    Order ********** placed 7/12/2023 for 2 AR15 upper assemblies in 350 Legend caliber. ***** tracking number was received the following day (************). Package was received 7/17/2023 with ONLY ONE upper assembly. Customer service rep at BCA stated that he would check the order and reply via email that day. Numerous days later I have received no email, no product and no one answers the phone at BCA.

    On 6/20/23 I ordered a 223 upper from bear creek. On date 6/27/23 I received a order from bear creek but it was not what I ordered, I received a 22 mag upper. I call customer service they issue a return tag Number *********. I send it back waited my 14 plus days then tried to call them. Since that time bear creek will not return and email I have sent, or phone message I have left. there customer service is a joke you leave a message which is never returned, and email is automated. I have been a customer of bear ******************** for years, all I want is to get is what I paid for. Now a month plus into this purchase I have nothing. I sent the wrong upper back and never received my upper or even a return call are email. I would have to warn everyone I thought this was a simple problem to solve I sent back the wrong upper and they send me what I purchased, but I guess I was wrong I thought I was dealing with a company I could trust, I would say after a month of email and calls with no answers or help I could not recommend this company to anyone. I have the information of what i ordered and what I received even took pitchers of the upper before I sent it back. that does little to help when you can not get customer service to contact you.

    I made an order nearly a month ago. I have attempted to contact the company literally every day via phone call, and emails. Absolutely no responses, no calls answered nor returned. No shipments shipped. No actual way to contact anyone that legitimately works, so in essence they have stolen money supposed to be for the purchase of goods.

Due to the legalities associated with lowers and or full rifle assemblies we must comply with paperwork requirements due to the weapons being serialized.

    I placed order #********** on 6/21/2023 which consisted of 2 uppers in 556 caliber. BCA' sent me a ***** shipping notification on 6/28/2023 that the package was shipped. It left ************** and travelled to GA and then sent notification that the shipping label was incorrect and was sent back to **************. I received another notification on 7/05/2023 that the label was corrected but has not moved from ************** since that date. I have tried calling their customers service every other day over the last 2 weeks to see what the problem is with shipping it out but no one will answer the phone or return messages left on their answering device. They will not respond to email inquiries either. There has been no contact with this company besides a survey solicitation asking how I liked the order I haven't received. They also send me emails daily asking me to buy more products which I probably would if they would ship me what I already have purchased.

    Hello on June 8th 2023 I placed an order with Bear Creek Arsenal (Order #: **********) for a complete upper PN:9194N-UA308RMW20110SSMFFUR15MSR and I paid for it by financing it through Credova ACCT #: ********** for $369.99 and have already paid this amount off with credit union on June 22, 2023. The product was delivered damaged on 6/16/23 Tracking #: ************ so I contacted BCA and arranged a replacement under their RMA return label ********* I shipped the return on June 19th 2023 and it was delivered on June 27th 2023 Tracking #: ***************. BCA confirmed the shipment had gotten there and one customer service rep had stated the replacement would be sent out the same day the return had got there. I heard nothing so I called with no response back multiple times I then emailed finally hearing back a couple days past saying the process would take 3-4 business days to check into their system and ship a new item. I hear nothing back for another week Im not getting through to anyone by calling I leave voicemails and no one calls back emails go over their heads with no reply until eventually finally someone responds back in email saying itll take **** business days and it has already exceeded that time during the email. I tell them I just want my money back but no one will answer any calls now or emails. I want my money back this company has ignored me for almost a month and keeps giving me the cold shoulder. If no resolution Ill have to go to small claims court. Thank you please feel free to call or email me.

    I have been attempting to contact BCA customer service for 3 days now and seems no one is working. I havent gotten a response to my emails either. I am trying to get a DEFECTIVE 9mm upper replace ****** warranty that I purchased barely a month ago and it broke on my first time firing it. I feel as tho BCA is intentionally neglecting my problems and I do not appreciate it. I am genuinely trying not to move forward with legal action. But I am being left with very little choice

    .17 HMR upper. #*******-2000999005 purchased 06/09/2023 $225.14 I purchased a .17HMR upper upon testing the upper the extractor blew out when the upper malfunction. The ammo blew out from ******* well and blew out the magazine. I called over 2 weeks ago and the customer service put an order in for the bolt extractor. I don't want to return the product, I just need the bolt extractor. If I have to purchase the product, I don't mind paying for it.
