  Ordered the Wireless Backup Camera Full Hd For Rv Truck And Trailer from Vernier. It was listed as having everything I was looking for at a fair price. I paid $26.99 for it in Oct., 2023. I was able to get it working on delivery, but it hasn't been able to connect to the app since. I called them initially because they charged my credit card again in November for a similar price. Luckily my bank caught it and put a hold on my credit card. When I spoke to my bank, they said it looked like they tried charging yet again under a different company name. I had to cancel and reorder a new credit card. The first call to them: When I explained that I'd been charged twice (3x actually) and wanted to find out why, the gal acted like she couldn't hear me, and said please try us again. Several weeks later, when I tried to call because the item wasn't working properly, she did the same thing. She again acted like she couldn't hear me after I explained what happened. Clearly this company doesn't sell a good quality product, and have been dishonest as well.

  This company is a complete scam.First I ordered a small backup camera which didn't work. They offered a partial refund which I accepted. Today, they billed me again for the exact same order. I had to close my debit card to prevent any further charges.

  I bought a portable windowless air conditioner/ cooler. It was defective when received and it has been 3 months with no results. I communicated with them immediately and now they want me to return it to them at my cost for shipping promising a refund. I am out $200.

  I odered a Wireless Backup Camera Full Hd For Rv Truck And Trailer from Vernier. It doesn't do anything that was advertised. Very cheap and poorly made. I believe I fell for a scam.************

  They say on their site in plain English that orders will reach you in 3-5 days and that they ship from WITHIN *******. two weeks now and still haven't got the camera I ordered. And the tracking number they provided was from a ******* shipping company because it was being shipped from *****. They lied about that too. I tried to contact them and nothing by email or phone. It's even worse because they guaranteed shipping no later than 5 days Then as soon as I order it they send me an email saying that the item is so popular that it will take even longer to get to me and because of the inconvenience said they would give me 15 percent off my next order. Which will never happen. This place is a scam I think. It's been close to three weeks now and still no sign of it even being close to me and still no contact even after I've requested a refund. Several times.

  Terrible company, do not purchase anything! Product I ordered was defective & they never refunded my money, despite assurances that they would. Worthless junk, scam outfit. Only gave 1 star because zero stars or negative stars was not an option. My actual rating of Vernier Store? ??????????

  This company is guilty of FALSE ADVERTISING. They call products out as one thing then ship something different. They do not respond to emails asking for resolution. This company should be shut down. Dishonest, awful customer service, take advantage of the consumer. As noted in other reviews, they are scammers!

  4/3/23 I ordered a set of artificial teeth that were supposed to aid with missing teeth. The product is absolutely ridiculous! I didn't even try them. The company won't refund my money, and to add insult to injury, they had the nerve to charge me for some kind of monthly subscription fee of $16.95! I never signed up for this and would NEVER recommend this company for anything!************

  I have my own business and Ive been in business for 51 years, this is the worst company that Ive ever dealt with I received a Walkman that doesnt work they told me they have a 25% restocking fee. It was also missing earbuds and I have to pay for shipping which is $20. I only paid $69 for the product., And its going to cost me $36 to get a refund. Are you kidding me? they should be making good on the shell not making me the customer distract them the cost of acquiring a customer in this competitive world is astronomical and to lose one over $69. The only thing theyve accomplished is a strong customer, mistrust. After looking at the other reviews, its a parent me it does companies been getting away with scams. Dont buy from them unless you wanna be scammed.

  I would give -10 stars if I could. Do NOT buy from this scamming company! I was charged for a subscription I didn't knowingly sign up for. My item was delivered a month to late. I couldn't get a refund for the later order, and/or for it being the wrong size and it did not come with the heating unit. After they finally responded to the unauthorized subscription fees I was told the charges would stop and I would get a refund for the charges. I instead was charged again, then refunded for the last charge. I had to get my bank involved and report the fraud to get my money refunded.The merchandise was a joke all in itself. Don't use this company unless you want to be scammed!
