  I recently worked with ***** and team and had a great experience! Everyone was very responsive to any requests or questions that I had. It was very easy for me to always be able to talk with a person. I was a little surprised at the fees to transfer, but when ***** explained what everything was for it made sense... and the fees were worth it to be able to have a seamless and safe transfer!

  Had a great experience with your company. Always such a prompt and quick response to emails. It was such an easy and seamless process. . Everyone was always so helpful with any questions or concerns we might have had. I highly recommend this company for your time share purchase.   This company is an absolute scam and should be shut down to prevent further spread of its criminal practices. In mid 2024, during an initial conversation and offered services provided by a consultant named ******* ******, I was asked for payment up front quoted at 20% of his suggested listing price. I was pursued, and purchased the services for 2 timeshares that I own, assuring me the properties would sell at a fair market value of $10k each. He assured me that they would sell in no time, specifically mentioning before the new year. Prior to purchasing, when questioning the validity, he explained the company will cover my maintenance fees if not sold by their due date. He explicitly promised routine updates, as well as a guarantee they would sell with the terms I requested. He insisted that their service fee was exactly 20%, totaling $4k. After paying, within 24 hours I received an electronic contract during a lengthy work travel. I was pressured to sign the contract expeditiously, so I did without a thorough review. Not long after, I received no updates and as I contacted to request any update, the answer was always the same- no interested buyers, drop the asking price. So 3 months in, I did, to a total of $15k. i was never offered any partial refund to my payment. I eagerly requested analytics to support the price drop several times, and was never provided any details. ******* continued to tell me that customer services would contact me, or tried contacting me- but they never did. After new year, and no sell, nor funding to my maintenance fees, I requested a refund. After several correspondence and an escalation to speak to a supervisor, I received a call from a customer support *** named ****** *****. She promised me a resolution, that theyre looking into my case, and that shed contact me no later than Tuesday (4 days following our call). After nearly a month since the call, and leaving voicemails and emails, I am not able to get into contact anyone.

  I have used Sell My Timeshare Now to purchase three timeshares at a fraction of the cost of what the developer wanted for the same units. It was a great experience. When I needed to sell one of the timeshare units, they listed my timeshares and I got them sold. It took longer to sell the units than I had hoped, but the process was seamless.I would definitely use them again.

  This company is awful. They misled me as I inquired about the market value of sales at my resort in ************, ** prior to paying the fee. There was absolutely no outbound effort beyond a simple posting. The market rate that they suggested was $29,000. Only after my inquiries to them did they even respond. Their one and only recommendation was to lower the price. The offer that they passed on to me was for $5000- ridiculously lower than the $29,000 they first referenced. Now they continue to charge yearly fee to maintain the listing.If they do not perform within a reasonable time; then they should offer a partial refund. My suggestion is to NOT do business with this company.

  The only action they took was to collect the 1st installment of the fee. When I called to cancel, they didnt even ask for an explanation. In short, dont bother.

  They helped me purchase a timeshare on the resale market at a fraction of the price the resort charged (although with some benefits stripped as part of the resale transfer). They were very communicative throughout the process which does take some time because of how the resorts process the transfer. I would work with them again if I ever choose to buy (or sell) a timeshare.

  I was led to believe this company SMTN would be able to get my 2 timeshares sold...I paid over $6000 to them and outside of a generic ad posted for each, no activity. I am regretting this decision and not holding my breath that anything positive will happen.

  *** was super easy to work with and responsive when we decided we wanted to exit our timeshare. Price was higher than I was expecting and the process was v easy, just provided some information on the timeshare and signed some online pages.

  Purchasing a Hilton timeshare through these guys was an excellent experience! We found exactly what we were looking for within our budget.
