************* cash is a loan agency where they give you a line of credit. I have been with them over a year and I have not had a problem until the past four months I requested a draw down on my account which is basically cash on your line of credit it's been over a month and I have not received anything.Business Response

On April 23 2025 I requested a draw down from my revolving line of credit. I was only taking 24 hours turnaround. It now has been over 2 weeks and when I call to ask they say they are processing as fast as possible. They advertise a 24 hour to receive funds. I cannot get a straight answer from them. I have had no issues in the past. I just don't understand.Business Response

My problem is I asked for a drawdown on February 21 2025. It will be 3 months shortly. I've spoken to representatives as well as supervisors. I keep being told it's a processing error. Now I read the complaints from other customers that asked for a drawdown after me. I'm being told they have a 5000 cap a day. I asked if they were continuing to add new customers the supervisor said no to get caught back up. They are still advertising a 24 hr turnaround. I'm tired of the runaround. I've been patient. It's effecting me negatively I'm on SS and when you expect your drawdown in 24 hrs because you asked for it to cover something. They keep I should get it soon. The last time I talked to a supervisor was 3 weeks ago. I don't have anymore patients.Business Response

Requested drawdown of available funds for account I have with said company on January 25th. Here we are over 90 days later and even though my regular payments are on time they fail to process the drawdown request. I have emailed this company multiple times and just get the same response, "we're behind, it will be sent when underwriters gets to it" basically. If the funds are actually available on the business ends, the drawdown of all available funds request must be processed in a timely fashion.Business Response

I requested a drawdown from my line of credit 3/30/2025, as of today 5/6/2025 I am still waiting on this money to be deposited. This business historically claims that it take 1-2 business days to deposit in your account. Why should it take this long to receive funds when the company has no problem taking money out of your account same day if your payment is due. Why request for drawdowns if it takes nearly a month or more to receive funds when you really need it. Also I have emailed several times and called to follow up on this request and get told the same thing every time we are experiencing high volume, delays etc. Here is one of the emails that I received today on 5/6/2025 (We apologize for any inconvenience. Our team is working very hard to expedite this process for our customers. Transaction request date-Feb 23rd 2025 I requested a drawdown for $200 and as of right now I still have not received any response from the company, or any approval notice and I have called multiple times to find out what was going on, and I just keep getting the runaround. I keep getting told that they are behind on these requests and will get to it when they come to it. I even sent an email to the company, filing a complaint about this and I never received any responses back that way either. I have been a client with these people for over a year. However I no longer feel positive about this company and I feel that there are some shady and possibly fraudulent dealings going on with clients, and I also do not believe that these people are that far behind on drawdown requests, I believe that I am getting lied to and no longer getting true customer service. I feel that this company needs to be held accountable for these types of practices.Lastly, as of today May 2nd 2025 the website is down and Iam unable login and get documentation.Business Response

After numerous attempts contacting NH cash I am still unable to access my account details online. Therefore not knowing what I am paying for (or loan balance, principle, interest etc). Nor am I given access to account statements. In addition, I requested a drawdown on my available credit with ***** hour turnaround promised and was informed after that it would be a month. **************** has been extremely rude and dismissive each time I call.
