    I was very happy with the initial contact and information I received from SMTN. The customer services rep was very friendly, and helpful and she knew her material. I signed up with them to sell my coconut Club timeshare. I am looking forward to working with them.

    They sold two of of my timeshares.. Marriotts Ocean Pointe and Marriotts St. Kitts… you just have to be willing to take an offer and realize you will save money on the dues … I found then to be very be professional and helpful throughout the while process and I would definitely recommend them

    The service thus far is horrible. I signed up on 5/27 and paid the fee required and sent in all documentation that was asked of me. 3 months later I am getting a email saying that I need to resend in the information to verify and certify my timeshare. I called upset because the money that I paid for this service this mistake shouldn't have happened. I talked to Keith Alefeld and he had to have been the rudest customer service person I ever spoke to. He made it clear that he would take my ad down but not give me a refund for the money I paid. He also said that if I wrote a review that they would go through the proper channels to have my review deleted. I've never been so disgusted with a customer service company in my life. Talk to anyone but Keith A****** when you want to sell. He ruined my whole experience

    SMTS was professional during our relationship. When they received an offer, they contacted me immediately. Follow up was very good and help was available every step. Instructions were clear and concise. Although sales of my kind of timeshare are difficult, mine sold. I am completely satisfied with the service I received.

    I sold my timeshare with Disney with no difficulties. The paperwork was all emailed to me, I got the needed items notarized and sent back. My funds were wired faster than the 60 day turnaround. Easy to get answers to my questions along the way and excellent service.
