      John Henry has always been great. Installed new furnace and AC and did a quick and thorough job. Explained everything and answered all my questions. I was given a business card for any future questions or problems. John Henry will always be my first choice.

      I had a furnace malfunction so I called John Henry. Since I have a service contract with them, they sent a technician out the same day — great service! Parker, the technician was friendly and polite, respectful of my property. He identified the problem quickly and explained to me in clear terms what needed to be done. He was able to fix the problem and now I have a properly functioning heating system. John Henry is simply the best for plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical needs. I recommend them to everyone.

      If 0 was an option, that would be my selection!!!! I called John Henry Company to replace an outside outlet that was destroyed by a house fire. The tech came in and I showed him where the power circuit box was located so he could turn the power off. After the work was completed, I found the tech in a completely separate room in my basement, separate from where the power box was located, and he was investigating my appliances in the utility room!! I asked the guy what he was doing in there, and he said " I'm just checking out your AC unit, we service all these units at John Henry". I replied with you shouldn't be in here without asking me and I have my own service companies. About a week later, I noticed my salt was low in my water softener (which was only purchased 1 year ago) so I went to look closer to find the number of the company that installed it (they put their company sticker on the machine) and I found that John Henry's Tech had covered up all the company stickers that were on ALL the appliances!!!!! I had to call different company's to find who I worked with a year ago! I never gave permission to do that!!! I called John Henry and spoke to a manger who said he would look into it and call me back in 30 minutes, 3 days later still no call back, even though I reached out again to speak to that manager! Very irritated by this situation due to the time I needed to spend calling around different companies to find the one I needed and this company defaced my property!!! Very unprofessional and I will NEVER use this company again!

      The John Henry’s technician, Ethan, was extremely professional in every respect while performing our winter furnace inspection. He discovered a water leak problem with the furnace humidifier that would have eventually caused significant damage to the surrounding area had the leak not been detected, and was very diligent in every respect throughout the inspection process. Everything about the furnace inspection and replacement of the humidifier was handled with utmost professionalism. We couldn’t be more pleased.

      John H****’s does a great job. They communicate exactly what they’re going to do & how much it is going to cost beforehand. They do excellent work & they make sure the area is clean after they are done. I would highly recommend them if you want quality work done.
