Two hex screws broke ************, that held the charging handle both in less them 8 shots. Website states Lifetime warranty. I called company 5 times, emailed them 5 or 6 times, not a lack of customer service, NO customer service, no replies to messages or emails. This is horrible for the business they are in, Faulty firearms.Worse company I have ever in 60 years had to try to deal with.Business Response

I used two different brands of quality ammo.I was wearing proper eye protection so I was not hurt but there is obviously a dangerous problem with it.I called Bearcreek Arsenal support several times a day during business hours for a week with no answer and then via email and have followed up repeatedly with no answer. I even tried contacting them on their ******** page and leaving comments asking for the best way to reach them to get this resolved. almost every comment I got back was negative and talked about how Bearcreek has horrible support.I want to have them repair my rifle, but I am concerned that they have terrible service and I may have another issue that they won't reply to. I also spent $200. to have the rifle Ceracoated which I don't want to lose if I get a refund. Not to mention the hours of time I have spent trying to contact them for going on a month now.Business Response

The item I ordered "Order# **********" was missing the buffer spring and guide rod for the bufferless upper. I desire for them to send the parts that were missing. I have called numerous times to no answer and no reply to my messages. I only receive general emails. I only have 30 days to return the item, but I do not want to return for a store credit and also a waste of $30 of my money for shipping. I only need the parts that were missing. I have received 6 of the same generic emails with return options only. Their chatbot is basically useless. I like BearCreek a lot, but your customer service after the sale needs work. On 4/7/2023 Order# ********** I purchased a Bear Creek Arsenal 22lr upper. @35yrds shooting 10rnd groups I cannot get tighter than 4.5"s and that was the best. Most were 5.5"s and larger. Swapped scope to 10/22 and did sub 1" then remounted to the BC-22 upper and went back to horrible grouping some as large as 7"s. I've only shot 125rnds through it. I have called 20 times with no answer and left multiple messages with no return call.Tried to use the contact page on the website with no luck due to the captcha not loading and I'm on fiber high speed Internet. Like many I've also tried calling sales with never anyone answering.All I'm asking for is someone to give me a RMA so I can return it to them and they can see there is something wrong with this barrel. I would imagine after a bore scope and trying it out themselves they would find it defective and send a replacement. I do like the physical build of the upper. It's solid and feels like a quality upper, I think I just got a flawed barrel some bad rifling, ***** and grooves, or crown. Something simple. Wish I didn't have to go through the BBB to hope to get a response.I would like a replacement,that's all.Business Response

I ordered parts from bear creek arsenal which were supposed to be delivered over a week ago. After countless attempts of contacting them with no luck or response and watching my package make its way around the country twice it got delivered at a random address in ************** with a different name signing for it. Order received in timely manner however there were missing parts. These parts are very crucial and entire ore is useless without them. BCA customers service is nothing else jus answering machine! Nobody is there is after weeks I still can not reach anyone to talk to. Same for emails, no one responds tho them as well. I bought a full .22LR rifle from BCA on 10/30/23. After a week I saw it was still processing and I saw in their FAQ the time and they said allow **** days. So I did. 14 days passed and nothing. Now Im on my 18th day and have not seen anything change or process. I contacted and they just opened up a ticket. No response. I called throughout the week, straight to voicemail. I am rejecting this response because:No one ever reached out to me on the status of my order. The best course of action was to have someone actually call me and see what outcome I wanted. As stated here, I just want delivery to take place. I never once asked for a refund. I check my email today and Its an email my refund has been started. I bought this rifle for a reason, and Im not gonna go and pay another $10 for it because my original order was refunded without my request. This all would have been resolved with proper customer service rather than fronting on here to make it seem like you took care of me.
