      Today I went to the ****** ****** franchise to purchase a dozen doughnuts and receive the $2 LTO dozen. The original dozen should have cost about $13 and the additional dozen for $2 for a total of $15 pretax. However, I was charged ~$18 for the LTO dozen and then ~$3 for the extra dozen for a total of $21 pretax. I attempted to explain the discrepancy to the store but they did not appear interested in entertaining my concern. I am filing this complaint, not only on behalf of myself, but for the numerous customers who have or will visit within the tree day promotion period who are also overcharged. I can only, obviously, speak to this one location, but have a grave concern about the overcharge and blatant disregard for customer care. We choose to invest in companies and wish they would in terms invest and care for us. For example, if in this one location it gets 300 customers each day for the three day promotion charging them what would equate to ~$7 (with tax) more each customer; that is a total of $6300 over three days that this one location.

      James ********* from Krispy Kreme has been working on my case for over a year. When I stop pestering, I hear nothing. I want my issues resolved once and for all. I'm sick and tired of being told there is no issue with my rewards account. Yet I arrive at your stores and they said there is nothing they can do. Do you know how embarrassing it is trying to redeem a reward. They pack up all my donuts, and then they can't get it to work so I just leave. I'm not going to pay for donuts that should be included with a reward. I'm frustrated at the circles I runaround in because someone can't figure it out.

      I have 2 visits starting July 19, 2022 and today July 30,2022. The service is horrible whether you go in the morning or night. There is never hot doughnuts, coffee machine always broke, the intercom for drive-thru broke. I spoke to the manager about it tonight, he responded it don't matter if the intercom work or not. I asked if he would put a sign up he responded "No, someone would take it down anyway". I'm not sure how I would or anyone would know to drive around and place an order.

      I ordered a dozen doughnuts for delivery through their app with all twelve specified custom. I recieved doughnuts i did not order and did not recieve ones i did. Some doughnuts were bare and unglazed. The cHeesecake doughnuts were sour and rancid. I contacted them through the app and got an email that the store would reach out. Never heard back. Sent a follow up complaint through the app and it has been ignored.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.
      They sent an initial form response  saying Id hear back in three days and that was weeks ago.  Subsequent web and app inquiries to the natter have been completely ignored.

      Purchased donuts over a month ago. Ordered a custom box plus 4 minis. Received my order and half of the custom box was wrong, and the 4 minis were left out. Sent an email via the krispy kreme website letting them know of the issue and that went unaddressed. Submitted another complaint two weeks later and that went unaddressed as well. I was charged the full amount, for wrong and missing items. This is my last resort for a resolution as the store is not responding to my request. I requested a refund, got no response. Please refund and add compensation for my lost time/effort or you will lose a customer for life as you have basically stole my money and refused to make it right each time I have reached out. Terrible store management.

      On Sunday June 19th I ordered 2 of the 4 count Glazed Cinnamon Rolls at 10:58 a.m. At 11:29 a.m. I receive a call from a Door Dash Driver that she is at the Greenville store, but they are out of the Cinnamon Rolls and asks if I would like anything else. This means that the Krispy Kreme store knew for 31 minutes that they couldn't complete my order but let me think that my order was on the way and wasted the diver's time not only having her go there for no reason but also having to make the call that the store employee should have made. This all could have been handled so much better had a store employee simply had the courtesy to call me and let me know. I tried calling the store to speak to the manager, but of course I wasn't important enough for anyone to answer the phone to speak to me. A few minutes later at 11:37 a.m. I finally received an email that my delivery was cancelled. I reached out to Krispy Kreme customer service, but I had to send an email because it was a Sunday. Today I received an email that my refund was submitted today and sorry that my " experience was less than amazing". I called their customer service after receiving it to find out why the refund wasn't submitted on Sunday. I was first told that I had to contact the store to request that. When I told her that I tried on Sunday, but they didn't answer. Then she told me that I needed to call customer service to submit the refund request. I asked how the store was able to close out on Sunday since they had more money come in than product that was sold? She claimed that it was because it was an online order. I tried to get clarification, but she said that was just submitting a request for the store to call me. I was able to speak to a supervisor, but she didn't have any answers and she had the same I couldn't care any less attitude. Krispy Kreme needs to be accountable for cancelling a delivery, but not the order to stop the payment. I wonder how many others have been affected by this process.

      Qe stopped at thr Krispy Kreme on wesley chapel rd at 930. We spent 15 minutes in line. When we got to the front window, they were unable to honor the buy one get one half off promotion glazed donuts. They closed at 10, however they said that they had already closed the machine down and cleaned it up. They had a line full of people. The man there said he was the GM but I don't believe him.

      On May 22, 2022, I placed a delivery order on the Krispy Kreme website that I did not receive. The store location is 5504 Plank RD, Baton Rouge, LA, 70815. I have contacted the business by email several times and have not heard back. It has now been 20 days and no response whatsoever from the business. The order number is *****************. I am hoping to get a response from the business so they can address the issue.
