  J R******** just took the money and pretty much walked away.... do not be misled, this company just want money and do not care for the customers that have lost so much already with fraudulent time shares. Do you research well, you will be better with an attorney. Do not believe Sell My Timeshare lies.

  I don't expect free or discounted goods or services from anyone; however, I've found that this company advertises UNVERIFIED timeshare sales listings. In effect they collect fees which enable a seller to falsely claim type of ownership (i.e. annual vs odd/even year ownership as well as failure to disclose thousands of dollars of unpaid maintenance fees). Good luck obtaining refunds of fees to a seller who independently sells their timeshare regardless of duration of time SMTN failed to do so.
  SMTN will gladly accept fees for listing your timeshare at any price including unrealistically high or ridiculously low (to undercut their other clients who have long standing listings of the EXACT SAME resort and features.
  Even IF, IF, IF a significant number or even the majority of their listings are legitimate, there is NO excuse for their failure to verify EVERY one before listing it to prevent fraud (other than greed), and NO owner should be prevented from selling their own property without the unfair and unreasonable requirement of doing so ONLY via some other timeshare sales website accompanied by paying additional hundreds or thousands of dollars for an alternate website listing.

  Great Service and a Seamless Purchase Experience.
  I highly recommend the team at SellMyTimeshareNow.com for your purchase or sale of your timeshare. This is my third transaction with them. They were able to find the exact unit we were looking for (Penthouse unit during peak ski season) that is hard to find. The process was very easy and we were able make a deposit, complete all the paperwork and complete the transaction in just a few short weeks. Their website was very easy to use in searching for the properties. We were even able to set up a property tour when we were in the town where the timeshare was (while using the other units we had purchased through them at another property in the same town).

  IMHO this is nothing but a pure scam. We paid the money upfront to sell my parent's timeshare and got nothing but excuses.
  Mary M*****, the SMTN representative actually got to where she wouldn't even return my phone calls or e-mails. Every time that I would call the office to get an update, she was always "busy." I would leave a message, but NEVER get a response. All of my e-mails to her were never returned also.
  When you are first talking with them, they say all sorts of good sales lines in order to get you to buy your ad. That is all that they are is an ad sales company. They act as if they are doing all sorts of things to help you out, but you get nothing.

  Very apprehensive about timeshare selling companies. We were very pleased with SMTN. The listing was great with details of our condo with photos and we were notified of inquiries. Sale and closing went so smoothly. This company was definitely a good one. We never thought we would be able to sell, but they made it easy!

  ‘SMTN did a professional and expedient job of listing and selling my timeshares. I would recommend them highly, especially in a marketplace that is full of crooks.
