I did a drawdown with NH cash march 21st the website gives you an option when you want your drawdown which is misleading because it says no where on website they are backed up on accounts and the drawdown will take longer than a couple of business days when it clearly gives you an option on when you want your drawdown. I have called multiple times to check on it and still they always say they are backed up and they go in the order of what customer comes before you . I checked out the reviews on April 7th a customer gave a review saying how easy the process was and how quick! Now how is that customer coming before me when I have been waiting a month .Business Response

I submitted a drawdown request twice in December 2024, but they were both deleted somehow on their end. (The website doesnt allow the customer to cancel a drawdown request.) I submitted it again on 1/2/2025 and it has been in a pending status since. I called a couple of times over the following month and they told me they had a system upgrade that created a backlog and that they had to review them in the order received. They also told me they were only allowed to disperse so many loans per day. I let it go for a few months and saw today that its still pending. I called and realized that theyve obviously switched to an overseas call center, but I cant tell if thats the reason for the continued delay. The guy I spoke to said hed escalate it to his manager because its been more than 3 months, then I should receive an email next week if approved. I asked to speak with the manager, but he told me Id have to call back later because the manager was on lunch. (Obviously not true.) They used to give you a decision within 24 hours, then the funds were deposited within the following 24 hours after that. Today is Wednesday and theyre saying next week for a decision. What is going on and why are they doing this to their customers??Customer Answer

I called 2 hours after my original call on 4/30/2025 and again asked to speak with a manager. He put me on hold for a minute and then told me that the manager was on lunch. When I said that was the exact same reason I wasnt able to speak to a manager on my earlier call, he switched to saying shes not available. He told me she would call me back in the next 30 minutes to an hour, but no one ever did. So either the person taking the call doesnt want the customers to speak to a manager or the managers just refuse to take customer calls. I also checked my account again today and its still in a pending status.Business Response

I requested a drawdown on my account back on March 19, 2025. I have called a few times because I still have not received the drawdown and it is now April 30, 2025. I would not be bothering with this if I did not need the money. I get told that the requests are backed up and that they do not know when I will receive the money, but that I will get an email from the company first. That email has never come. This has caused me some financial hardship and I would very much appreciate if this company allowed me to receive $300 - the amount of the drawdown request.Business Response

I put in for a draw down almost 3 weeks ago and I keep being told they are running behind and they are experiencing high volumes. I can't talk to anyone, they just read a scripted message. I put in a request earlier in January and in March cancelled it. It used to take 2 days for a draw down, not weeks. You have no problem taking payments. I have been a customer for quite sometime, but something recently has changed.Business Response

I applied for a online loan for bad credit through *******. I get a message that I'm pre-approved for a amount of money and that the underwriting team would reach out to me with there final approval decisions. We'll fast forward to today I call to get an update about my application only to be informed that they are BACKLOGGED FOR OVER A MONTH ON PROCESSING LOANS, at least that is what came out of THE COMPANIES REPRESENTATIVE OWN MOUTH. Mind you my problem isn't the wait time, my problem is that this site gets your hopes up high saying they give you INSTANT DECISIONS only for me to call and they tell me the same thing they been telling customers since JANUARY!!! Please make this company STOP FALSELY ADVERTISING. THEY MAKE CLAIMS THEY OBVIOUSLY CAN NOT KEEP. Please do better!! NHCash.com continues to try and draft my account for payment amounts other than what was agreed upon. Emails sent indicating that I will be charged additional fees. Calls to them for resolution result in more confusion and frustration because they can provide no details for record and claim that the arrangement I made on March 21st, 2025 to pay $40 a month to settle my balance of $182 and they can not update the online portal to reflect this information but that my account is consider in protection because of my payment plan. A draft was attempted on 4/15/2025 in the amount of $91.74 when my next payment due is on 4/21/2025 for $40. Repeated attempts to get clarity on why my account is continued to draft unauthorized amounts never gets resolution. Additionally they have put a **** on my credit that my account needs attention and no attention is needed except for them to stick to the agreed upon arrangement and only charge what was agree upon in that arrangement.Customer Answer

Since my $40 payment is not due until the 20th and the total amount due shows the agreed upon $182, I request that ****** remove the remark on my credit profile saying needs attention and update the amount owed to $182 from $417 or remove the entry entirely. I do not accept the business's response as a resolution to my complaint because: my credit report now reflects that this account shows ***** days late and that is absolutely not true. My payment plan agreement was entered in 2 months ago and each payment has been made on time. There has been plenty of time to update not only the on time payments, and the total amount owed which is now $142, not the $455 indicated on my credit report as shown in attached. Please make updates.

Requested a drawdown 2/6/25 and still have not received it. I noticed the complaints on here from people who requested a drawdown after me then receiving their drawdowns so instead of submitting a complaint, to rectifyI called the company and asked why other people are getting their drawndowns before me when those people requested theirs after my request and they told me the same thing as always its received and being processed and Ill receive an email when its approved. I submitted a request for a drawdown from my account. It has now been 2 weeks and my bank account is in the negative due to not receiving the drawdown. Knowing that there have been significant delays in processing in the past, I have contacted them several times asking if they could at least tell me what dates were being processed, so I could plan my budget. I'm a disabled senior and barely live SS check to pension check.
