  I listed 2 properties with SMTN on 8/1/21 for their recommended price. After 3 months with no inquiries, I became proactive researching other listings and began dropping my price until the properties received some hits. Received an offer Sept 2022 and I accepted. Received payment 1/15/23. SMTN markets through their website so as an owner, YOU need to do the work to bring your ad to the top of the list and make it more appealing and do not expect to recoup your costs.

  Almost 3 years ago I made the mistake of calling this company and paying thousands of dollars for their help. My husband had died and I couldn't afford the annual fees for my timeshare.
  Despite agreeing to lower my asking price, and contacting the Better Business for assistance, I have not had a single offer in nearly 3 years. Please don't waste your money on this company.

  When buying a timeshare, this is the way to go. I ended up with a big timeshare (several weeks) and it cost a fraction of the price of getting a new one. As an added bonus, I did it in the comfort of my rocking chair at home with no added pressure. Everyone I worked with was extremely friendly and did all the work for me.

  I tried to buy a timeshare in Myrtle beach for the past 2 years. After 20 rejections for Right of first refusal, I finally succeeded to get one for the price and points that I wanted.

  This company is yet another scam, they want money up front. if they were that great they would just charge commission. very irresponsible business practices to lure people in, businesses like this should be illegal and definitely go under. Do not attempt to give this company a single penny. the timeshare business is just a big scam altogether. Canceling is the best option, dont let companies like sell my timeshare steal more money from you !!!

  I foolishly paid this company to sell my timeshare in desperation. I thoroughly enjoyed my timeshare while my husband was alive. These crooks knew I had just lost my husband to a Glioblastoma... Stage 4 Brian cancer, at a ripe age of 36. They had no hesitation to take nearly 2K dollars in my moment desperation to pay for a geographical spot to monument his resting place. And, he still doesn't have more than the funeral home free bee for a marker as a headstone. These crooks put on as though they were a sure sell. I know that is not reality. But, it has been nearly four years, 2k out of pocket, and no bites other than more scams trying to get me to buy more vacation timeshare!? This site is a scam, and it's telemarketing payroll has no soul

  Paid over $4000 and got nothing! Waste of money! Dinner do it! I sent pictures and they entered the wrong ones in also. Never heard a word. They just wanted my money and then did nothing!

  Scam. I paid the $1800 to get out of my current timeshare, and then I had to pay another $4600 to have it advertised, title company closing expenses, and just got ANOTHER annual bill for $149 to advertise it for another year! They have done NOTHING!!! I fell like I was scammed!

  When considering selling or purchasing a timeshare you want to make sure you have a viable company that becomes a trusted advisor. I purchased a timeshare with SMTN in 2022 and I highly recommend them. From the contract negotiation to closing, my broker was there along the way. The process takes time, so you want to make sure you are with a leader. SMTN is the leader I would recommend.

  I highly recommend SMTN who has sold weeks at my timeshare on two occasions. They are very professional and willing to take the time to answer my questions during what can be a long process. They were always accurate with their responses. They are a very good company with great people.
