivery, which was frustrating, and they finally arrived on 30 Sept ******* complaint and warning to anybody is that they steal your credit card information and make non-approved ********** the time of order, they attempted to charge via another LLC (***********) $4.95 twice on 9 Sept for some kind of shipping insurance which I had declined. I reported it to their **************** and since my card had been declined (because I had set restrictions) they were flippant and told me, "well, it didn't go through." When the fact of the matter is that I shouldn't have been charged.After waiting several weeks, I asked that my order be cancelled since I had no updates to tracking outside of "It has shipped." But no geographical locations were ever updated. I was told since it had already shipped it cannot be cancelled. Fine, it finally arrived on Sept 30, 3 weeks after the order was **********, I've been charged $34.95 on by Vvlsis on 9 Oct. I contacted customer support again on Oct 12 and asked why I was being charged and I was told it was declined and apologies for the subscription issue, it has been cancelled. Yet, here comes October 11th and I am charged yet another $34.95 by ******************. And yet another charge for $17.47 by ******I have not used this card with any other online seller and actually used a Digital card to prevent issues like this. I don't find it acceptable for them to say the charge was declined. It never should have been charged in the first place. AVOID AVOID AVOID and report this white collar crime. Shame to any and all "employees" operating for them (I spoke with ***, *******, and *******).The entire site is a scam. They WILL Steal your credit card info and sell your information to third parties.
