      I think Swanson is probably the best company to order supplements from. I've never experienced any issues when ordering from them. Furthermore, their prices are the best out there!

      The website has to have an easy access option for returns especially when something arrives damaged and not making people wait long for solving the problem. My last order had damaged item: I received one of the tinctures almost empty because it was n`t closed well and it spilled out and it is all over the box and the other items. I am ordering often from Swanson and never had such a bad experience. I had to wait really long for the online chat as one of the limited options to solve the problem. I have to receive a replacement, but I already spent a lot of my time.Very disappointing!

      Swanson shipped my order to the wrong address and refused to refund me or send a new order to the correct address. To be clear, I checked in my Swanson address book to ensure my new address was there. Swanson says that the address is stored in two places. That's their problem, not mine. I have cancelled my account.

      For like 3 months i have had an impossible time ordering from the website. Each time i try i get an error code. Customer service tells me the exact same tired advice every time. Ive cleared cache and cookies, ive tried on a different phone, or laptop. Ive tried ordering under the Chrome page, Microsoft edge and still nothing. Customer service is absolutely no help. Im not ordering any more because I don't have time to sit on the phone for 25 minutes to place a $60 order. Hopefully something is done because these prices are better than a couple of other places i order from. But its not worth the hassle.

      I have been shopping with Swanson for over 20 years. The only problems I have had are prices changing in my cart after I entered a promo code. This was happening regularly. It makes shopping there a bit stressful, but I've learned to always write down on paper the code I want to use, then right before I'm entering my payment information I check to make sure the correct code is being applied. If it's changed (usually to increase prices on items), I just re-enter it and check out quickly before it changes again! The most recent orders I placed today the codes didn't change, so that was a nice surprise. I understand it can have something to do with Honey or other extensions. I don't know about that. I have not had this problem on any other shopping websites. To me it's still worth shopping there for the quality well-priced items.

      received goat soap order, was surprised as the 6 boxes I purchased were all in separate boxes but each box was unsealed in other words opened both ends??? I have used the soap but am concerned that there may have been tampering with the soap product? I find this unusual, please advise as to why product was not sealed in box?. Thank you for replying soon. The soap appears ok.

      Ordered several bottles of D3 + K2 Swanson brand. The only active component is trans form of K2, and they said no idea how much it contains. Other brands show the trans content. No return or exchange allowed. When these items are for health issues, you’d think there might be more accountability. Very disappointing. I wonder if any of their products really contain what they say?

      If I could give a zero, I would! This company is very deceptive on their website!! I placed an order for a promotional price of$9.86 each. This is the price I saw and that was on my order when I placed it. When I received the order confirmation, I was charged the full price of $14.09 each!! This is false advertising!!!! I have seen on BBB complaints that the company says that extensions like Rakuten or Honey will override the pricing. The company needs to state that clearly on their website!!! That is total deception otherwise. I will be attempting to cancel my order and will not be ordering from this company again!!!

      I placed an order on 5/4/2024 to arrive between 5/11 and and 5/13. I called as it did not arrive and was told it was in Reading Mass as it needed to be re-labelled. It is 5/21, no package, no vitamins, no word. I have been out of vitamins for 7 days as it has been 17 days since my order, thinking 10 days would be enough.

      I apologize for the delay in your package delivery. It was reported that the label was unreadable on the 15th of May and needed to be reprinted at the warehouse for the package to be delivered. We ask for 48 hours to process the package, but once the package has been shipped, the expected delivery time is 2-6 business days. When you contacted us on the 21st of May, we reshipped a new package, and it appears both packages have arrived to you at this time. Please keep the second package as a gift from Swanson's for your frustration and the delay in getting the original package. I can assure you this is not a "normal" situation. Again I apologize for this unforeseen issue with the label and delivery time frame. Wishing you the very best of health.******
