  Manager was very rude and wouldn't sell to me because of a employee 16 years old so Manager told me to leave he wouldn't sell to me and threatened me with the cops employee lied on me when I tried to explain the manager kicked me out his name was Tyler H****

  This location is awful. The donuts are almost never hot, I can count on one hand the amount of times I’ve actually gotten hot donuts when I’ve gone there. I drove up there today and asked if the donuts were hot. The associate said “no”, of course, but said they would be hot in 20 min. I leave and come back and ask if the donuts are hot. Again, I was told that they would be hot in 20 min. This time I sat in the parking lot. After 20 minutes, I once again ask if the donuts are hot. They said they will be in 20 min. I told the associate I would be leaving a review and she said “ok”. I called to speak to a manager and someone who said his name was “Lee”, who was clearly not the manager, got on the phone. I explained how I kept being told the same thing over and over, as if they were playing. He expressed his laughable, fake apology and stated that the donuts would actually be ready in 20 min. He proceeded to say I probably missed when they were ready because they were running a BOGO promotion so they’d been busy. That’s hilarious because there was literally one person in line the first two times I went. The last time drove around, remember, I had been sitting in the parking lot and only one car came through. Are you suggesting that one car purchased all of the donuts? This location is full of childish, disrespectful kids who have nothing better to do than to play games with customers and are too lazy to do their jobs. They barely had 4 customers in the 3 times that I was there. No one wants to eat your cold, stale donuts that have been sitting there all day because you’re too lazy to make more. It’s probably a good thing that I didn’t order any, I wouldn’t want such vile people making my food. Shop local, not at chains.

  I am a rewards member at Krispy Kreme. I had a free dozen reward for my birthday so I decided to go to the Krispy Kreme of 1st Ave N in Birmingham AL to receive that dozen. However, I was still charged for that dozen and when I called there to talk to them about it, the worker eventually just hung the phone up on me and ignored the rest of my calls. I ended up finding my receipt and calling back a couple days later, and now they say I have to drive up there with the receipt to get the money back when the manager i spoke too days prior said that as long as i had the receipt number they could locate the order and do a refund. It’s very frustrating that I had to go through this ordeal on my birthday. My birthday was the end of October and I have yet to receive my refund. If I have to drive all the way back to get a refund I want an actual free dozen of doughnuts.

  Did an online catering order weeks in advance for 2 dozen assorted and 2 dozen glazed for my sons birthday (we did this instead of a cake to tolerate the hot weather) and when we arrived at the time of pickup, this store opened their doors 5 minutes after opening (in my eyes not a big deal but it got worse), I told them I was picking up a catering order and it wasn’t ready. They had no glazed ready and the “assorted option” was only a custard and a raspberry donut. They tried to give me 4 dozen assorted of just these two types of donuts. I had to ask them to include another type they had displayed in the case (which wad a big inconvenience for them and I was obviously a monster for even suggesting this). They told me I had to wait at least 20 minutes for the glazed and even know how long for the other assorted. I had to make a mad dash to a local grocery store for the glazed donuts. I spent a lot more money and had way too many donuts for the party than I needed. I reached out to the company about this issue to hopefully avoid this issue for someone else and I was met with absolute silence. Very upsetting.

  Customer service for the 800 is TERRIBLE!! They do nothing to fix any problem and talk to you like you are bothering them. RUDE!! Corporate office should help everyone and fix all problems!! But she blew me off and was mean.
