    ****** ******** 1st time he mentioned this. On 1/4/24 I finally reached Ms.H. She works for advantageprogram.com a third party who sells vacations. She said I had to use 6000 WM pts to procure vacations for their clients, Once they got paid I would receive some money by 2025.. The fee for this was $159 year. I said it's a scam, she then said I could get my WM fees w/o joining this program. Called/emailed her 1/8, 1/26 No response. 1/31, spoke with ******** **** in customer care. Told her my concerns and she informed me "not to worry because she filled out the necessary forms for me. I asked what forms, what information and demanded to see the forms. I told her she had no authority to fill out anything for me and she has no information regarding me. I told her I was going to report SMTN to the authorities. She hung up on me. All communication with SMTN I initiated. On 1/12/24 I wrote Mr. ******** asking him to return my calls. Last time I ever heard from him was 12/21/23. I want a refund of $2903.

    On 3/11/24 I spoke with *********************** and her boss and came to a resolution regarding my complaint #********. 

    They were to refund to me $2704. I signed a DocuSign document on 3/12/24.  They were to send me a check and promised to send me the tracking information. 
    It has been over 2 weeks now and I have not received anything.

    I followed up with *********************** by email on 3/15/24. In my email I asked to have the money returned to the credit card I originally used. I received no response.

    I called and spoke with her on 3/20/24 and again asked to have the refund returned to my credit card, since I have not received any tracking number or check as promised. She told me they had already cut the check and she would send me the tracking number.

    I emailed ************** on 3/25/24 and said I have done my part in signing the document they sent me (on 3/12/24) and I requested they fulfill their part. I told her if I didn't hear from her by 3/27/25,  I would reopen the case with the BBB.  No response

    I would appreciate your help in this matter.  Both emails and the Docusign document has beeb submitted.

    This company solicited me and lead me to believe things that were not accurate. I have made several attempts to reach out since then with no response since the initial call. I have tried to call and email but to no avail because I have not gotten any responses. The company is a scam and I would not recommend anyone to use the company. I feel like they do not provide any of there services like they promised in the initial call. I have tried to cancel the services and get even a partial refund and again to no avail.

    I do not accept the business's response as a resolution to my complaint because: when we try to communicate it takes multiple emails and phone calls to receive a response. Most recently we have had trouble regarding our maintenance fee protection plan. ****** was rude and condescending on the phone and via email when we present her with our concerns. At this time we dont see how they will be able to sell our timeshare and would Like our money back

    I do not accept the business's response as a resolution to my complaint because my husband has been emailing our representative regarding our maintenance fee protection and has not received in answer. The only time we get a phone call is after I file a complaint. 

    I will continue to file complaints until this business has repercussions for the stealing of people's money. They have no problem responding to emails and phone calls until they get a credit card number.

    On 2/2/24 I agreed to obtain the services of Sell My Timeshare Now to sell my timeshare for a fee of 1698.00 dollars. But after talking it over with my wife, I decided to change my plan and called back on 2/3/24 SMTN and cancel my agreement. I called the person that I made the the agreement with and said that I changed my mind and to cancel the agreement before they move forward with my account , however he never agreed to refund my payment and said he was on the way to the office and would call me in a couple of hours. He never did! I called several times to the office and phone would ring and go to voicemail and leave a message , no call back.

    In Dec 2022 we listed three timeshares with sell my timeshare now. They were very aggressive in their sales tactics with the representative calling multiple times a week. While this was annoying it ultimately did give us a sense that they work hard. We listed at their recommended price and were told they typically sell in 30-45 days and we should urgently list as people often purchase around Christmas. 4 months passed with no updates. I emailed and called in April for an update. In July we received a call from a new side of SMTN telling us that the timeshare resale market was bad and that they could now help us to legally exit our timeshare without selling it. We selected SMTN to help us because they were focused on sales and not just an exit. If they don’t believe in their own business any longer how can they expect their customers to. In Aug I called and asked for an evaluation of prices and asked them to be better about communicating about the market. We dropped the price. In October I asked for a refund as we had still had no interest, and SMTN did not increase their communication other than to try to sell us other products. SMTN is a marketing company, but the only thing they market is themselves. I have called and emailed many times to be told we will call back in 24 hours and no one calls in a timely manner. Yet, We have received a dozen or more emails, calls and letters to enroll in a different timeshare program they want to sell. But the service that we paid them thousands of $ for they don’t communicate about. I have escalated my issues through their customer service team for more than 5 months and finally got to a higher level agent in Nov 2023. In Dec 2023 they offered to give us a very small portion of our payment as a refund. We requested that they reevaluate that to a higher amount. I was told I would be called back in a couple of days. It has been a month and a half and no one has called back and no refund has been issued.
