This company is immoral and disgraceful. They DISCRIMINATE against handicap customers. I attempted to purchase tickets for my grandma who is in a wheelchair and myself, and was told the queue was 1 hour long but she has them selected/on hold for me. "Jenna" is the person I was working with and works at Box Office Ticket Sales informed me that she would call me back, I gave her my information and an hour later, no phone call from Jenna. I called the Box Office Ticket Sales again and a gentleman picked up the phone to process my request. He told me that there were no longer handicap or accessible seating tickets, I told him Jenna had put my request in and it was in the queue. I asked for a direct manager's number and he said he didn't have one. And then I asked him for the name of the company as I wanted to complain to customer service. He then said he no longer wanted to help me with getting tickets because I was going to "cause problems for the company".
This is absolutely appalling. Shame on you, Box Office Ticket Sales, for discriminating against handicap customers. I was simply trying to figure out what happened to the tickets I had on hold as verbally confirmed by Jenna.Box Office Ticket Sales

Box Office Ticket Sales rigorously disputes this review. When this individual contacted our business to purchase Ed Sheeran tickets we not only had zero ADA tickets, but zero tickets to that event at all. Having the customer contact us again an hour or so later resulted in the same result , no available tickets. We sell tickets to folks of the ADA community every single day so their claims are slanderous and untrue. It is unfortunate that the timing of when they were looking for tickets to such a HOT event, we didn't have any tickets available.Review fromJ. F.

This company is a SCAM. They trick you into going to their site from the theater box office and then overcharge for the tickets. Then when you realize your mistake 5 minutes later they will not refund.J. F.

Thank you for providing that additional information and we can see the purchase made on 4/9/23. It is not possible to accidentally make a purchase on our website. Specific information including a customers name, address, email address , telephone number, credit card number including expiration date and security code must be entered by a user including this one. All customers must review and agree to an itemization of all fees and agree to our terms and conditions which clearly state that all sales are final before completing their purchase. There is a way to beat these crooks. Here is what happened in my case.
I wanted tickets to see the Four Seasons here in Florida. I went online, put in the name, and saw a picture of the venue. I thought I was buying tickets from the venue. But the price we agreed to was much lower than the amount deducted from my bank account with my debit card.
I realized I was dealing with these crooks and not the venue. I called them repeatedly and they refused to refund anything, They said they could charge "market price." This was two months before the concert. So they had plenty of time to refund me and find another sucker.
I filed a complaint with my bank and they said it could take 90 days to resolve the dispute. I gave my bank copies of all the complaints filed against BOTS and wrote a detailed letter explaining how they fraudulently charged my bank account more than we agreed upon.
In the meantime, the crooks sent me an email claiming the tickets were attached. I refused to open the email. I had read one complaint where the victims printed out their tickets, but were refused admission at the venue.
But I still wanted to see the concert, so I took a chance. I went to the venue and bought the tickets directly from them, at about half the price the crooks charged. This was before my bank resolved the matter.
The concert was great, Frankie Valli can still sing pretty good. The 90 day resolution period was still running and, one day, I got a voicemail from my banker telling me they resolved the matter in my favor. I received a full refund. If you find yourself being cheated by this crew, here is what to do: File a complaint with your bank and give them copies of complaints, receipts, etc. Go to your bank in person. Contact your bank regularly during the 90 day period. I think going to my bank made a difference. The bottom line? NEVER, EVER do business with these crooks.Box Office Ticket Sales

Box Office Ticket Sales is a resale marketplace. Our customer was fully aware of this when he authorized his purchase with our company. Our pricing is completely transparent and itemized for all customers to understand and consent to before authorizing their purchase. The time for this customer to question their purchase is before they authorized it and not to start sending a flurry of harassing text messages to our company because he had buyers remorse. We delivered tickets to our customer on 3 separate occasions and while they may think they've taken one over on our company by not using the tickets, it by no means negates the fact they authorized the purchase and the total sales amount. This customer did file a false claim with their credit card company which as left us no choice but to flag their name, email address and phone number with the bank card industry as a fraud risk. While it didn't help our company, our best hope is that it stops this individual from making future online | phone purchases with other companies and having them lose money too.Review fromSandra V

