    I have bought 4 ars From Bear Creek. Their customer service is substandard, but their product is high-quality. I have not had a problem with any of my purchases.450 bushmaster 1 1/2 moa, 7.62x39 sub moa, 223 moa and thats because it is open sights and 556 heavy barrel sub moa. It would be nice if they had better customer service were you could talk to somebody and ask questions but my opinion their product is quality at a good price.

    Over the past 7 years, I have assembled 11 AR platform rifles of various calibers either using parts from BCA or assembled uppers installed on lowers that I assembled. Maybe I'm lucky, or they like me for some unknown reason but I have never encountered a single solitary problem with any of their products. No, I do NOT work for BCA, never got anything free from them, don't know a single person who works there or owns the place, just my .02 regarding my experiences with them and their products. I did have one upper shipped to me that was a **** and I had ordered **** Wylde, emailed them, got an RMA and return label and sent it back. The correct item was immediately shipped after they received the return.

    I bought a complete ar15 450 bushmaster. Once received it would never go to full battery. Returned for a repair and once received back could only put 10 rounds through and again wouldnt go to full batttery. Left a email again about this twice and heard nothing. This is very unsafe. This has to be removed/pried out at the range as I dont want to travel with ammo stuck in it. ***

    I placed an order 3 weeks ago. It's been 16 business days and still no tracking number.I've called and left messages and emails about the order and have received nothing back.

    I have been waiting 3 weeks for an order have left 4 phone messages and a couple emails but no one will reply why do they keep sending me text with new offers when they can't even fill the orders you've already charged me for.

    Yeah it's been 2 weeks with a company that so big takes so long it was supposed to take 2 weeks and it's been 15 days that's their word saying 1 to 14 days I haven't heard nothing from them they don't answer their phones they don't answer their emails will not be ordering from them again their items generally decent but not decent enough to put up with this kind of customer service

    DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT, buy from here unless you're ok with waiting until they decide to send you whatever it is you purchased. My order has been in "processing" for over 17 days. You cannot cancel or modify an order once it's "processing" so you just have to sit and wait without any updates or any contact at all. Search around and find what you need elsewhere!!! It's not worth the hassle at all.

    DO NOT order from BCA- My upper had a defective extractor that broke on the TWELFTH round and has been a useless brick ever since. They have told me 3 times they would send a replacement extractor- they never actually send it. I then finally took a break from work to actually call their customer service, after going to voicemail 4 times in a row they literally blocked my number so I cant call customer service. Thus I have a $200 useless brick lying around now with a proprietary sheered extractor thanks to them

    I ordered an AR10 upper and lower on June 28th and from that day to July 11 I tried to reach them. Pobably the WORST customer service I have ever encountered, IF you can call what they provide as customer service. They dont answer their phones, they dont return voice messages, they dont return emails and they dont respond to questions on their ******** page. I just hope that their product performs well because a LOT of folks think they are a joke. YMMV Good luck with your purchase if you go that route!
