On November 17, 2024 I went online to ******** **** Website to Purchase Tickets to **** ********* show on March 8, 2025. I always buy directly from Venue so I proceeded on clicking ******** **** in the google search engine to buy tickets, I chose to get tickets with ****** so my phone redirected me to ****** for approval. I was thinking the seats will be picked out & the rest of transaction will be complete after approval because at this point I am not seeing any invoice. I am thinking it’s the purchase of $79 per seat as ******** **** Website stated. After ******* approved I was kicked out and got an email saying no office ticket sales, the price of tickets were not what I agreed, the seats were not chosen, the tickets were not in the email as expected when ordering from venue! That is when I realized that box office ticket sales was posing as ******** **** Center to trick people. I immediately called to cancel & get a refund. They only refunded $21 instead of full amount so u said screw it I will dispute with ****** on Monday when office opens. On November 18, 2024 I filed dispute with ******. I sent them screenshot of them posing as ******** **** center, evidence I disputed with them less than an hour later because I was expecting tickets immediately at 79 dollars each & bought from Venue directly. They sided with them for reasons I don’t know. This company does not send tickets according to all the reviews I see about them. And when they do send tickets they do not scan. Box Office Ticket Sales is a leader in the resale ticket industry. We sell tickets to over 250,000 customers annually. Our customers accusations we posed as the venue are completely outrageous and false. Every page of our website clearly states we are a resale marketplace When customers complete their purchase they agree to a multi step process regarding the prices they will pay and the delivery time frame of tickets as established by the seller responsible for delivering their tickets. The dispute filed with ****** is nothing more than a customer who has buyers remorse and ****** saw right through this and closed the dispute in our favor. There is nothing more that this customer needs to do other than to make their installment loan payments for the tickets financed and to enjoy their event. I am rejecting this response because: I do not have buyers remorse. I was tricked into thinking I was buying from ******** **** Center, when I did not receive my tickets in text message or email I realized it was NOT from ******** ****. When you click to buy with ****** it brings you to a different site so I did not see any info until after loan was approved. I called immediately after to fix the situation to cancel. I have consumer rights to do so, and I asked for refund same day, also notified ****** that this company tricked me. They may have 200k customers but no one gets tickets and if they do they do not scan at venue according to the reviews. ******** **** has NO record of me having tickets assigned to me. This company claims to give money back if I don’t receive legitimate tickets but I doubt that they will do that. I was expecting my tickets from ******** **** Centwr as soon as I bought them and they did not produce the tickets nor were they the venue I expected to buy from, so I asked for refund and it’s as simple as that. We do have consumer rights in America, they are probably in a different country so they are not aware of this. Both addresses they listed for their business are not accurate and they have no filed business licenses to do business as far as I researched. It is not buyers remorse when you expect to receive and item and do not receive it.

My partner purchased tickets via Box Office Ticket Sales on May 7th, 2024. The claim order is ********* The confirmation email stated that the tickets were transferred on 5/7/2024. The day before the concert, we used the email confirmation to attempt to access the tickets but the tickets were not available and all of the links on Box Office Ticket sites emails lead to confirmation that the tickets were transferred, but didn't provide additional information about how to access the tickets. The confirmation email stated that we should receive a separate email with the tickets directly, but we never received another email. We discussed the issue with the customer support team and they never told us who the 'seller' was and therefore we were completely unaware that the tickets were sold to us by ************ and were sitting in an account. We received no information from Box Office Ticket Sales that allowed us to access the tickets and the tickets were unused as a result. This website is set up like a scam and has misleading information on all of their email communications.Business Response

Box Office Ticket Sales is a leader in secondary marketplace. Tickets were transferred immediately to our customer after their purchase in May and as they indicated proof that the transfer of tickets was completed was attached with their complaint. As we are a resale marketplace, it makes sense that ************ and their app would be required to access their event. Furthermore, nearly 5 months passed and this customer made no contact with our company. It stands to reason that had they simply followed the instructions provided to them at any point between the date of purchase and sooner than an hour before their event they may have avoided any issues getting their tickets and admitted into their event. Every single customer that attended this event had to use the ************ app to gain entry to the event as outlined by the venue or events requirements. Secondly a flow of email communications subsequently following the purchase of tickets and the tickets being transferred by our team clearly demonstrated, articulated and communicated that following the links to ************ were vital to accessing tickets. Clearly if our customer had followed the instructions at any time in the months leading to the event they would have had no issue entering the event. I am rejecting this response because: Can you point to where in any of the communications provided by Box Office Ticket Sales they pointed to the tickets being in ************? If everyone's tickets, as they claim, are available in ************, then why don't they mention the name '************' in any of the confirmation emails? We searched our inbox by the ticket purchase ID, the ticket name, and 'box office ticket sales' and had no indication of where to find the tickets. If we don't receive a refund, then I'd like confirmation from Box Office Ticket Sales that they will address this issue for customers moving forward because it's incredibly misleading and an unfair business practice. The claim by Box Office Ticket Sales is that it was human error, but I don't know what we could have done differently without more information about where to find our tickets.

