There are a multitude of similar scenarios with Swanson’s shipping and administration inefficiencies and errors. I sadly have to add mine to this complaint. I just received this today: I apologize for the concern caused! Regretfully, the shipment for this order has been lost during transit. Rest assured, I can certainly have a reshipment sent out or a refund applied. Please confirm the address listed below to ensure proper delivery. I knew there was a reason I'd stopped ordering from them, but couldn't remember what happened. Next time I'll remember. Placed an order that included a discount code and free shipping. No information on the order after place other than it had shipped. It arrives and half the order is missing. What's more, I was charged shipping, I assume because without the missing products, the minimum wasn't met for free shipping. Did they tell me the items were not available? NO. Did they tell me they would charge MY credit card for shipping without my authorization? NO. They just sent half the order without any word, and charged me for the shipping that was supposed to be free. The shipping alone made the order cost almost as much as if I had received the missing items. I called and was told by "Clay" that he would refund my entire order. I asked for confirmation email, and he said one would arrive within 30 minutes. Of course, that was not true. So I had to call again and wait on hold to find out if the refund was processed. They said the refund was processing, but still nothing in writing. Thanks for wasting my time, Swanson.Swanson Health Products, Inc.

I have been their customer for over ten years. I am making the negative experience of the most recent experience known. I placed an order on April 4, 2025. I only received my order today, April 22, 2025. I did track the travel history of the package on the FedEx website. It sat in various FedEx locations for several days before being moved around again and again. When I opened the box, the items were warm to the touch. I am not sure whether the supplements and the food item are still good or not. Please use another more reliable carrier.Swanson Health Products, Inc.

I had an issue with a shipment that went missing with FedEx. They were of no help to me. They would not listen to what I was telling them. The package had not moved for 4 days. I have worked in shipping and I know that means it is missing. Not having my order caused some health issues. I will not be ordering from them again.Swanson Health Products, Inc.

One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Typical west coast company, the shipping is ridiculous takes over 2 weeks to get initial order. The products are the same as you can buy in the stores. But usually outdated. Really don't waste your time or moneySwanson Health Products, Inc.

I used to order from them religiously. My recent order was botched so badly. One order two shopping charges. Then the post office lost it and I'm being told to wait continually because of an automated message from the post office web site. I'm convinced the customer service rep never spoke with the post office because i did twice and was directly told both times the package was lost .Swanson Health Products, Inc.

Lousy Service I ordered 9 items. When I got a tiny box, I was worried and sure enough, there were 7 items missing. Although the packing list showed 9 items, it seems the person who packed it, didn't even take a cursory look at the order, because if they saw a list of 9 items, how could it possible be packed in a tiny box? Doesn't the person shipping even take a cursory look at the order? How can you miss 7 items? Then I called to get it reshipped and when it didn't show, I called again, explained the whole thing and they said they were re-shipping it, although I suspect, they never sent the second order to begin with I've used Swansons for a long time, but now I'm having my doubts. Right now, I'm on hold as usual. Can I please get a response with a plausible reason for the missing 7 items? I'm just curious how this could happen, unless it's just one individual who isn't paying attention to the order he/she is preparing?Swanson Health Products, Inc.

I opened an account got my order in and in checkout saw your free shipping over 49.00 is bull. I had a 140.00 order and saw your over size fee. Dont offer free shipping and back door me with an “oversize “ charge. i know what constitutes oversize. My first cart was 92.00. Same thing. My order did not come near the weight or size box for legitimate oversize. I am just one customer. No big deal to you but i will broadcast how your “free shipping “ works to my fb friends and beyond. Ordered Krill oil weeks ago and have not received it. Called to find out why it hadn’t been delivered yet, only to be given an excuse about times can be slow at times. They ate in North Dakota and I am in Minnesota next state over. I could drive to their office faster. Poor rating due to poor overall service.Swanson Health Products, Inc.
