    This company does not fulfill obligations and lied to me about money back guarantee. I would proceed with caution. They misrepresented themselves to me and are not making it right. Very disappointing.

    I have used Sell My Timeshare Now four times over the past few years to purchase timeshare fixed weeks. Every transaction has been conducted efficiently and without any issues whatsoever. No guesswork or waiting for responses as they always kept me informed as to what was happening during the purchase cycle.I certainly recommend using Sell My Timeshare Now, based on my personal experience.

    I owned a Time share which I no longer wanted as it was the result of a previous marriage. I have always been able to rent it and make a profit each year after all expenses, but it increased complexity of tax filing. I searched for 6-12 months on the best way to sell it and settled on Sell My Timeshare Now as the best option. Their agents made the listing step very simple and explained the process very well. You do pay an up front fee, but no others after that and I chose listing price, when and how much to adjust it, and negotiations as offers came in. It was very straight forward and I now have completed the sale at a very reasonable price, have all proceeds to invest as I choose. I would recommend using SMTN for your needs if you have one you desire to sell (or are looking to purchase possibly).

    I paid $4000 for two Time Shares to be sold. This has gone on fore years. I have so many inquiries but no sales. I have lowered the price many times down to just a few hundred dollars and NOTHING has been sold! It takes nothing to post a sale so why so much money? I have no problem paying the money if they would have sold them. I feel this is totally a scam paying that money up front!

    SMTN provided a service to my husband and I when we wanted to purchase a timeshare at a resort where we already own a unit. They completely managed every aspect of the sale, the title search, the financial search and delivered the unit to us, already set up in our home resort file. It was a quick, seamless process, professional and easy. The employees who serviced this sale kept us appraised throughout the sale. This is a 5 Star operation.

    This company is a scam. Stay away from them. They take your money upfront with no intention of selling your timeshare. They make promises they do not keep and have no conscience as to what they are doing