Got a ticket for billie eilish concert on 4/3024. The concert was 10/05/2024. I PAID 1.039.38. THe first email I got said it was section row 112 row 23 and the ticket would be ready 10/04. No ticket came until 10//5/24. We got the ticket my daughter goes to the venue and the guy tired scanning it 4 times no ticket found. They sent her to the window they tried scanning no ticket was found they sent a fake ticket my daughter called me so upset I was so up set and stressed . I spent alot of money on. Somthing I really didn't have for them to send a fake ticket. Now when I wrote to them they said they need proof from the venue that the ticket didn't work "REALLy" I paid with it on my bank card. So I had to re buy another ticket from a legit site and I ut more money out. All I want is a refund It's not right the ticket was no good. We have been in contact with the seller who transferred our customer their ticket and can clearly see they ticket was valid for entry. Our customer may not have followed the instructions on how to access or transfer the ticket and believe they tried to used a screen shot of the barcode to access the event which you can clearly see from the attached will not work. We've asked the customer provide any evidence from the venue to support their claim and to date they have not done so. 7/24/2024 ******* **************************** VISA charge $628.66 I followed a link to Mount Baker Theatre box office tickets but somehow a pop-up led me to paying 300% more for two show tickets. I did not realize that I had not had an opportunity to pick my seats or price section or row until I had entered my credit card information and the transaction was complete. I called the business within five minutes and they refused to reject the charge. I called my bank within seven minutes and they suggested I call the company and ask again before submitting my fraud claim. Which I did and my bank then reverse the charges, closed down that credit card and issued me a new credit card. I received a letter from my bank dated 9/18/24 and they were reversing the charges back to me. I have no tickets, no seat assignments and I would’ve never paid 300% more for a local theater production had I known I was on a scam website.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:this is absolutely FRAUD as Box Office Tickets used MY name to set up a bogus account, complete with a fraudulent login, password, email address, phone number, address associated with MY name on exactly the day I foolishly got scammed by them—7/24/2024. I have provided all contact information for the **** ***** ***** ******* Box Office and the paper copy proof they provided me in person 2 days ago. The BBB is encouraged to call them and substantiate all of this. They have disabled this fraudulent account at their office as I have proven to them my name was used fraudulently and I had absolutely nothing to do with setting up this account, nor is the information I put 7/24 in any way associated with me or my name.
no wonder they’re now demanding the BBB shut me down immediately! It’s a desperate attempt to avoid this fraud scheme. The FTC also has all this information and my credit card/banking institution will be reversing the charges on them once again as my fraud claim has been reopened.

On September 5, 2024 I placed an order for 2 tickets online with box office ticket sales. I received a confirmation on the order with incomplete information. After numerous attempts by phone to contact the seller, I contacted the Mortensen Hall/Bushnell box office and was told that the ticket information was invalid and would not be accepted as the seats did not exist.
I have since filed a dispute as the tickets are invalid. I have requested cancellation and refund from Box Office Ticket Sales.

There is zero reason for this consumer to believe tickets are not authentic and valid for entry. I remain dissatisfied that this company has not provided any information that would be useful to verify the validity of “the tickets.” They have not ever provided seat numbers, just a section (now C or D) and row number, no seat numbers. Therefore, I have no way to confirm their existence with the Bushnell box office. Their suggestion that I release funds to procure bar codes is not acceptable. What are the seat numbers?! Is providing the complete information in order to establish the validity of the tickets too much to ask? In my opinion, this company is not customer friendly nor appropriately responsive.

