      Swanson Health lures people in with good pricing, and says they have fast shipping, but I ordered several products with my debit card on August 12, 2022, and I still have not received any of the products. Swanson stated that they were waiting for one product to arrive before they shipped everything, except instead they said they shipped one of the items not giving a tracking number, and the rest have not shipped yet. Further the email one sends to the Swanson Health customer service email address is returned by a customer service with a different email return generic address. Their Shoprunner does not work often, and Swanson wrote to me to contact Shoprunner customer service, and Shoprunner customer service emailed me a message that I could reset my password using another email they were sending me immediately, but I never received that. Shoprunner also seems hacked, as soon as I had placed an order with Swanson, I received a spam questionnaire about Shoprunner not being 2-day shipping friendly because of carbon footprint environmental issues. Neither companies seem concerned about the health products reaching customers in a timely manner. I will never purchase from Swanson Health again.

      Hello,I apologize for any concern caused by the order not processing as quickly as expected. The order was on a short hold due to the Source Naturals- ******************** on the order. That is an item we do not keep in the warehouse because it is not a fast-moving item, and it is referred to as a Virtual Item. We instead keep it in our off-site inventory and that typically takes 2-4 business days (weekends do not count) for us to get to our warehouse to ship with the rest of the order. If the item does not arrive by the 4th business day, we will release the order as is and then send the item once it does arrive to the warehouse. This would not cause you to have any shipping fees at all for the separate package with the item. Please know that these types of items do have a statement saying, "Ships within 2-4 business days." next to the add to cart button on the product page and above the item image in the shopping cart. Please know that we can release the order early upon request, but if we do not hear from you while it is still on hold, we will assume that you want to wait for it. We do have faster shipping options available, but those options will not be available when you have a virtual item like the coral ******* in your order because it holds the order. Therefore, you were only able to select the standard shipping method and not the faster options we offer. Also, using a PO Box as the shipping address will make all faster shipping options to be unavailable for you and this includes ShopRunner. The Source Naturals- ******************** did not reach the warehouse after 4 business days, so we released the order to process and ship out on August 18th (this is the 4th business day). The items shipped out via standard shipping in two separate packages, not including the Source Naturals- ********************. The estimated delivery time for our standard shipping is 2-5 business days from the ship date. The tracking numbers for both packages were sent to your Gmail by our system, but Gmail may have filtered it to your spam folder or to the promotions tab. One of our representatives also sent an email to you on August 19th that included the tracking numbers and a $5 gift certificate for the inconvenience of the ******************** not being shipped yet. This was sent from the email address: ***************************************************************************** It is different from the email address you originally contacted us through because the software that we use to handle all emails, text messages, phone calls, and live chats makes it send through their customer domain for security reasons. I assure you that it is still Swanson Health that is emailing you and I would recommend adding that email address to a safe sender list so that you do not miss any emails from us. We do not send promotional emails for that; it is only for customer care purposes. I highly recommend that you add the email address below to your safe sender list so that you get those order related emails in your inbox instead next time. Please know that we are not responsible for the emails sent to you by ShopRunner or for any login issues you may have with their website. You must contact them for assistance on their website. ********************************************************** Please know that I cannot provide the tracking numbers here because it would violate the security terms set forth by the BBB (Better Business Bureau). Please try to locate the email that was sent to you on August 19th that has them provided. One package was delivered to you today (August 23rd) by the ************ There should be a key in your mailbox that corresponds to the parcel locker that contains the package. The second package is still in transit and estimated to arrive on the 5th business day, which is Thursday the 25th. We will send an email to you when the last item is shipped, but if you would prefer to just cancel it, please contact us directly with that request. As for ShopRunner, that shipping option was not applied because the right parameters were not in place on your end. You need the following in order to have ShopRunner be applied correctly to the order. 1. You must be logged into an online account for Swanson Health Products website. Please know that you have yet to register for an online account with the email you have noted in BBB. I could not locate any other email addresses within our system, so you will need to register still. Please know that getting our email promotions and placing orders will not make an online account for you. 2. While logged into an online account for Swanson Health Products website, you must also log into your ShopRunner account. This is the only way that our system can verify that you have an active subscription with ShopRunner to qualify for the shipping method. This will also let you see which items are eligible for ShopRunner shipping, as well as the ineligible items. 3. You will need a minimum of $50 worth of merchandise (must remain $50 after any applicable discounts are applied) for ShopRunner to be applied to your order. Also, you will not be able to ship to a PO Box with this method, which you have set as the shipping address for this order. ***You must remain logged into both accounts until the order is completed. If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact us directly at ************** or by starting a live chat on our website. Our phone hours are 7 am to midnight Central Time (CT) Monday through Saturday.       Yes, I received one of my shipments today and Swanson emailed tracking numbers, one product is still on back order. I received the Swanson Health Products discount coupon in the email. I am waiting for the next shipment. Swanson advertises they have fast shipping through Shoprunner, but I did not experience that, instead Shoprunner seems hacked and did not even have my email address in their system for the second time, and I received spam mail against Shoprunner by ordering from Swanson. If Swanson would say it takes 1 to 2 weeks to receive the products, I would expect that and would wait. I was expecting faster delivery, and it was not until I asked about when I would receive the products I purchased several times by emailing Swanson customer service and posted a negative review elsewhere that most of my products were then shipped. Usually, the longer it takes for items to ship, the less likely one is to receive them. Supposedly, the coral ******* still is not in, and I am waiting for that, and another shipment that has a tracking number. Today, is August 23, 2022, and I ordered on August 12, 2022. So, they basically have regular shipping and fulfillment of orders and good prices, but not prompt shipping, and they do not communicate if a product is on back order. Usually, I do not need fast shipping, but I had run out of items I use daily.

