  We had a great experience using SellmyTimeshareNow to purchase our first timeshare! At first, we were a little hesitant because we didn't understand how the process worked, however everything turned out great. From start to finish, it did take about 6 months to complete but they were so communicative the entire process. A couple times I called, gave them the file number and they were easily able to provide an update. Great experience overall!

  SMTN was great to work with on the sale of our timeshare. They were accommodating and explained every detail so we could make the best of our experience. We went into the process knowing we would take a loss on our investment, so it was great to have them support us from beginning to end. When the first buyer didn't work out, they explained why and contacted us as soon as another buyer became interested in our timeshare. If I ever made a huge mistake, bought another property, and wanted to get out of it, I would definitely use SMTN again.

  The start of the process was very pleasant. The team was knowledgeable and helpful.The duration of the process is longer than expected/understood from offer to transfer of title, etc.Expect that it can take up to 6 months.The closing process was at first confusing, but the Sell My Timeshare team was reassuring and answered all my questions.I highly recommend this timeshare resale as we were able to secure an amazing week at a top rated resort in ******.

  Great service from SMTN I recently listed two properties with SMTN, one for timeshare points and another for two weeks. While the process took longer than I anticipated, I ultimately received the expected price for both. The listings generated 19 inquiries; 13 did not follow up, 4 made low offers, and 2 offers were acceptable. Throughout the process, the customer service team at ********************** was consistently available and helpful. They handled the document flow efficiently once the offers were accepted and kept me informed at every step, ensuring the funds were received as expected. Overall, my experience was positive, and I would definitely use SMTN again.

  Would I use them again? Yes. Why? The communication was good, quick, and helpful. Now that I know what I know, I'll ask better questions next time.Negatives? The initial statement of "this is what it will cost to close" did not match what I ended up paying by a fairly significant amount. (~$2000 more than expected, on an initial $7000 expected)Overall, though, what I was promised is exactly what I got and I didn't get the runaround.

  Ripoff!Do not waste your time and more importantly $$ selling your timeshare with this place/service!They initially charge you a $1,700 listing/marketing fee and list it real high leading you to believe itll sell when they know darn well it ******** cant give these away right now so IMO youd be better off finding a firm where you pay a fee to relinquish your ********, I was virtually giving mine away and never had any interest in 2 years of it being listed

  Worst decision I could've ever made apart from purchasing the timeshares. I paid this company over $6,000.00 and the salesman did his job and made it sound so great. Once the fee was paid, I never heard from anyone from this company, I just receive random emails from the company. I'm trying to find a way to file a claim against this company. Does anyone have any information on how to??

  We listed our timeshare in ******************, **. While it is not a prime week our agent told us it would sell quickly given the location. We paid the fee on our credit card. We reviewed the ad and approved it. Waited with no traffic. We liwered the price.... still no traffic. In the meantime SMTN had people calling us trying to get us to spend money on travel packages. Finally we sold the timeshare on our own...we paid the attorney fees to do the sales transfer...where was SMTN..... Nowhere. When i called.to let them know we sold our timeshare they tried to sell us something else. I asked how many people other than us looked at.out timeshare ad... I got no answer. Why? Because we were sadly taken. If i sold it why dont Iget all or at best 3/4 of my fee back. We paid for a company to market our timeshare. If we sold it ourselves without the help of SMTN why did we pay SMTN. Another MLM scam. Please keep the money in your account. I am still paying payments on my inital ad.
