    I ordered a part from BCA and received the wrong parts. This would not be a huge problem if I could speak to someone with the company and get the issue resolved and sent the correct parts that I ordered. Ive been calling BCA for the past 2 days nonstop and have gotten no answer. *** left a voicemail and still no response. This is unacceptable especially during normal business hours.

    I purchased an AR15 ****" **** upper. The upper short strokes and after firing the casing does not eject and jams in the receiver. I have to manually clear and start over. I've put this upper on multiple lowers that work with other uppers and the problem stays with the Bear Creek upper. I've tried a variety of buffer weights, nothing helps.I've called Bear Creek many times, no one answers the phone for either customer service or sales, all calls get transferred to customer service VM. I've used their on line "Contact Us" but don't hear back. I've left several messages on the customer service VM but don't hear back. All VMs left are polite with a concise description of the issue and include my name and phone number.

    I have been trying for several weeks to purchase an ar15 upper but the web site will not allow me to use my gift card. even more frustrating they fill my inbox with discount offers to complete purchase but none of them will work either. i have called and left many, many voicemails, several online help requests and NOT one word from BCA. had a really good sale a couple of weeks ago and tried real hard to get somebody to respond so i could get it ordered but not single response. i cant believe how terrible the customer service is at this company. i want to use the gift card my son bought for me and order what i need. only filing this complaint as a last resort because from reading other complaints and company responses this is only way they will respond.

    I apologize for the difficulty you are having with applying the gift card code to your order as well as the coupon codes.

    Please be advised, when using our discount codes, they do not stack and not all coupons will apply to rifles, pistols, lowers. Discount codes will never work on sale items, third-party items, or items that are tagged new offers.

    I see where you have contacted on 9/29 and a cx service rep responded to your email on 10/5. You also contacted on 10/10 where cx service responded back on 10/16. 

    I am going to have a cx service rep reach out to you by phone to help you with applying your gift card code.

    order 2000805041......I purchased an upper from you ...when i received it i just installed it on my lower and put it in the safe...well i had a very scary moment today with BCA upper i bought...I bought a complete upper for my AR. I had not had a chance to shoot it so i had it just sitting in the safe...well i took it out this weekend and got it setup with flip up sights and a reddot...so i took it to my local gun shop so they could bore sight it for me before i took it to the range. well as i was standing there next to the guy bore sighting it in i noticed he was having some issues with the bore laser...he kepts checking it to see if it was working properly or to see if there was some damage to his laser...so i asked him what the issue was and he said he was not seeing the laser beam coming out...so he got a flashlight out and checked the barrel for any obstructions...well he didnt see any light so he got a cleaning rod out to run it down the bore...well i was standing right there when he ran it...well this thing came out...it was half way up the barrel along with some plastic pieces...this was a brand new barrel i never fired once...scary to think if i had taken a shot with this stuck in the barrel...i was setting this up for my other half and if i had her just shoot it at the range i would have had a major problem...i tried calling you all today several times but all i got was voicemail.please give me a call at ************ i have written them on ********* sent them an email, and called them and they have not got back to me at all...zero contact

    "I have already shipped back the upperIt shows it will be delivered todayas for the replacement I have been giving it some thoughtThis whole situation has given me a very nervous feelingI was getting this ready for my wife to shoot and if she had fired it with the debris in the barrel there is a general consensus it would have exploded on her possibly caused injury to her and to all of us around here when it was firedwell I sill want to have faith errors just happen but not when it could cost someone their lifenot good.  So this is how I want to proceed.  This is what I want in replacement

    September 2023, I Ordered a 20 complete upper cold hammer forged, received a 16 carbine barrel. Order # **********. Sent email and called several times with no response. Horrible experience thus far.