      Beware of fraudulent activity made by Swanson Health Products. I paid them for my order and I recieved my order BUT AFTER THIS THEY KEPT TRYING TO TAKE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT EVERY MONTH WITH NO PRODUCT OR SERVICES RENDERED. I CALLED THEM TOLD THEM THEY SAID THEY WOULD STOP BUT THE NEXT DAY THEY ATTEMPTED AGAIN TO GET MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT.

      Hello ******, I am sorry that this happened, and I would be happy to explain what happened. You had signed up for our Easy Refill Subscription, which automatically sends orders to you based on the frequency parameters that you select for it. The Subscription was started when you checked the Easy Refill box before checking out with the order that you placed on May 7th, 2022. I do not know if that was selected in error when you placed it online, or if there was a misunderstanding for what that service was for that led to it being selected. Please know that the only way to set up for the Subscription is by checking the box for an item(s), and no one at Swanson Health Products is able to start a Subscription for a customer, even if it is requested by the customer. The Easy Refill Subscription will send you an email 5 days before the scheduled order is placed. This is sent to let you know that you do have an active Subscription and that you can still cancel it or make changes before it is placed through to our ordering system. The system will make a total of 3 attempts per scheduled order to get payment authorized and then place the said order for you. Each attempt was rejected for the first scheduled order, and that is why no order got placed or shipped to Girtrude (who is set up as the recipient). The first scheduled order was set up to be placed on June 12th, and the email alert was sent to you on June 7th. The order did not get placed because payment authorization was rejected, and therefore no payment was collected. The second scheduled order was set up to be placed on July 12th, and the email alert for that was sent on July 7th. This order was also not placed for the same reason, and no payment was collected. The third scheduled order was set to be placed on August 5th, and the email alert was sent to you on July 31st. The first attempt on August 5th failed to get payment authorized and the system made another attempt on August 8th, at 01:06 AM Central Time (**), which also failed. You called ** on August 6th (Saturday) to cancel the Subscription and the phone representative sent a request to our Easy Refill team to do this for you. I listened to the phone call, and I am sorry that the representative did not inform you that the Easy Refill team does not work on the weekend and that the request will be handled within 48 hours (Monday-Friday). I have notified that individuals Supervisor to discuss this error with the representative to not let it happen again. The last order attempt was made before our business hours on Monday and that is why it still occurred. I can confirm that the Easy Refill team got the Easy Refill Subscription cancelled on August 8th, at 02:50 PM CT and an automatic email was sent to confirm this at the same time to your yahoo email. No more automatic orders will be made or attempted by the program if you do not sign up for it again or reactivate it. If you have further questions, please contact us on Live Chat or by email.       I spoke with this company twice today, two different agents, both of whom were very professional, well seasoned and very patient. They were detail-oriented and represented their company extremely well in every way! This is one of the reasons why I wish to continue purchasing products from this company. The other reason is of course the quality of the products that they sell. Thank you all. I was blessed!

      BEWARE OF NEVER ENDING SPAM! I would give Swanson products and pricing five stars but my experience warrants two stars. For many years I have ordered products from Swanson. A few months ago, when I placed an order, I suddenly was flooded, and continue to be flooded daily, with marketing emails. I have NEVER deliberately checked a box for marketing offers or emails. I can only surmise that when I placed my last order, I did not see a box to receive marketing emails that is checked by default. In addition, none these emails offer an unsubscribe option. I complained to Swanson about these emails and they have informed me that it will take MONTHS to fix this. I also believe these marketing companies are selling my email address to other marketing companies so the spam is never ending, Although I never open these emails and I report all of them as spam, they keep coming and coming and coming and coming ...

I checked our email server and the email address provided on BBB (Better Business Bureau) is removed from all our emails as of January 14th, 2022. That update within the system may take up to 48 hours at most. On April 27th, you sent us a request to wipe your information entirely from our system per the California Consumer Privacy Act (****) and that is the request that can take up to 4 weeks to be completed. I can confirm that the **** request was completed, and your information is purged from our system now. Please know that we do not sell any of our customer information and only use the information to fulfil orders. All our emails have the option to unsubscribe, it will state at the bottom of the email If you prefer not to receive future alerts, please let us know. The please let us know section is hyperlinked to the email preferences which lets you unsubscribe as well. Please know that we do not have any check boxes or automatic signups for our promotional emails. The only way to be set up for our promotional emails is if you sign up or if someone else signed up your email address, which we would have no way of knowing.
