I am disgusted at how they treat their customers. They illegally charged an account AFTER I closed it. They refuse to refund me and say I have to call back in 6 months to get the money back. They need to be shut down for illegally charging customers.

I’ve been a customer with FNBO since 1978. I was recently informed that I need to change my account number because of their acquisition of Western States Bank resulting in some duplicate account numbers. I need to advise my depositors including Social Security and military retirement and my “bill pay” accounts of the change. At age 85 I think thy need to make an exception rather than requiring me to jump through hoops. FNBO is older than Western States. Why my account? I’ve complained to FNBO but received no sympathy.

Louis, we appreciate you taking the time to bring your concerns to our attention, and you may rest assured that they have been shared appropriately. As part of the conversion process, a customer's routing and/or account number may change, and the customer would need to contact any necessary merchants or institutions to notify them of the updated information. Unfortunately, we are unable to reach out on behalf of the customer, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any other questions or concerns, you can always give us a call at 800-642-0014, or submit a secure message from our full website, and our Specialists will be happy to help.

Had a card with FNBO for almost 9 years and was never late or went of the limit and all of a sudden they raised the interest to a ridiculous rate.
Paid off and closed account, took a hit on my report just to get away from FNBO.
Wish I never opened the account in the first place!

Been with FNBO credit card for over a decade. Always thought it was the best. But that was a years back. I have NEVER missed a payment, paid MORE than the minimum, paid EARLY and have a perfect credit rating.
When COVID hit, I did create more debt, but still kept my payments perfectly as well. Today I get a letter that my interest is increasing dramatically, and they also quote a completely incorrect credit score. (They are known for that.)
I called today and the rep told me if I don't like it cancel the card. And when I asked for a supervisor, she said he's going to tell you the same thing so waste his time now.
      Lovely...
Completely disgusted, appalled and fed up.
      Shame on you, FNBO!

The worst with Milli Bank. They don't answer there phone. I can't even close the account. I destroyed their card. They put restrictions on the account and I didn't even put money on the account. Thank God for that. Do not open an account with Milli.

      Case number *****
      Account number ending in 5691
I have been dealing with this issue since April 2023. I reported my card was charged incorrectly for $1134.98 at circa in Las Vegas on march 29 2023.
I received a letter stating that the charges are correct and proof was attached. How is the charge correct when the name on the Circa folio and invoice is not even my name? I stayed for 1 night and the room number isn’t even correct. The folio has the name of a Kevin Erwin. I booked my room under my name and didn’t even use my fnbo card to pay.
This is obviously fraud and the proof you provided me proves this.
Please escalate and call me immediately at ************

I opened a Savings Account with MILLI Bank app (FNBO) on 8/3/2023. In was told I would receive a Debit card within 7 to 14 days. It has been 32 days and still no Debit card. I tried to close the Milli Bank Savings Account. The person acted like they had never closed an account before. They had to look up how to close an account. In have been in a chat now for over 45 minutes with Jessie, she is active but not responding to my chat. Terrible bank service!!! DO NOT activate any accounts with MILLI Bank! I am glad I only deposited a "TRIAL" amount of money!!! I may NEVER see my funds again!! It is now going on over an hour with no response from Jessie!

I’ve had so many problems with this banks debit card and funds being removed in a timely matter! This bank has removed funds from my account days almost week later after shown pending on their end and when I call to ask why I’m negative and they always say old charges and I feel like they are over charging me because it’s hard for me to keep track of money going out of this account into two other accounts then my spending for a whole week on top of that and I don’t think it should take a week to pull funds unless that person only works one day a week which I doubt it!
Another thing is on multiple occasions like now I can’t access my card because they like to lock it from your availabile funds why they do whatever till 5:30-8am even after they pull off their pending balance I would still have money, so why stop me from using my money that I have available at any time! If I had cash in my pocket, I could use it at 1 o’clock in the morning 4 o’clock in the morning 6 o’clock in the morning but not here at this bank! I would not recommend them!

Please keep in mind that the amount of time a transaction remains in a pending status, and the exact amount of a pending charge is determined by the merchant, and not FNBO. **** **** *** ******* ** my acct was closed due to me defending my wife’s honer from a very rude and unprofessional teller who told my wife he would not give her a cashiers check for 630.00 dollars to pay our mortgage he told her to get the money out of the arm after he told her the back office had not processed the deposit that I made 24 hours before. She called me crying. I called the bank and the same teller answered me and not a second went by that he treated me with rude remarks and unprofessional attitude. Two days past and the manger called me and told me she was closing my acct. this is the only branch of this business that doesn’t have trained professionals on the other side of the counter. Throwing deposit slips at you when you come in to make deposits. The Maher and the teller need not to be in public service. I have served the Boulder, Longmont , Denver ,Lafayette, Brookfield community for over 30 years and have never had people this unprofessional in this kind of establishment. All your other branches even know be by name. Not this place. It did sadden me to leave but I will never return I hope the teller and Maher get fired for such bad attitudes toward the public you work for us not the other way around. Without customers you don’t exist. Let’s treat everyone equally don’t discriminate by looking at the color of their skin.
