    Constant phone calls and I have asked for them to stop calling me, yet they keep calling I have blocked the number, but they keep filling up my voicemail to the point I miss important voicemails because they can't leave one.

    This company keeps calling multiple times a day and week. No one ever answers when I answer and when I call the number back they leave in messages no one answers. They call from multiple different numbers with ever call. They are stating I owe a debt to a hospital, but when I call the hospital they state I have a 0 balance. I’d like this company to leave me alone.

    We have verified with our client that the balance is due. We have placed the phone number on file, as this is the first request to cease calling. We have also requested our client send an itemized bill to the consumer outlining the charges.

    I do not accept the business's response as a resolution to my complaint because: I received the invoice from the hospital this company is reporting I have a balance with and the statement says $0 balance. This company needs to do their due job correctly and stop harassing people!

    This business has been calling me incessantly for months on my personal cell phone number. After searching, it appears to be some collection agency, except the issue is that I have no outstanding debt whatsoever, and this call absolutely does not pertain to me. I understand that they have a job to do, but I'm beyond annoyed by the constant phone calls and voicemails since this, again, has nothing to do with me. Regardless, blocking all of the numbers they call from doesn't help. I called them, and they said I'd be removed, but explaining to a company that they need not contact me repeatedly for something that doesn't pertain to me is not something that I should need to spend my time doing. I'm also annoyed that I am even taking the time to write this, but maybe the venting will help me feel less frustrated and help someone else feel a little less alone if they, too, are dealing with this nonsense.

    Marcam Assciates call my cell number daily.I was assigned this number a few weeks ago and the calls began immediately. I can't block them as they use fake phone numbers and change them frequently. I have no business with them and they never say what they are calling about. I would like them to write me a letter if they have legitimate business with me stating their purpose. Otherwise this is just harassment.

    I receive robo calls and voicemails several times a week and at times several times a day. I have tried to get them to stop. I have even threatened to sue if they don't. Then I got even more calls. I have tried blocking and reporting the number but then they just use either a different number or a restricted number.
    If you can't make them stop, then my only remaining option is to take them to court.

    These people keep calling. I have also called back like many others and no answer. I want them to stop calling. We have no need for their services

    This business continued to call me to set up a payment plan for a hospital bill that I already had a payment plan for. They were, and continue to take money out of my checking account every month. The bill has been paid already!!! Where did the money go that they took??? I will let my bank know and see what the total charges were. Unbelievable!!! Scammers

    We received this complaint via email at 9:33 AM yesterday requesting a refund and disputing the balance. The consumer then
    called in at 9:52 AM yesterday, inquired about the balance, and then paid in full after
    verifying that the beginning balance - payments made = amount due. Payment plan was cancelled correctly since account is now paid in full.

    They continually call and won't stop. I've blocked multiple numbers and they keep calling. I don't have any business with them nor wish to do ANY business with them. Nothing but harassing calls and messages daily.
