      Verizon overcharged my monthly bill twice in September and October by $400.00 due their cheating and lies they practice. I have complete proof that they lied and switched policy and services on me without my permission. I had ordered international calling for 14 days on two of my lines. I had agreed to pay $50 per line totaling $100.00. They put me on a recurring monthly charge which I did not ask them to do. They asked on their website for customers to enter the dates they will be using the service. I entered in July 20-August 3, 2022 that is 14 days. They charged me for 2 monthly billing cycles in the amount of $400 extra. I was told by one of their agents at the time I ordered the service that I would only be charged for half of one billing cycle. When I spoke to an agent again I was told they would lower my next bill by $50 to $188.00. When I checked today, my bill was up to ******. Verizon is creating the amount of money they want to charge. It is criminal how they steal. I don't want my credit ruined so I paid the unfair $400.00. I'm an elementary school teacher and I always pay my bills. I've been a great long standing customer and this is how they treat me. This is unacceptable. I want my money returned. I will pay what is fairly owed. For now, Verizon has unfairly broken my contract and stolen from me. Do not trust Verizon!

      haha verizon, total by verizon. bunch of crimals. i hope the BBB reads these and understands that they rip people off and get away with it. call the service center like i did and was told to call back over 4 calls and 3 hours still cant get a measly 45 buck refund bunch of a******* gimme a break. transferred me to coporate them oops disconnected me while on hold. yeah ok grow a pair. i will tell everyone and anyone that will listen that verizon is not worth a pot to **** in. have a good day.i was told i had to leave a star rating or it wouldnt let me post well here you go its a lie just like they do bc id give them a ******

      Network connectivity is unreliable. Sadly I've struggled to even connect with customer service due to the poor connection. Hard to communicate there's a problem when they can't hear me. I've dealt with an ongoing issue with a weak network connection for months. Resetting network, changing SIM cards, getting phone diagnositic completed....where's the actual solution??? False promises of billing adjustments or return phone calls from customer service to address the problem. I shouldn't have to call customer service so frequently. While seeking assistance they continue to try to up-sale me on other services. Why would I want anything else from Verizon when my basics don't work and no representative has been successful at addressing the my connection problem? Total disregard when I say I'm not interested in any additional services. I shouldn't have to repeat myself three times to communicate I'm not interested. I just want my phone to operate so I can connect with those I need to in a timely and efficient manner. What am I paying for?? Save yourself the hassle and consider other cell phone suppliers.

      We were customers of Verizon Wireless for about 15 years. We were locked into a long term arrangement with Verizon Wireless at excessively high prices due to monthly bills for replacement phones. We eventually switched to **** to reduce our monthly cost and to upgrade to 5G. **** also provided us funds to pay for the outstanding costs of our old 4G cell phones under Verizon Wireless. We thought we had closed out our Verizon Wireless account in August 2022 but received a bill for $5.35 via an unauthorized automated payment from our checking account. My wife had requested a close out billing for our account and they billed us $5.35 without disclosing that it would cost us to request the close-out bill. This is how Verizon Wireless treats long standing customers. We will never use their services again.

      Zero Stars. Verizon has lost all aspects of customer service. This is not towards any ******************** employee but towards the company as a whole. I purchased a new IPhone with insurance and unfortunately had it stolen 2 hours later. I went back to the Verizon store to find out the insurance actually takes 30 days before you can put a claim in.(never told this) The Verizon store said they couldn't help and had me call Verizon in the Verizon store. I was told by a supervisor, **** # *******, that they had the authority to bypass the 30 day period and would call me the next day. No call the next day. I called the day after and was told that **** would be calling me back shortly. No call. I then called the day after that only to be on and off of hold with Verizon for 4 hours! The hold time alone is enough to raise your blood pressure. I had another supervisor named *************** me everything was worked out and that she had assurion, the insurance company, on the other line ready to assist me. ***** explained that she would transfer me over but wasn't permitted to have all three of us on the line. Once I was transferred the assurion employee tells me she has no idea what was going on and it seemed like I was blind transferred because the Verizon representative didn't want to handle this any longer. Also found out, ***** lied about not being able to be on the call. I have been a Verizon customer for over 10 years, I have 3 ********************** business lines and 3 Verizon digital lines with internet. No customer loyalty. No customer service. Absolutely disgusting company.

      From the begging when switched my service from ******** I had problems and now after almost 11 months I gave up. I should never had switched services, just a nightmare. Days on the phone with costumer service with only promises. Just a nightmare. Lost almost $1200 with non professional customer service agents no knowledge. Left a star because could not leave none.

      Was promised no upgrade activation fee, was charged on 3 phones. Was promised $800 per line phone credit. Did not get monthly credit on bill. **** was over $200 more than budget. Plan and simple fraud

      Verizon has been charging me $60-$80 extra per month despite numerous calls to customer service. I have been promised a Nurses discount repeatedly, signed up 3 separate times including over the phone with a representative and have never received the discount. I was told to sign up again then wait 2-3 months for the discount to show up on my bill. Multiple calls later I am now told that I was given a "Loyalty" discount that negated the nurses discount. They promised a $200 loyalty card that I have yet to receive. Was guaranteed that my bill would be $120/month by both the sales person and customer service manager yet have never been charged less than $180, over $200 some months. Not sure how Verizon gets away with defrauding customers in this way.

      Verizon charged my credit card twice for a new phone purchase that I paid outright for (not on a payment plan), and I have yet to receive a refund for the additional charge. This occurred over 7 weeks ago and I have spent a minimum of ************************************************************************* person. Due to Verizons customer service structure, I have no way of receiving an update, so each time I call they open a new ticket / investigation and nothing is accomplished. Each phone call results in basically starting from square one. All I want is to be reimbursed for the nearly $800 that this company owes me.
