      Received the assortment package from my daughter for Christmas and put everything in the freezer immediately. The hotdogs and the hamburgers were okay, but much taste is lost due to the long time being frozen . I cooked up 2 of those 4 oz. Sirloin Steaks medium rare and they were not very tender. As a grandson of a butcher that custom cut meat for customers I am used to fresh, highly marbelized beef. The next two I forked and used tendertzer and they were slightly better. The chicken breasts were okay, but again, minimal, if any fat. The apple dessert tarts were fine. I'll stick to buying my meats from my local grocers where you can pick your meat and is not frozen they beat Omaha 10 times over and the quality is better!

      I have tried for almost a month to have the 3-4 emails/day from Omaha Steaks to be stopped. I first tried unsubscribing by using the unsubscribe option in their emails but that didn't work. Next I called multiple times, each time they said it will take a few days for their system to clear out existing emails that were programmed to be sent. It's now weeks later and I STILL get 3-4 emails/day. MAKE IT STOP! I have also filed a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC)

      Received the $89 assortment pkg. from a friend for Christmas and put everything in the freezer immediately. First we had the hotdogs and they ok as the hamburgers. Last night I cooked up 2 of those 4 oz. Sirloin Steaks med. rare and they were tuff as hell! The next two I'm going to tenderize the crap out of them so we can chew them. We still have the chicken breasts which probably be ok as the dessert things they sent. If anything, I like the foam cooler they sent, it will be perfect for when I smoke another pork butt on the smoker! I'll stick to buying my beef from Costco and Sam's Club where you can pick your meat and isn't frozen, they beat Omaha 10 times over and the quality is better!

      We ordered $160 package from Omaha steaks that was promised to be delivered on January 25 due to our sons 30th b-day. Never received the package. It sat at a facility for 6 + days. When I ordered the meat, I did not order online, I spoke to a human personally. I wanted to make sure that the package would arrive on time. The co., had every excuse..weather..in the high 50’s really ? The employees were Horrible, ignorant, and lied. I contacted them, again, and they said that they would send out a replacement since that meat was bad by now, and never received the new package as promised. We received a refund, but a very disappointing experience. Beware of this company!

      The filet mignons are not as pictured. They show 2" thick filets but you get 1" to 1 1/4" thick filets. Not what I expected. The steaks are ok but not as represented. Very disappointed overall. Will not order again. :-(

      I enjoy the food I buy but...

      On January 2bd I placed an order which the total was $174.72 and that included the $20.25 promo discount. My problem is that I used a $100.00 Visa gift card for first partial payment and then the remaining $74.72 I used my Mastercard debit card. I look at my bank account today and see that $100.00 was deducted from it. Now I know for a fact that I used the gift card for first and then my debit card for remaining balance. I mean, who wouldn't do that way?? Will you check into this please, thank you

The way the cards were applied to your purchase were reversed, $74.72 was deducted from the Visa so you do still have funds available to use on it. As a courtesy, we have refunded you $50.       Never again…raw meat the first time…super late the second time. Fire the clown that is running this **** show…customer service is the equivalent of Dollar General produce stockers.

      I ordered on-line 5 of their cyber boxes at $99.00 each stating free shipping which, I had shipped to my home address to give as Christmas gifts. I received several calls from customer service notifying me they were going to ship everything in one box since it was just one address. I complained that I wanted them to ship as I ordered them each in a cooler to my address as they were gifts. For some reason this request was very difficult for them to complete. Several people called to tell me they could not complete my request. I assumed I would not be getting any of the order and went on with my life. On the 23rd they shipped 5 coolers to my house. They added a $20.00 shipping charge to each order. I spent $499.00 and they could not see their way to fulfill their promise of free shipping. I have not tried any of the product but, I will never order from them again. I will be telling everyone that will listen how dishonest they are.

      Worst customer service worst missing a gift card waiting 3 weeks rep put me on hold to talk to a supervisor waited 30 mins no one picked up I had waited 60 minutes just for a rep to pick up the second time I called the rep Tom said he apologized for all my disservice would get me a resolution from a supervisor then said something was wrong with his phone so he couldn't put me on hold he would call me right back he really fooled me it has been 45 min he never called back I wil never never order anything from this company again and neither will my family & friends how do you lie to customers like that and just dispense their call it's the holiday season shame on these reps very sad should be zero stars

      My Mom in Maryland ordered us (in Ohio) a gift box for Christmas 2024 with a credit card. The rep must of put in the numbers wrong because CC didn’t process so the easiest solution was to send me the invoice. Mom was furious, obviously because the surprise was spoiled plus I received an invoice. She called them. And was forever on the phone. They took the info again and would not waive the shipping as I suggested she ask them to do. Mom being 92 wouldn’t argue the fact since it was a Christmas present. The package was suppose to arrive in Ohio yesterday, it didn’t. I got a phone call from Mom’s neighbor today…the package arrived with my name on it and the (Maryland) billing address AND Mom’s in the hospital. Everything is going to spoil. No one has room for it. I really don’t want to upset her but she’s going to eventually ask if I got it! To coin a phrase from The Lion King “I’m surrounded by idiots!” Multiple emails, several phone calls. I am going to thank Mom for the thought but suggest she never order again. I’ve ordered before, BUT NEVER AGAIN,
