    On December 6, 2023 I placed an order (#**********) with Bear Creek Arsenal for an item which was shipped to my correct address and the item was received. The following day, December 7, 2023, I placed another order (#********) to be shipped to the same address as previous order, and it was shipped to an incorrect address. The second order was delivered to my previous address in a different city and was delivered to that old address according to ***** Tracking. On December I sent a letter to Bear Creek advising them as to what I believe had occurred and asked them to ****** item to my current address which I again provided. I also sent emails and have called numerous times and left messages. To date, I have received no response.

    I have a Bear Creek 9mm upper receiver. It's had approximately 370 rounds fired in it over the last two months. Shooting the rifle Friday (1-12-24) the s**** securing the charging handle sheared off in the bolt carrier and the aluminum charging is bent. I've tried e-mails and phone calls the Bear Creek and have not received a response from the. I would like the broken s**** and charging handle replaced.

    The upper that was sent to me was not an AR platform. After reading the numerous negative reviews, I tried to feed ammo through it sitting in my living room. It jamed with both magazines and would not feed 350 legend ammo through it. I immediately sent it back with a return authorization, however, they refuse to return my phone calls and my emails. They have my upper and my money. This is the worst customer service that I have seen in my 71 years! They should be ashamed of themselves! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Their so called warranty means nothing!! Believe all the negative comments about this company. I should have done more research on their honesty before sending them money! This is exactly how crooks operate, take your money, your product and then refuse to communicate! BEWARE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

    Your email that you sent on 1/11/24 was responded to on 1/12/24 letting you know that your return had not been scanned into our system yet and you would be notified by email that product received. once that happens the refund process would begin. Your item was delivered on 1/9/24 and is stated in the email sent with the *** label that once the item has been received into our system the refund process can take 1-5 business days.

    Ordered a complete upper, optic and mag on 12/19.Order was cancelled with no contact.Called, Left VM, no return call Reordered on 12/22, same issue.Located a message in my spam box 12/27 from their automated system but sent from another domain seeking to confirm my identity before processing my purchase.Called, Left VM, no return call.Emailed regarding release of funds, these were released on 01/02, and reordered a 3rd time.Item shipped on 01/03 with no signature required and was misdelivered by ***** on 01/04.Reached out to ***** and BCA on 01/04 to address. ***** performed investigation, referred me back to BCA for "lost package procedures".Have repeatedly emailed and called, tickets seems to be bouncing around with inconsistent replies.Latest reply was "have you checked with your neighbors". Already done during ***** investigation. I have repeatedly attempted to contact this merchant by phone to resolve issue quickly and succintly, but they do not answer phones or return calls. Emails or ticket submission through their website results in more automated emails. Receive PLENTY of marketing emails, but very little correspondence regarding ordering and delivery issues.

    I have recently purchased two different ar ******************************************************* nov 23 I understand the holidays, but I have called dozens of times and left messages with no reply. In my opinion this is very poor business practices and if I had known it was going to be this way I would not have purchased from Bear Creek. I just have a couple questions about the **** that maybe a safety issues and will not fire upper until I get some clarity and about my first order due to not being able to login to see my account which lead me to having to sign up for a second account. I would truly like a explanation I am very understanding guy buy my patience is gone. I can receive emails and text messages from this company wanting me to purchase more, yet no response returning my calls.

    I understand that Bear Aresenal tried to call me jan 11,  the number that they called from was flagged by ******* as spam and sent directly to voicemail  I have since changed that setting to be allowed to come through I then I have tried to call them a least 10 times since Jan 11

    order # ********** 11/14/2023 *** # ****-UA9MMCM416110P-SHGFS UPPER WITH HEAVY 9MM BUFFER. I SENT IT BACK UNDER WARNTY AND BCA REPLACED THE UPPER WITH AN NEW UPPER BUT DID NOT SEND BACK THE 9MM HEAVY BUFFER THAT IS NEEDED AND COMES WITH ALL 9MM UPPERS. I HAVE CONTACTED BCA ON 12/19/23 AND 4 MORE TIMES WITH NO ONE CALLING ME BACK THEY SENT A RMA # ******* THAT DOES NOT SHOW UP IN MY ORDERS FROM BCA. ALL I NEED IS BCA TO REURN/REPLACE THE ( 9MM HEAVY BUFFER THAT THEY DID NOT SEND BACK WITH THE REPLACEMENT UPPER ). BCA CUSTUMER SRRVICE NEVER CALLS BACK OR ANSWERS THIER PHONE LINES. THEY NEED A BIG FINE TO BRING THEM BACK .

    Purchased a 7.62x39, side charging, left hand ejection AR upper. Received the item and installed it on an existing lower. Hand cycled the upper to test function. Upper loaded a round as expected. Cycled it by hand and it failed to eject the round. Locked it open, tipped it 90 degrees up and the round fell out without restriction. Tried several times, same results. Upper is faulty and does not function. Tried email, chat and voicemail and have received no response from Bear Creek Arsenal. I have the upper boxed and ready for return and refund. I have no desire to do further business with Bear Creak Arsenal.

    Ordered from Bear Creek Arsenal. Package was delivered by ***** to wrong address.***** sent me an email as proof of delivery (See attached). The picture is not of any where on my property. It shows a concrete sidewalk and a black metal fence with a gate that has a box outside it with the delivery in it. I have no concrete sidewalks at my house. I have no black metal fences or gates at my property and I have no box for deliveries. Contacted ***** and they never found it. Just said it had been delivered and if still missing contact shipper. I've been calling Bear Creek Arsenal every day usually twice a day. I've sent them several request for customer service to contact me regarding this matter and they have been silent. This is the second time in a month I have tried to contact them and they have ignored me totally. I feel they need to do a better job on providing customer service. I'm afraid I will need to contact my credit card and report to them that I never received the ordered item. Hoping this will prompt a response from Bear Creek Arsenal.

And 2 D&H magazines. I have had constant issues with the rifle feed rounds into the chamber. I am reaching out to the BBB because it's almost insanity that Bear Creek won't answer their phone or return emails for customer service. 2 emails and 1 of them has been waiting for a reply since 11/27/2023. I have called too many times and left voice-mails. It's pretty sad that this company is failing this bad because the product itself, while having 1 function issue. Looks very nice. But they don't seem to care and I wish I could let people know before buying from them.As far as a resolution. All I want is a working Upper, I response from the company and they need to understand that this has cost me money in expensive ammo to try and fix the problem without their help. 458 socom is not cheap to be using to trial and error. Also it will cost me more time and money in ammo for a new Upper to re-zero assuming it does work.To the BBB, thank you for any help.To Bear Creek Arsenal rep. I'm sorry that I went through this route but something needs to happen to fix your customer service. It's pathetic, considering you don't have any and you won't let customer reviews go up on your website which is misleading.
