    Bear creek arsenal sells items that are dangerous and not checked for safety. I purchased a complete upper from them and noticed that my ammo didnt fit in the barrel it ripped the bullet from the casing. This is a serious safety concern. They never answer their phone or emails and refuse to communicate.

    Your RMA label was created for you on 12/13/23 and was delivered to us on 12/18/23. The warranty return then has to be checked into our system and an email is sent out to you, which you received on 12/21/23. In this email it states to please allow **** business days for the warranty process. We are currently working on your return and the warranty department will reach out to you with updates.

    I purchased this gun back in late spring of 2023. I paid $680.00. I havent been been ********* the weapon, it is BC-10mm pistol caliber carbine rifle. After firing the weapon 25 round it fail to eject the carriage. Auto which time bought it home to strip the weapon down to clean it and fine out what is going. At this time I saw that the extractor would not capture the rim of the 10mm case, I removed the Extractor to see if if the Extractor had burrs or dirt in the slot where it sat. As I was trying to replace it shot across the room, At this time I am unable to find the Extractor. My attempts to contact Bear Creek Arsenal has been fruitless at best. I have sent a text at which I feel is also fruitless at best. All I am trying to do is order replacement parts, I want to order 2 Extractor's, 2 spring and pins& 2 Firing Pins. They have the ********************** I have ever seen.

    I am rejecting this response because: I did receive a call from Breek Creek Arsenal, At which I was told that they would not send me the parts directly to  me. They would have to sent them to the *** dealer ( Full Bore Arsenal) they are the one that ordered the weapon for me. They informed me they dont sell parts, but this is a lie. They said they would contact Full bore, which they had contacted Them. This was ************************** at Fullbore gun shop and check to see if the parts have come at which time  I will have to contact you all again. They are dragging the feet on this.  It should not have taken this long to resolve.

    Oder # ********** Placed 10/10/2023 after discovering there was an issue with the rifle I was very concerned as I was sure they were a good company. placed a customer service request via email on 11/24/2023 on 11/27 got a email saying a ticket was created. It is now 12/12/2023 and I have not been contacted by their customer service team. I have left a voicemail no response. I called over 23times during the working hours keeps getting sent to voicemail. Its sad I can get help at the VA faster then getting help from them. Truly makes me sad as I want to support this company but they dont seem to care to want to support there customers after they get there money

    I recently purchased a Monstrum red dot/magnifier combo from BCA, I found out that my astigmatism was too bad so I figured I would send it back for a refund. I sent it back on Nov 27, 2023 and received an email saying it was received and the issue was resolved on Dec 7, 2023. In the email they sent med they said that the refund was completed and the credit was issued to my account? Im not sure what credit means in this scenario as I returned it within the 30 days of purchase but that is besides the fact. It is now Dec 11, 2023 and I still yet have to receive my refund, I checked my bank account and my store credit on their website and nothing is to be found. I completely understand that a refund directly to my bank account could take awhile, but I have emailed this company about 4 times now asking when I could expect my refund and how I will be receiving it, but not a single response so far. I have emailed the returns department and the customer service department and no answers all I want is to know when I can expect my refund and how I will be receiving it, that is all. I had a great experience with getting the package delivered but the customer service has been absolutely horrible so far.

    Your order was refunded on 12/7/23. The credit  goes back to the card used to purchase the order with. The bank usually takes anywhere from 3-5 business days to issue the refund back to your account.

    Date 10/23/2023,I paid bear creek arsenal $366.00 dollars I called, I text,I sent emails, no response, I bought from them for in the past no issues, I ordered a 20" 6mm arc for hunting. The last day for buck hunting is 12/10/23,All I want is what I paid for. Or refund my money thanks

    Date 11-29-2023 I ordered 3 AR-15 uppers. My card was charged for all 3 devices. I got a fed ex tracking number the same day. When my shipment came in it only had one ar upper. I have been calling and e-mail the company for days. I want my product or a refund for the unshipped uppers. I don't we have a fulfillment problem since they don't respond to you.

    11 21 23 was date of transaction ****** was transaction amount 2 complete uppers ordered with only one shipped. Multiple attempts thru multiple channels to contact customer service failed. Also, no responses to emails.Order # was ********** Would like second upper shipped, substitution options if ordered model not available or refund of monies.

    Bear Creek Arsenal Fraud On 11/29/23 I ordered an item referenced in order # *********. The item was posted for $309. I also ordered an item for ***** that I have not received. I received an item that I did not order and was discovered on their site for $260. I don't want the item they sent. The business does not answer their listed phone and gives generic bot email returns. I am not sure if they are even a legitimate business anymore. I really just want a refund as they have no customer service available for future resources.I am concerned that I won't get a refund even if I return the item I was sent. Any help you can provide would be appreciated.

    I received a BCA 10" 12.7X42 upper receiver as a gift. When I installed it on a milspec lower receiver I noticed it has a gap between the back of the upper receiver and the buffer tube extension on the lower receiver. I reached out to Bear Creek Arsenal on 11/3/23 via phone and email. I sent supporting photos as well as a details of the issue. I ha called them more times than I care to count and have emailed them weekly and have yet to receive a response from them. All I am wanting is for them to send me a replacement.
