I requested a drawdown on 4/21/25 and still have not received the money. I have called numerous times and they can never provide me with real information. I have requested for a supervisor to call me and that hasnt happened. It is now July and I have no update.Business Response

Drawdown request put in April now July and if they respond I am just told its being worked on. However I did apply for more funds and was approved for an increase during this time but again cannot access the money I was approved for because of a drawdown pending. They never have managers available which is highly unprofessional to just a generic response from a basic email.Business Response

I put in Drawdown request on May 3rd 2025 and today is June 26th 2025 and still no drawdown. Ive emailed several times and get We are backlogged with drawdowns and working on it. I have been through 2 pay cycles on the loan having always paid them on time and directly debited from my account. What is the purpose of having a line of credit if you cant access it? I remortgage my house quicker than this company: they used to be a very very good company but not sure how they can do this.Business Response

I requested an increase and a drawn down several days ago. The increase was approved but the draw down hasnt even been looked at yet. They are saying they are too busy too help me. Really? Thats how you guys make money how is it that your too busy to make money.Business Response

Requested Funds back on 4/23/25 today is 6/25/25 and that request is still pending 3 months and over 90 days later. I've reached out several times and am told they are back logged. I looked at reviews and it seems that this is common thing. I would like a formal apology for the delay. I made a drawdown request on February 21, 2025. It has been 4 months and still not completed. I have contacted them numerous times with zero answer. Not sure what has happened with this company. I have been doing business with them since 2020 and this is the first time I have had issues like this. Drawdown was for April 17th 2025, and called after a month and they said it would be escalated and it will be resolved and to look out for email. Fast forward it has been 2 months for drawdown and still nothing. I have been a customer for over a year and just a few months ago it was a 24 hour wait. Then it was 1 month. Now its 2 months. On May 5th, 2025 I requested a drawdown with a deposit date of May 8th, *******'s now June 16th and I have not received my drawdown. When I call, I keep being told they are back logged with the drawdowns and processing in order they are received. This issue has been going on since November 2024 and is completely unacceptable.I feel like I'm being lied to and their lack of transparency is appalling.This is the 2nd time I've filed a complaint with the BBB. You solved my issue before and you would think I wouldn't be having the same issue. Unfortunately that's not the case. I hope this issue can be resolved.Business Response
