I placed an order for a complete upper and 3 magazines. I did receive a tracking number and although it was slow to process subsequently received the upper. However no magazines. I received no separate shipping information to suggest that they were sent separately and after several days of calls and attempts to reach customer service I've yet to receive any response.Business Response

I ordered a complete upper receiver from them on June 22th and ordered number ********** I haven't received a single email back or phone call. The upper I ordered was in-stock at the time of order and it is not. Sent probably 3 emails to them and called 6 times.I guess customer service is on vacation, because still no response. This company is a joke.I've gotten ahold of my credit card company and I'm disputing the charge on my card. I had a store credit of $87.98 after returning a defective glock barrel. So I used it to purchase 2 boxes of American Eagle 9mm and 1 box of Sig ***** 9mm ammunition. The order number was **********. I had to pay an additional amount around $36 for this order because they would not refund my money for the defective glock barrel. I received the order on June 26 2023 and immediately notifed BCA customer service that they sent two boxes of Federal American Eagle **** instead or Federal American Eagle 9mm that I had ordered. I don't have anything that uses **** ammo. They emailed me a return authorization and a return label for Fed Ex. I repackaged the wrong two boxes of **** attached the label and shipped it back. It was signed for at BCA returns **** by a person named ******* on June 30 2023. Since then I have heard nothing from this company. They do not answer the phone and their tickets they generate if you email or call are a complete joke. Nothing happens and no one communicates by any means. They say in their information that they go the extra mile to help customers with their orders. If they sent the wrong product then one would think a business would correct that without any delay. I want my two boxes of Federal American Eagle 9mm ammo sent out immediately.Business Response

Hello. Today 7/28/2023 after waiting a month to ship the wrong **** ammo back to BCR and then waiting over 2 weeks for their very slow warranty **** to accept the shipment, and then for them to ship me the 2 boxes of Federal American Eagle 9mm 115 grain 50 rounds each, I received one box of ****** 9mm 124 grain 20 rounds. I paid $38 per box for the Federal American Eagle 9mm I ordered plus shipping which is over $72 and this one box of ****** 9mm is only worth $22. In other words the owe me at least $50. I want this straigtened out quickly and I would think the *** of this company would be interested in making things right. I want them to send me a label for return shipping addressed to the *** or chief manager and I want him/her to personally see that the correct two boxes of Federal American Eagle 9mm 115 grain 50 rounds each box, is sent to me quickly and surely.

The company has not responded or taken action in good faith in response to my complaint, They once again sent me the wrong product that is not what I ordered and is much less in cost, technically I am out $50 plus shipping at least.

Bear Creek Arsenal sent out an email with a promotion of a free knife with the purchase of an AR upper. We purchased an upper but did not receive the promotional knife as stated. When contacting customer service, we were given the runaround. After several emails, we were told that we did not purchase the correct upper and that only 2 uppers qualified for the promotion. When the numbers from the promotion (992N or 908N) were put into the search on their website, 6 uppers were available for purchase, not 2. I am rejecting this response because:When I put the two codes into the search engine on your website, 6 uppers were made available for purchase, not two. I purchased one of the 6 that were available when the codes were entered. This is a bait and switch offering. How am I supposed to know that it would have been automatically added to my cart. The promotion does not state that. Your promotion was vague and misleading which led to a purchase I would not have made.
Because I did purchased an upper that came up when the two numbers on the promotion were entered, I should be entitled to a free knife as the promotion states.

I am rejecting this response because:None of that information is listed in the promotion-it simply states to order an AR upper-no specific code UPC code was given on the promotion. The only codes listed were entered into your companies search bar and several purchase options were made available. NOT JUST 2 AR uppers. I purchased the upper as advertised. If you fail to fulfill your end of the promotion, this is false advertising and/or bait and switch. Please send the free knife as advertised as I did purchase the item as advertised on your promotion.

Made a mistake and ordered wrong upper, called customer service the next day to change the order and they said it cannot be changed so I asked to cancel the order and they told me it couldnt be canceled, I would have to wait until it was delivered and send it back and wait for a refund and order it again, Ive waited a week already and it hasnt been processed yet.