    i ordered a **** upper receiver on June 17th, 2023, order number **********. I was shipped the wrong upper receiver and had to return it. When the correct one arrived it would not chamber a shell. I contacted Bear Creek again and it was 'repaired'. This upper pierces the primers, is not head spaced correctly resulting in blown primer pockets and the cutting or stripping of the side of the shotgun shell. Most concerning is the gas blowing back when fired (**** attachment). As you can see in the bear creek arsenal document this is an ongoing issue. I have a ticket number issued (*******) from Sept 19th, 2023 and have as yet to be contacted. When the repaired upper was returned to me the last time the barrel was loose in the receiver which is unacceptable. Feel free to see my review/issues with this item on my ******** page ****** Lake Firearms. The fact that it has been 5 months and the issue is not resolved is beyond my comprehension. I had several customers that were interested in this item for AR-15 builds and they obviously went with something else entirely. I want a new **** to replace this one which clearly has problems or a full refund of the purchase price. I have made repeated attempts to call the customer service number and get a recording and no call back.

    I was doing a lot of research about this company and saw about 50/50 reviews. A lot of negatives about the customer service aspect and some of the parts being damaged when received. I went ahead and took the chance. After emailing quite a few times in a week timespan. no response. After my Order was shipped, the next day it got returned back to sender because of illegible label. After receiving that tracking info from *** directly. I called plenty of times with no luck to reach anyone. then finally the fourth call i got ahold of someone. After reviewing the order the customer service rep was unable to do anything and had to email the shipping **** and have yet to get back with me. ? After 3 more days since they apparently resent out my order. have received no info if it actually shipped or anything. no tracking info. *** left PLENTY of Voicemails and a several emails and yet nothing. after another 7 days since they were supposed resend out my order. *** called and sent emails and have yet to hear back from anyone.

    we shipped out the original shipment on 9/25 and it was not returned to us until 10/4 (1ZRE88790399847791)

    On 10/4 we shipped the package out to you once more and it was delivered on 10/6 (784604305655)

    We could not reship the product back out to you until we received it back in house from the shipper.

    Order # ********** This order was placed on March 29th 2023. I purchased a BC-15 | 7.62x39 Right Side Charging Gen 2 Upper Receiver/*** Combo. The *** they sent as part of the combo was wrong. They included a left side ejecting *** in a right side ejecting receiver. I went to use the product on May 25th that was shipped wrapped with the *** inside of the receiver; due to this, I did not discover the problem until I went to use it. I had contacted them on May 25th 2023 via email and after sending them the requested pictures they agreed to replace the *** with the proper one and sent me a return label. I received an email on June 20th 2023 acknowledging that they had received my return. Since that date they have never replaced the product, nor issued a refund of any sort. I have tried multiple, multiple times and ways to contact them to no avail. They never answer the phone and messages are not returned. I have also emailed the company many times via two separate company emails that we have communicated through in the past with zero response. I have purchased thousands upon thousands of dollars in products from them in the past 2 years. I did not want to file a complaint but am left with no choice after months of fruitless attempts to get a response.

    I sent a rifle in for repair. It didnt work from the start. Bear creek will not send it back to me. They sent it to a gun store and I am definitely not going to do another background check for my own rifle. Obviously I did the first time when I bought it. They sent it to the gun store as a transfer but its not. It is my own rifle.

    I am rejecting this response because: I reject their offer. The solution is to give the gun store(******************) a shipping label so the store can ship the rifle back to the bear creek arsenal then the company can send it to me at home. I am not going to do another background check for my own gun. I did one when I bought it and doing another one will cause a lot of confusion with the ***. The state law is perfectly fine with this and would prefer it so as not to waste paperwork and is the normal and obvious way to conduct business. All others do repair transactions the same way. Their way is abnormal.

    We placed an order on 6/22/23, order #**********, for a gun upper and two ammunition magazines. We received them three weeks later (we were not warned of a delay) on July 10. Upon opening the box for the upper, we realized that the spring and buffer were missing but were advertised as included. I used Bear Creek's website to report the missing parts and to request they be sent first on 7/10 and then again on July 23. I also emailed directly from my email to their customer service email address on July 10. We have heard nothing from any of our efforts, and it is now August 19. We would like the company to contact us to arrange shipping of the missing parts.
