In June of 2024 I took out a $300 loan. I made my first payment on 07/01/24 in the amount of $51.44. On 08/01/24 I made my 2nd payment. And on 09/05/24 I made a 3rd payment of $68.40. The payments total $194.02. Yet my current balance is $363.73. How is it that after making payments totaling $194.02 on a $300 loan I owe $363.73? My next payment scheduled for 10/01/24 is in the amount of $98.20. All I want is to be repaid for the $194.02 and I will no longer do business with ******. I've been on Dialysis for 28 years and I'm on a fixed income. This is absolute robbery. I needed help to get through a tough month, what I received was a theft of money I can't spare. Making my life even more financially complicated and stressful! This much stress for me can be dangerous! All I'm asking is that they refund my money, and I'll never deal with them again. Im understand I was behind on my payments but I specifically told them when my pay periods were and they would try taking payments from my account between pay periods. Then a double payment was taken and not reflected on the account summary page. When I try contacting them the number provided doesnt even ring at all. It shows on my end as if it was automatically answered on their end. I repeatedly said hello for 30 minutes one time and no answer. The website says you can text them so I did and no response. So then I emailed them and again no response. They continuously call and leave voicemails when we are behind on payments but once you need to contact them there is no way of doing so. I am simply wanting to see a payment history and to know why it isnt reflecting on my account. According to what I see the second payment shouldve paid off my account with them plus a $10 refund to me. At this point they can just keep the extra and consider the account paid in full.Business Response

I originally borrowed 400 dollars in July 2023, no one ever explained how they billed the account. I was led to believe I was going to be charged 20%, but in reality it was far greater than that. When I called attention to the the fact that my account hadnt been billed correctly, my statements were changed. Every account this company has ever had needs to be examined for fraud. When I called there and tried to talk about my account I was hung up on. I dont know who runs this place but in my opinion hes nothing but a *****.Business Response

The customer initial loan was $400.00 subject to an APR of ***** which was disclosed during the application process initialed on July 2023 and that Mr. ***** agreed to.The monthly billing statements are emailed to each customer 21 days before the due date which breaks down the minimum payment each billing cycle into fees,interest, and principal balance.
Our records indicate that ************** requested a credit line increase which was approved on 5/22/2024 and consequently requested additional funds out of his line of credit, which were also approved and deposited into ****************** bank account on 5/29/2024 in the amount of $230.00; therefore, it was expected that payments will increase as shown on following billing statement emailed on 06/26/2024.

Customer **************** applied and was subsequently approved for a line of credit, which was opened on 7/25/2023 for $400.00 with an APR of *****. On 03/03/2024 **************** requested to access available funds on the line of credit and 03/07/2024 $300.00 was deposited into the customer's bank account. On 03/08/2024 we emailed billing statements were show all transaction history including balance, payments, and additional funds requested.
We have included a copy of February,March, and April billing statements for **************** to review. on 2/9/2024 I tried to contact NHCash to change my bank account number. The link to add a bank account number gives an error. It gives an email link in the error message but when you send an email it comes back as being blocked. So then I tried to call and the number (888-642-2740) immediately disconnects. So next option was a text message....no response. I called the collection number that I found here by reading other complaints and was told that the system is down a lot and to just keep trying, Very frustrating!! This company states all over there website, I met all the requirements and still got denied then I look on my credit report and they have ran a hard credit check , they claim to not look at credit scores or care about them. I applied for a loan twice. I read on their website that they do not have a minimum credit score required to get a loan from them. However, both times that I have applied, they have done hard credit checks and it has worsened my credit score significantly. Before I reapplied for a loan the second time with nhcash, I sent an email to the customer service department and received no response at all. I used both of my email accounts, which are ************[email protected] and *****************@gmail.com. There is also an issue that I'm having with their website that does not permit me to verify my email as it requests after their hard credit check happens.Business Response

pending for approval and we sent email communication to the email address
provided on that application which is different from those listed on the above complaint.
The last attempt made was on 11/6/2023.
On December 23/2023. Ms.******* started a new application since the prior
one expired after 90 days. Such application shows in the system as incomplete,
if Ms. ******* wishes to continue with the approval process,
