    NH Cash is a loan agency out of Bedford, New Hampshire. I previously took a loan out with them. They texted me earlier this week, stating they would be withdrawing $141 out of my bank account. I told them no, that I couldn’t pay that. I cancelled my card to prevent them from taking that money, money that I didn’t have I should add. I wake up to my bank account being negative over $183 this morning! Because what did they do? Since I cancelled that card to prevent them from taking a payment, they thought it would be amusing to write a fraudulent check off my bank account! I did not authorize that payment. I told them if it wasn’t returned, I would be contacting my local police department and filing a fraud report. I don’t have checks attached to my bank account. I’ve never written a check. I’ve never authorized any checks. I explained to them I’m going through a financial hardship situation right now, I can barely afford food and to pay my other bills. They weren’t even willing to negotiate a new payment plan. I want my money back that they stole, and I will not be paying them any more money. Legally, since they committed bank fraud, they have to let me out of my contract.

    Seems to me I took out a loan for $400 and I have been paying it for 2 Years and it keeps on going they have made their money back plus a ton more I don't know what to do I don't even know if this is legal it's getting stressful

    received correspondence about an account that is paid off they tookall my money outmy accountat one point years ago notsure y its still on my credit report or y im receiving anything in reference to it because no one has reached out in years after they too that money so i know they got it

    This is a formal complaint against NHCASH.COM located in BEDFORD, NH . This company has repeatedly violated my consumer rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and has caused me much unnecessary financial AND mental distress. For starters, they're reporting an erroneous & unverifiable account on my credit report and not to mention an account in which I've asked for proof of claim and in which they have not been able to provide, per the FCRA. Despite my efforts to resolve this unfortunate nightmare for several months now, NHCASH.COM has completely ignored my communications and legal submissions to remove this inaccurate information from my credit report. I am well aware of the many, many other complaints filed against this company for their illegal and unethical business. Yet, somehow, this company is still in business. This company's unprofessional & negligent behavior has caused lots of serious harm, not only to my ability to establish credit & good interest rates, but also to my character as a Professional and as an individual. Please help me, and the many other consumers just like me, to put a stop to the operation of these unethical & immoral business practices immediately. I sincerely appreciate your time and assistance in this matter and hope to hear from you very soon.

    As previously stated, this credit reporting agency is reporting erroneous, derogatory information about me to which is killing my credit & my Professional image. They've refused to send any proof of their claim because they have none since this account has never even existed. Therefore, my only wish is to have them permanently remove the inaccuracies that I’ve disputed from my credit file immediately.
