Their BP Me rewards visa is a joke. They advertise after 60 days, 15 cents off gasoline purchases. Well some of the stations don't honor that and charge you full price, others don't give you the full 15 cents off. Their online customer service that they say you could contact is not in service. What kind of lousy way is this to run a business? Not surprising how all of their reviews are one star!First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO)

The staff at FNBO is the only reason we have stuck with this bank since it bought over our local Wyo State bank. If you have a business account and have any desire to move money around or use any basic functionality tools that any other online banking would have.....it does not exist. The online banking webpage is literally from 2010. The most progressive thing you can do is send money through Zelle. Oh wait, you also cannot do that if you have a business account.
They need to stop popping branches up everywhere and spend money on their own platforms for customers.First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO)

If I could give less than one star I would. I don’t use this card very often, but I recently found that I was 30 days late for a charge I made. Immediately I scheduled payment and called customer service because they had shut my card off. They said that they won’t turn it back on until the payment is processed.
They didn’t send a single email, text, phone call, or mailing indicating that I owed. In 10 years with this company, I’ve never made a late payment. I’m canceling this as soon as my payment processes. Both times I called, they transferred me to collections.
Tracey and Shelley are unprofessional and lied over the phone. When I asked to speak to someone in operations about their communication policy, she said I could write a letter.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANYFirst National Bank of Omaha (FNBO)

Paid off an account with this company. After three months thinking I owed them nothing, I got a report from my credit monitoring company telling me that I was past due! Owed them late fees and interest due for three months totaling 40.00. I was surprised, but I'm busy, so I paid it in full online. I never had gotten any communication from this bank that I owed them anything! No email, no text, no phone call, nothing! Today, more than a month after I paid them the fees, my credit report showed that all credit bureaus had been contacted, and my score dropped tremendously. I called American Express, (my credit monitoring service), and I was told that I would have to talk with FNBO. Customer service tells me that nothing can be done about their incapability of communicating with me. I highly recommend that any consumer stay as far as possible from this bank. I can tell that the customer service people are overwhelmed by complaining customers. Horrible experience, will not use them again. The customer service agent that I spoke to last, her name was Tuesday!, told me that she understood that I had not been notified of the past due balance, and agreed to credit my account for the amount that I had paid in past due and interest fees. My concern is the report made to the credit bureaus, which is something I was told that they could do nothing about. CRAZY!
These people don't want good business. They want people that can't pay them on time, so that they can charge additional fees.
TERRIBLE BUSINESS MODEL and PRACTICES! There is NO POINT in calling customer service. They are simply in a bad situation, and I believe that they know it. Had to give them one star- I chose to give them none.First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO)

Horrible Customer Service, No Feedback, and Rude Responses. When I expressed my concerns, the response was dismissive, stating that as a private bank, they can do as they please with my money.First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO)
