      Worst service of any company I have ever done business with. Cell phone service has dropped to near zero. **************** representatives cant do anything to help. Constant dropped or missed calls friends tell us they always go straight to voicemail when they call us. I can be sitting watching my phone waiting for a call, and it goes to voicemail. It didnt use to be like this. They lied about the offer of a free phone. We now pay for the free phone. They are crooks stealing with impunity. Terrible company. I wish the ftc or someone would do something. Hopefully someone will file a class action lawsuit.

      I tried to upgrade my phone and when I finally received my new phone it had a issue with the speakers not working all the time and sounding crackly. Not there fault but what came next was the worst customer service I've ever experienced i chatted with a agent that said they would expedite the new phone I would get it in 2 days. After day three I check tracking since it didn't show when it said it would to see it was being returned to sender. Called customer service that said it was an issue on thier end but I would have to wait 3 to 4 day for them to receive and get my refund that I paid on that device just to get it shipped. Then they would resend it I wasn't happy as I have a brand new 1400 dollar phone that's not working correctly. Asked to speak to a manager to see what could be done they canceled the order so they could place a new one and promised next day we'll transfered 8 times to different departments and over 2 hours later still on the phone cause they can't settle it or can't access my account cause they want to send a verification to a tablet that doesn't get messages not my one and only phone on the account.. Horrible experience and nothing has been resolved!

      I went with Verizon because I was offered a new phone at no charge . A year later I moved and didn't know that the Verizon towers did not cover the area I moved to. My internet wouldn't work at all. My phone only worked occasionally. I had to transfer subscribers. Verizon was very unhappy. After 6 months Verizon charged me $399.00 for the balance of my phone that was to be free. They never even called me, just debited my checking account putting me into a negative balance. After several days of arguments and on the phone for hours I speck with numerous rude uncaring customer service ***** I finally gave up after a week of the lies they were telling me. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THERE BUSINESS

      I have been to many business where there a several bad reviews, and in most cases I think it is case by case and end up using the business. However, this Verizon Wireless-Victra retailer on ********************, is a scamming business. Not honest nor transparent. I had asked numerous times if the change will affect my current bill, and 2 ***s, one being the manager *****, stated no your bill will stay the same rate and not increase. Sure enough, the very next day, I check my future bill summaries and for 2-3 bill cycles, the bill went up $40! A third *** I am talking to now, is stating sometimes the promps do not get applied and it wasnt done correctly so he offered to fix it and make it right. Two questions, why didnt they do it correctly the first time, now they want to charge a restocking fee of $50 for a phone I didnt even use. This *** kept bargaining with me sayong I will give you$100 back, which is not the full $290; and if not, he will fix it. And then I say no, then he says i will have to pay $50 restocking fee. So they dont see what they did wrong, false advertising, not keeping their word, nor business ethics.

      Holy cow Ive been waiting for sometime here at the Verizon corporate store in ***** and they have a couple of people just walking around. The service at the **** corporate store is night and day compared to these jokers. Im so happy I switched, not only for the savings but everything else included. I asked **** for help since he was just walking around telling people how long their wait is and he saidI only delegate . So I got angry and said thanks for getting his steps in and he got offended that someone called him on his lack of customer service and asked us to leave after waiting 30 minutes. Im so happy I left this ridiculous company that obviously doesnt care about customers

      Im putting this where everyone can see. I recently cancelled my service and today, i received a bill for the remaining service I had used, that also had a past due amount which is impossible, you cant port a number with a past due account and it was on autopay and the previous bill left my account as always. I could no longer access my online account because my number would no log in. I was forced to call in to make a payment. 1) at no time was I asked for a code. 2) no one mentioned that a fee of $10 would be accessed for paying with an agent. I was merely trying to pay off the account so I could be done with vzw. So, I paid it and lo and behold! A $10 fee. I called in to ask them why and to ask they waive it- since it was the only way I could pay the bill and no one mentioned a $10 fee. Had that been mentioned I would have waited to see if they mailed a way to pay. So, 4 different agents then proceeded to ask me for a code and not work with me when I said I did not know the code. 4 different calls. One agent said I set up a code and didnt remember. Not true. But, if that was the case, why not work with me to discuss my issue? They simply refused to communicate. Then, 5th call I finally got someone who would help and they denied charging the $10. That I could SEE pending on my account online- my credit card. Ive never been happier I have switched from ***. The disrespect today was staggering. Not even willing to transfer me to a supervisor or someone who could possibly help. Telling me I dont remember setting up an account. Telling me theres no one who can help. Im astounded. And, if my new service wouldnt work out for some reason, I will NEVER go back to vzw after being treated this way. My bill was over $100 a month for one person on vzw. Ive been a customer for 22 years. My bill is now $30 a month for the same service. Thrilled to be away from vzw!

      Verizon allowed someone to commit ***** on my account for months! Charging over 370 dlls on my bank on fraudulent charges! When I find out and call them to get my money back and the information of the criminal they been allowing to steal from me, they refuse to reimburse me the ****** dlls stolen from my bank! Also refuse to give me the information of the criminal that they allow to commit ***** on my account to take legal actions! Been on the phone with several departments of veryzon for long hours trying to resolve this matter, trying to get my money back! But they refuse to help me! Keep Hanging Up on me or just keep telling me lies! Be careful with this unethical and ******************* they are the ones stealing from the customers!!! Take a very close look at your phone bill and beware of all the Fraudulent charges they add to your account without your permission notr you finding out till it gets too much like they did to my account, I already sent Certified letters demanding to be reimbursed for all the money they stole from me and the information of the person they allowed to commit the ***** on my account so I can proceed legally! Still waiting! Be Aware Of Verizon!

      Verizon was a terrible experience. I switched carriers more than two weeks ago and I'm still trying to get them to close my account. I've talked multiple times to customer service. I got hung up on and received excuse after excuse. I'm still trying to close the account and version is blocking me from doing that.

      Do not do business with Verizon. They are deceptive, unwilling to pay back money when the mistake was made by them and will go back after giving you a "free upgrade" and say we have no record of that. Please avoid them at all costs. We ended up losing over ****** and I am only giving one star because I had to

      I have been a Verizon customer with a set monthly billing agreement of $154.55. Since November 2024, I have been consistently overcharged, with bills ranging from $158 to $182/month, totaling $147.46 in overcharges so far.Despite multiple attempts to resolve this through customer service, ********************** has refused to honor the agreed-upon billing amount or issue a credit for the overcharges. Ive now submitted a formal Notice of Dispute and am exploring additional steps to resolve the matter, including complaints to the *** and BBB, and potentially arbitration.I expected better from a company of this size and reputation. I hope Verizon takes responsibility and resolves this issue professionally.