They would not release tickets to me I called 3 months ahead, 1 month ahead, then 3 weeks, 2 weeks, and then 48 hours still no tickets. Traveled 4 states and still no tickets. I got a call 1 day before game and said the handicap tickets were no longer available and offered me no handicap seats just regular seats. As soon as we were notified by our seller that they could not deliver on the original seats we offered this customer 2 options:

2. Tickets to this event in a closer row.
At first our customer requested a refund which we were prepared to issue and then their spouse changed their mind and requested the tickets we could offer in a different row. While this was different than what they originally purchased we believed it had and did resolve their concerns. As such we consider this complaint resolved and should be closed

This company is a scam. They pose as the venues website; a direct website for the venue itself. I was sold tickets to an event. The event/venue said they don't accept the tickets I provided to them and stated it was a scam. They only accept tickets purchased on their website. This company posed as the venue's website. I purchased 3 tickets; we were unable to attend the event due to the scam of this website. When calling the company after not being able to attend the event, the man who answered the phone didn't give me a chance to speak. He had a one line comment I'm certain he says all day long for his con artist scams, "I'm a broker from Miami and hung up the call".
I looked up the company on the BBB and the company is not an accredited company. There are numerous complaints about the con artist this company/broker/owner is.Business Response

January 8, 2024 - I purchased tickets online for the ********** Rodeo Xtreme Bulls event on August 31, 2024. I have paid in full for the amount and recently asked a family member that lives in Seattle if they would like to attend. They asked about the tickets (seating location, etc.) and when I said I didn't know the exact seat number, but would be receiving digital tickets that told me that I most likely had been scammed. ********** Rodeo only issues paper tickets and does not accept digital tickets. When I contacted Box Office Ticket Sales they have repeatedly told me I would receive my tickets (digital) on August 31st (the day of the event). I reported to them that the event does not accept digital tickets and that I need paper or physical tickets they tell me that I will receive legitimate digital tickets. I'm going round and round with them to know avail. If they don't provide me with acceptable tickets in time to attend I am out the price of the tickets not to mention travel from Minnesota to Washington state!Business Response

As you can see from the primary ticketing source that Print at Home or Mobile Tickets are a viable option. The ticket seller responsible for delivering these tickets selected mobile delivery and that cannot be changed. Tickets will be transferred to this customer in accordance with their "demands" and should they not be able to attend the event as they allege they'll have ample time to resell their tickets. @BBB, please close this complaint as its nothing more than a case of buyer remorse. I am rejecting this response because this business has been very difficult to work with from the start. This is not a 'buyer's remorse' situation as they have claimed. If I am to have the ability to resell these tickets since I am now unable to attend, I need the tickets in any form before the date of the event. Their platform does not allow me to list and resell so I need to place them elsewhere. If they want to honor this purchase, then provide me with the digital tickets as soon as possible. Otherwise, I will continue to dispute their business practices all the way to the state and federal government who are very interested in these scenarios.

This company misrepresents themselves. I tried to order tickets for a concert in November from tickmaster. After waiting I thought I should try and call so I google Ticketmaster phone number and the number that came up I called not thinking “box office tickets” wasn’t a trustworthy company. And the tickets I were ordering were from a presale so how would a 3rd party company have the tickets already. They tell me the price for $467 a tickets and I figure it’s a once in a lifetime concert might as well do it. So after all the extra fees they charge I end up paying $1839 for 3 tickets. Later I go to check Ticketmaster again and the same seats are $215 a ticket. I call box office again and they tell me no refunds and I won’t even get the tickets till 48 hrs before the concert. While I did agree to the terms I was under the assumption they were Ticketmaster. I had a presale code to buy tickets at face value. It wasn’t until later I looked at Ticketmaster again that I realized this wasn’t them when I see the same tickets for around a 1/3 the price. And I still have no tickets and have to hope they send them within 48 hrs of the concert and from the looks of other complaints that’s questionable. If it’s such a poplar concert as they stated it should be no problem for them to resell these tickets. Unless they’re clearly taking advantage of people by misrepresenting themselves.

Box Office Ticket Sales is a leading resale marketplace that sells tickets to over 25,000 customers a month. All customers including this one must agree to the terms and conditions of purchase which clearly state that we are a resale marketplace and is not affiliated with any venue team or artist. This customers accusations that they contacted a venue who stated we are a scam is false and slanderous. Furthermore, this consumer filed a fraudulent dispute with their credit card company claiming they never received their tickets. This too is a lie, the customer was sent and received their tickets less than an hour after we sent them in February. This customer claims to now live outside the country and cannot attend their event. This however does not relinquish them from their responsibility to pay for the tickets. They are free to give the tickets away or resell them , which ever they prefer. This is nothing more than a case of buyers remorse and the complaint should be closed immediatelyBusiness Response

Box Office Ticket Sales has provided everything needed to close and satisfy this consumers complaint. The facts provided and statements made by this consumer are largely false. We sell tickets to over 300,000 customers annually and know what we're doing. This customer has been in possession of their tickets now for several months and no matter how many times they complain it doesn't change the fact they agreed to the terms and conditions of their purchase.
