  I am in tough spot and was looking to get a loan of 2k to replace an alternator on my car. They wanted bi- weekly payments of $581 over 9 months. They wanted $10,458 payment for a 2k loan. Thankfully I did not go through with it and had my application cancelled. When applying ask for a call immediately and confirm the repayment they almost trapped me. The agent I spoke with was pleasant and understanding but do not sign anything with them until you talk EVERYTHING through.

  Great customer service but interest rates are astronomical. Also, I was sent an offer for a 0% interest rates because I paid off all my previous loans. When I spoke to them about this they said they didn't see it in system???

  Your site has problems, had a hard time esigning. Your interest rates are very high, I borrow 750 and end up paying more than 3k! I know I will pay before and hope not to need your services again

  This company does nothing but lie to gain customers, 1st they claim 24/7 support. 2nd. They claim to get you your loan in one day. 3rd they dont let you pay off in full and want you to pay the loan off in payments. I made a full payment on there website the day before the loan was due as per their policies, but every time I hit the pay button the website 404d. I did this 8 times. My time was 8pm mountain and I tried calling customer support, I left a detailed message but no one got back a hold of me. I go to pay the loan again on the day its due but they already took out a single payment locking me into a 6 month payment that quadruples the total of the loan payback. They refuse to acknowledge the website problems and they refuse to let me pay back the full loan amount in one pay. ***Do not use this company have have hidden tactics to lock you into a longer pay system where they make 10 times the amount of money back that you borrowed.

  500 dollars loan and a repayment of over 2000 dollars. Interest Rate of 744% !!This was completely false advertisement down to the one one phone call. There weren't even a mention of the monthly payments ************* was sold as all i would have to payback is 625 dollars for a 500 dollars loan .. A reminder came to my phone about the second payment and it was 344 dollars which was a 200 dollars increase and to pay the loan in full was 815 dollars which is 2x the amount of the load I just paid it off today to stop the bleeding this is highway robbery.

  This is a quick cash advance loan type company. All of these types of loans will have high rates and it you don't understand that, do not apply for this type of loan. Maxlend makes it easy to get a loan quickly when you are in desperate need of the funds quickly. Other loan companies will not do the same. There is a lot more paperwork, credit check and time needed for those. My best advice is to pay off a loan of this type as quickly as possible. Maxlend makes this a very easy process for those in need of a loan quickly.

  The loan was very predatory and high interest there are plenty of loan services out there that are not as terrible interest rates wich i wish I would have known. I asked the person on the phone what the interest rate was wich they avoided answering but told me to look at the fine print me being desperate to make my mortgage I didn't really think at the time it could be a four hundred and fifty percent interest. I would strongly recommend a different service that doesn't pray on the already down and out people. Hopefully some action can be taken to resolve this issue as my lawyer has advised me to stop paying and seek a settlement amount.
