Made a drawdown request in May, called to check on it. The representative didn't help me and instead re-submitted the request to the back of the line. I have a payment coming up but I think they're waiting until the payment comes up to issue the money so they can take a higher payment and take "less"Business Response

I do not accept the business's response as a resolution to my complaint because: my original drawdown request is no longer in the system and there is a new one with the date of June 20 (which is tomorrow). Not sure how I can request a drawdown on a future date

I am filing a complaint against ******* for my account ending in *****. This company has extremely shady and predatory practices. On May 12, 2025, I logged into my account with ** Cash and used their 'Calculate Payoff' option. On May 12, 2025, my total payoff with this company was $263.10. I made that payment in full on May 12, ******************************* a couple days later to verify payoff and there was no amount due. On June 2, 2025, I received an email from ******* stating that my account is past due in the amount of $68.42. This is not possible since I used their website calculations to pay the $263.10 the system showed was my payoff amount on May 12th. I know for a fact that I have paid this company at least three times the amount of the $400 loan that I took out with them. When reaching out to their "customer service" email, there is generally no response to inquiries. You have to essentially threaten them to get them to reply to requests. When they do reply, they attempt placing blame on the customer rather than admitting to their predatory practices. There is no way for customers to track payments through their account portal. On their site, there is no record of my May 12th payment. Thankfully my bank has record of the debit from my account and what company it was sent to. This is the first of many complaints that I will be filing against this company. I refuse to pay this supposedly outstanding balance because the ** Cash system gave me a payoff amount of $263.10 which was paid on May 12, 2025. I expect a correction on my account and confirmation to be sent to me via email. I do not expect to continue receiving notifications from *******. If they attempt to withdraw the $68.42 from my account, I will dispute the charges with my bank. This company needs to be held accountable for their predatory practices.Customer Answer

Hello,
Thank you for your assistance in getting this issue resolved. On June 6, 2025, I received notification from ** Cash that my loan has been paid in full and my account is closed. This was the desired resolution.
Respectfully,
******* ********

I requested a drawdown on 5/15/2025 and have yet to receive my funds. I have called and emailed, continuing to receive the same response, that they are backlogged. It should never take this long to get a drawdown on your account. People request drawdowns when they need it, expecting to receive the funds in a day or two, not weeks or months later.Business Response

I requested funds that are available to me back on March 7th 2025 and still have not received them. This is even after multiple attempts of contacting the company and the only response they give is that the requests are reviewed in order received. It has been just shy of 3 months since the original request was submitted. That seems to be just unacceptable for any company to take that long to process a request. All the while I have been making my monthly payments on funds I can't access.Business Response

I put in a drawdown request on March 14th. To this day I have yet to receive the **************************** I should be able to use my line of credit without waiting so long. It has been almost 3 months. I desperately needed the money to pay a bill. Every time I call in they say there is a delay in processing the request. Requested a draw from my line of credit on 4/18/25. As of today, 5/30, I have not received my funds. I have been in contact with them several times and have been told they have a high volume of requests and will address them in the order they are received. My last drawdown took about 3 months. Like of credit requests should have a much quicker turn around then that.Business Response

This start** a couple yrs ago. They offer** my a lower payment to pay my loan from them. I set it up to pay it in 2 payments. The first one went through. The 2nd one I call** in, gave them my account info and they say I never call**. I had documentation of the call at the time but it was a recording and sav** on a phone call recording app that no longer works so call has since been lost. I have ask** them ad nauseum to stop contacting me about it. I've had to change my bank multiple times because they are constantantly trying to take money out that I have already paid and attempt** to pay. If they refus** to run my info through when I call** on the arrang** day to pay off the final amount that is their priblem. When I tri** to settle this with them via phone, the I person who start** they were the accountant in charge of all of the accounts literally scream** at me. I lost that recording via same app problem. I tri** to submit it to ****** a when I tr I ** to resolve this and they refus** to accept any info I has. I have request** that they stop contacting me as is my right with any type of collections and they continue to send me emails trying to obtain money from me and according to the ************************************ they must stop all lines of communication with me and fispite my repeat** requests they continue to send emails. I attempt** to report them July 2024 to the BBB. But wasn't old I had report** them to the incorrect BBB location. So, since they continue to attempt contact, Im reporting them againBusiness Response

Ty for not contacting me further.
I will not be making further arrangements to pay due to the issues that arose with the other multiple attempts to use a payback plan.
The initial plan was I validated by NHCash. they took out more than was arranged with the original contract.
The took out money **** often than the original contract said they would. I attempted to stop this and reminded them of the original contract. they sent me a contract that had been changed from my original and they stated that once I signed that initial contract it gave then cart balance access to my checking account meaning they can take out what amount they want when they want and whoever they want. it's my understanding that working with pay-day labs ir high fixed rate loans that the company would think their customers had the kind of money that ***** would be withdrawn as they wanted and have that kind of money. if I had I would have never needed a loan from them.
I had to have a 0 balance on my checking for school refunds which I can't use any more because the continue to check that account for 4.5 yrs so when funds hit it, they can send a charge through. this info is from my bank mobile vibe financial institution. I had to change banks to another checking account to have my SSDI funds deposited. they found my account and started taking funds from that account. instead of changing banks my bank suggested I change accounts, I did and although I gave my supporting data to reverse the payment because they weren't authorized to use the account. I got that done, changed accounts and even though there weren't funds in the account, they still took it out of that account and despite the bank saying that would nomever happen it did andvthey were going to cover it by transferring that amount that I was negative from my functioningcaccount. that amount was over half of my ssdi. I had no other income. I moved those funds to another checking account and I opened a 2nd account for my SSDI to have my direct deposited amount sent there. I was planning on keeping 3rd account open and use it to pay them back. but I was told they could track were the funds originally came from. so when those funds were gone, got my SSDI to go to this 4th bank. then when I still had funds in the 3rd bank ****** offered a settlement plan. I took it was in 2 payments. I paid the 1 half from the bank mobie account andci called to send the last payment with the 3rd banks account, so called that info in and the person who identified herself as the head of the legal **** said she got it. this is the same person who set this up had yelled at me over the phone in the past and tried to convince me they were a good honest buisness because it was family owned and operated without outside help. this statement didn't hold water because their company had over 1000 employees at the time. then I start receiving emails saying I needed to start paying. I called because this made no sense. I was told that payment was never paid. I talked with the person who I gave the info to said she couldn't have taken my payment because she had been at home caring for her sick child. **** is not an accurate statement because in this age of tech and even before with call forwarding, a person can essentially work from home.
I do not trust this company because of all of the above so will not be setting up any further plans. yes I could send money orders but my bank is not brick and mortar andci have no transportation, so I can't get cash to buy andci can't get it from a money order place. I don't deal in cash because I'm homebound and disabled

Requested drawdown last week along with a request for credit line increase. Credit line increase approved and drawdown request still not processed. In reading all of the complaints, it appears this company has a major issue with disbursements. Their website is misleading and says nothing about extended timeframes for drawdown requests. I have reached out to their customer service team with no response which is not surprising given their history. It's nice to offer a line of credit when people need it but why bother if you cannot service them. They have no problem taking payments but a big problem when someone wants to use their account for funds. I don't understand.Business Response
