  HORRIBLE! We are getting ready to fly out from Indiana to Colorado for a concert. The email my boyfriend got said tickets should be available September 25. On the 26th he called and they said 2 days before the concert. He's a little more patient then I am so he politely said "ok thank you" and hung up. I said no not ok and had him call back. He has cancer and is going through chemo and has paid for him myself and 2 other couples to go on this trip and he's tired and doesn't need to be dealing with this crap so I got on the phone with them. They said 2 days before the concert and we'd have the tickets and if I wanted to put him back on the phone they'd finish the conversation with him. I said fine and handed him the phone and the woman had already hung up! I am willing to bet we don't get our tickets that we spent over $1200 on. Not to mention a limo to the airport plain tickets hotel and rental car for 3 days while In Colorado. I've never not got my concert tickets within 48 hours of purchase! *****

  The company Box Office ticket sales,****************OMAHA,NE salesperson Seth K ********* I purchase tickets for a out of town concert they didn't mail out my tickets they sent a scan bar , the day of the show the scan bar rejected could not get into the concert DROVE MILES AWAY TO GET THERE, and they also over charge in ticket prices . I called the box office to let them know what happen and the lady name Teena said they would refund me back my money. She lied and told me she refunded my money back August 18,202 2 . still no refund I called and called Teena blocked my number out . This company buys tickets from the regular box office places a nd they are 2nd party and sell them higher profit ******** . they sent out a fake receipt stating they refunded the money back and they lied , my bank did a investigation no money was refunded. I called again to let the box office know some man name K .Seth was so rude and nasty he just ask my name and said he refunded my money back on September 14th. how do you lied from August 18 th. to September 14th. I'M filing charges and hopefully they will be PROSECUTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  This 2 party has lied they didn't refund no money back. They have a fake receipt and send it to a non-working account.

  ********************************** They price gouge 400% over current prices at the venue. ********* was selling tickets for $25 (and these tickets were available at the time I purchased from their site - I just did not see right away how to purchase through *********) and they sold them to me for over $100 along with a service fee of over $30 PER TICKET. Their national customer service number refused to take my call about these online tickets, and when you call the company they claim all communication must be done through email because of COVID, and it takes 72 hours for a return call. First of all, they asked me to call them and then they answer the phone to confirm something about my tickets. Second - COVID is not an excuse any more - everyone is back at work - and I worked in a COVID ICU for 2 years! I am telling everyone I know about what happened.

  Box Office Ticket Sales is a resale marketplace as stated on the website. All fees are agreed to at the time of purchase by consumers. This customer downloaded their tickets on 7/21. For customer support, email is best for contacting the seller responsible for delivering these tickets. Our customer received exactly what they agreed to at the time of purcahse

  From their website policy - BoxOfficeTicketSales.com states that they are "...not directly involved in the actual ticket sale transaction between the buyers and TICKET SELLERS.", "Tickets sold through SITE are often obtained through the secondary market and prices are determined by the individual ticket seller", and "Tickets sold through SITE are from a third party;"
  
  First of all - they WERE directly involved - they purchased the tickets DIRECTLY from ********* because this venue does not deal with secondary resale businesses. I know this because I called ********* and they told me the number and credit card holder who purchased the tickets. They lied to me and said they had a "contract with *********". They DO NOT have ANY contract with this venue to resell their tickets and ********* is now on the look-out **********************. They are ******************* lying to the customer - when they go on the venue site, and purchase the ticket under someone else's name, pretending they aren't a secondary or third-party seller.
  
  This was not a secondary market or third party as they claim in their policies since they are directly purchasing the tickets - this is very, very shady and dishonest.
  
  They claim that "prices are determined by the individual ticket seller" - well this is ****crap because they got it from ********* for $25 then they resell it for close to $150 with service fees included.
  
  When I called BoxOfficeTicketSales the manager started yelling at me and stating "too bad - it's my fault" etc...
  
  They are horrible people and a disreputable, misleading business - DO NOT use these people.

  Please be advised that our website is not the ticket seller and as the terms and conditions state we are not affiliated with any box office or event. Several thousand ticket brokers use our marketplace to list and sell their event tickets. Should this consumer have any questions they are advised to work directly with the ticket seller responsible for fulfilling their purchase. We consider this matter closed

  You absolutely are directly involved in purchasing these tickets. ********* doesn't deal with second or third party ticket sellers. These tickets HAD to be purchased in my name - they were NOT transferable. I bought them from YOUR site - as if you already had them. You DIDN'T have these tickets - you went on the site, bought them in my name using your credit card or phone number. So this was FRAUD. I should have know when I called them number of the BoxOfficeTicketSale.com manager and someone answered "hello". You know what you're doing and I'm filing a police report on you all.
