      Blue Moon Fitness withdrew $*** from my bank account. When I asked what this was they said it was for personal training. I never signed up for personal training and even the main personal training manager said he didn't sign me up. I asked him about it and he says he doesn't know what happened. I have not heard back *** * **** ******* *** ****** *** **** **** ******* *** **** *****.

      We have been members for years and have recently decided to end our contract with them. We have tried calling and sending a letter. Apparently the first letter did not arrive so they are requesting another letter. We are just wanting to cancel our membership. They have made it extremely difficult. I was on my way to cancel 2 weeks ago and they called to tell me that no one there could process the request. I turned around and was almost home when they called back and said someone just came in to handle it. ** **** **** **** *** the entire process seems ridiculous. The bank account associated with them has been closed, so the charges continue to accrue against an account that is no longer active. Even though the account is closed, they continue to try and get funds for a service we are no longer using. The entire process has been a headache and I don't understand how a business can continue to operate like this.

      I am rejecting this response because: I would like all correspondence done through BBB. I would like a copy of the contract that was originally signed by myself and Madeline ****** (My wife). They recently charged her almost $***** and I'm not sure how they got her banking information. Like I mentioned in a previous e-mail, my closed account was the only one that was set up to be charged.

      They are continuing to try and contact me. I messaged on March 7th and did not receive any correspondence back. Can you please advise on the next steps? They say I owe money, but they already took $** out of my wife’s checking account. My last question was how they received my wife’s checking account information, because we had only used mine at the time. I need an answer on this. Thank you.
