    I have also tried to reach out and there customer service is no help what so ever. All I wanted to do is ask questions on the feeding issues on the 350 legend upper. I sent my upper back to bca I doubt they will fix the issue.

    Recently bought 22" 6.5 creedmoor. Finished build, blowing back primers. Pieces from primers are being found in firing pin hole of **. Called customer service if that's what you want to call it. Said it needed a adjustable gas block. Instead of sending it back, I bought the adjustable gas block . Didn't fix a thing! Horrible customer service. It's going back now! Blowing primers, bad feeding, jamming. I must have got the Friday afternoon drinking employee, rushed my order through so they could start drinking.

    Horrible ***************** Placed an Order on 3/15/23, item has still not shipped, no one answers the phone or returns phone calls, when you send an email all you get is an acknowledgment of receipt of the email but no response addressing your issue. Will not be doing business with them again **************

    Pray, if you're religious, or hope that you do not have an issue with an order or a product from BCA. Between the never answered phone calls and the generic email non-responses and run around it may drive you nuts. After days of calling and leaving messages and emails about my order, I have received some replies; one call from a rep. who simply stated he had no authority or ability to do anything about my issue, and a couple emails more concerned with letting me know that I could place another order than resolving the problem. My issue is that I did not receive the discount that was shown in my cart and that I was due for this order. I received a discount code from BCA in an email. I logged in to my account, entered the discount code, and put together an order of discount eligible items in my cart. Each time I selected an item the cart showed the original price and showed the discount amount, and showed the final discounted price. When I placed the order I was billed the full price with no discount. I don't know if this is typical of them or if I just happened to be the lucky one. BTW - I received my order in good time and the parts seem decent but not tested yet.

    I bought a 50 ******* barrel that has some of the finish missing and some black gunk on the inside. The rifling looks like it was done by a six year old with a screwdriver. BCA's customer service is, not answering the phone or email...

    BCA sent me an email to return the defective product I received. A big part of the problem is figuring out how their website works. There's a couple of small windows that don't show on my laptop screen, so I couldn't fill out the return request. In different light the windows were visible, they should outline them in black so they're more easily seen...

    got the 350 ledgend upper shoots great was very happy with it . i was able to get 10% off when i bought it that kinda helped me on buying it . dont know about custumer care so far havnt had an issue . was a good price for what i got. i may get a bewulf or a 7.62-39 if they have anymore sale deals or promo codes

    Tighten up the customer service. If a customer has a question, at least take the time to provide a response worthy of a question. Not just repeat the question with a bunch of ????? Attached.

    I would like an option to award a fraction of a star for BCA's level of customer service. I order an in-stock AR 15 on November 24th 2022. Here I am January 5th still waiting on a refund from BCA. Yes, they received the merchandise on December 9th at 2:45pm signed by a staff member. How do I know, I got on online and verified. Why would BCA say they don't have the merchandize? I don't know. All I know is I have repeatedly attempted to contact BCA via phone and e-mail. And I get no response except an e-mail stating they have received my e-mail and will get back to me, with in 14 busness days. They have not gotten back to me, they have not confirmed receipt of merchandize, AND they have not refunded my monies. Terrible customer service BCA. I will make sure anyone who talks about getting a weapon of any sort goes anywhere except BCA. I'm 54 I have gotten bad customer service before but this suspicious disregard for the customers that trusted BCA, should be embarrassing. Shame on you BCA. Give me my monies back.

    Ordered 3 weeks ago and it’s still processing. No communication. No email responses. No response to Facebook messages.