This is a fraudulent operation that misleads you into thinking they are the box office or the legitimate sales options for a show. DO NOT USE THIS SITE EVER TO BUY TICKETS. I paid 3 x the box office price for crappy seats with no recourse. If anyone is interesting in participating in a class action suit against this company, I am happy to participate. Other ticket companies are getting sued for misleading customers and BOX OFFICE TICKETS should be at the top of the list. I called asking for the presale code for an event. They told me there was no code but not a problem they could help me. Pressured me to hold the tickets because they go fast.
There apparently is no recourse buy I will happy to sue so others do not get duped by them.Box Office Ticket Sales

Box Office Ticket Sales is a resale marketplace. The customers review of their order and their recollections of the interaction with our sales team are false. On multiple occasions we advised this customer we were not affiliated with the venue and that we did not have a pre-sale code to use. At no time was this customer pressured into making a purchase. All customers must go through a multi step check out process where they agree to several terms and conditions before authorizing a purchase which include the following:
1. They agree we are not the venue or primary ticketing source
2. They agree to an itemization of their sales prices which includes ticket fees, service & delivery fees where applicable
3. They agree all sales are final.
The customer agreed to all of the above. It seems unethical they would leave a 1 star review for a case of buyers remorse

We vehemently dispute this customers slanderous claim we are a scam. We have repeatedly addressed their concerns via phone, text, email and a prior BBB complaint. As a resale marketplace our prices will be different from our competitors and the primary ticketing source. So I called box office to purchase tickets for monster jam March 4 in Orlando, I bought 30 tickets for my son birthday they charged me $1700 was told these would be good tickets in the middle area. When I checked it's all the way in the top corner highest area. When I checked the tickets prices on 3 different site they were $15 each it would be $25 with all charges, I called ask for discount,refund there was no help after they rip me off. No supervisor on duty to speak to. I purchased 4 more tickets for $25 right next to the seats they sold me.you people need to stop taking advantage of people who have to work hard for their money. Box Office Ticket Sales is a resale marketplace that specializes in helping customers like this purchase hard to get tickets and for large groups such as this which had 30 events. Using a resale marketplace is necessary when buying 30 tickets to an event and if the customer were able to do so on their own they should have done so. Our services requires extensive knowledge and expertise to procure 30 tickets and as such there is a price to pay for that experience. Prior to completing their purchase all customers including this one must agree to our terms and conditions along with an itemization of ticket costs and fees. I felt I was scalped for tickets i purchased to a ******* concert. Ticket price on their website showed $90 each plus additional fees. Total cost was $217.00 for 2 tickets. Once I was able to print tickets the actual ticket price was $52 each. I tried calling them to resolve discrepancy in cost and they repeatedly stated they understood my frustration but couldn't do anything about it since they are a resale provider.Box Office Ticket Sales

On 12/12/2022 they sold me two tickets at $79 dollar a piece and after all the fees they charged me total came out to $228.16. I then received an email telling me I would receive the tickets before the 16th of December because they didn't have the tickets but would have to purchase them. By the end of the evening I received two tickets with the price on each ticket of $29.75 + $8.46 in fees = $38.21 for each ticket. This in my view is price gouging and why they are still in business is beyond me. By reading the reviews, apparently I am not the only one.Box Office Ticket Sales

Ticket stub says 79.00 for my ticket. I bought 2. Your box office charged me 189.50 a piece. I bought them directly through your office, no other means. Thought that should save me some money. I thought I was buying tickets from ******************* website, San Francisco. My daughter invited me to a show but I declined due to a conflict.
Later, decided to go. Somehow, I got hooked up with this disreputable company. Not having experience with online ticket purchasing (76 year old senior), and not knowing what my daughter paid (dumb!), I blindly ordered. Then, my kid tells me her ticket was $90 total and mine was $195! I called back and told them there must be a mistake! Yes, my mistake for being so naive. I was so furious, that I rampaged for a bit , but realized it was a no win situation. Lesson learned! Read the other reviews.******************************** Let's see if I get my ticket. 🤬
