      I bought their services because I already had their internet plans and they said they would reduce my bill if I enrolled in mobile plans as well. They also promised a rebate for all individuals lines switched from another carrier would be $200 each. I returned apple watches and they have still been charging for the lines that I have returned. I never got my rebate cards back and on top my internet charges have not been credited. I am going to switch my carrier. This is pure scam and nonsense. Surprised to learn that their customer service is horrible and half the time they put me on hold and cant find a solution. Just give my money back and I will take my business elsewhere.

      Over the past 2 years, the quality of the signal and the Internet has become terrible.Customer service is a bot that can't help you in any way, and the service centers are staffed by people who do not understand what they are doing.

      I visited the virizon store at Kapiolani , I spoke with **** the manager and he is so rude and nasty they have really bad costumer service

      They have the worst customer service. Technical support needs to be more trained. Left me without service for over 3 days Technical support not knowing the reason why I was not having service but assured me it was not the phone (maybe because they did not want to get me a replacement). The phone was only 2 months old bought at Verizon. Galaxy 22 Ultra .Out of frustration at 4th day without service I changed to ******** and had to buy a new phone with ********. Days after that Verizon charged my credit card on file for the full cost of the phone taking no responsibility on their end of any part of the situation and did not ***** either any credit for the phone I traded in for the new phone only 2 months before. I feel stolen, frustrated and today I called to unlock the phone that I have been charged and paid for over $1000+ on my card and they said I can not even unlock it to sell it . In other words I have to sell it to another person that is obligated to connect to the worst customer service carrier "********************** " in order to work.I never left bad reviews but customers need to know that this carrier can't care less about them and they do not take any responsibility for their lack of good service and customer service as well.

      Now one of the worst companies in the **. Criminal billing procedures. Horrible over seas help desk. Deceptive billing. Their goal is to "cost creep" the customers bills. They change rate plans with out notification. Disgusting attitude toward customers.

      Returned phone for rebate July 2022 as instructed by Verizon. Provided gift card which was unable to use. Spoke via phone in Sept with multiple representives 3+ hours. Told by rep a supervisor corrected and rebate would post to account **** days. My follow up in October, no rebate issued, called support again, bumped 3 representatives over 1/2 hour time with same questions asked no resolution. Asked for corporate complaint address for written correspondance- was told to go to nearest Verizon store, ended call. Have returned equipment with no rebate via gift card or credit to account.

      Verizon is awful! I have had nothing but issue with them for a month! They keep s******* up my account and trying to force me to upgrade services by lying and saying they can't put it back to the previous plan. It's all a game to make people pay more money and add to their quota. Don't fall for their lies!! Refuse and miraculously someone will be able to fix it. I spent over 10 hours on the phone and chatting and was offered $20 for my time. Such a generous company! I only gave 1 star because zero wasn't allowed.

      Embezzlement at its finest! they sent me a bill for $1,950 because of a promotional plan that I was unaware I was on when I left them. When I paid off the cellphones they provided me in full. They literally are trying to embezzle $1,950 from me. All the while they are in possession of my cellphones that I traded in for the exact same phones due to the sales rep saying my phones will not work with the Verizon SIM card. Complete bs.?

      Be prepared if you switch away from Verizon if you dont pay them off immediately theyre gonna send you to collections and then your credit. I will never be a customer again. I paid off half of what I owed them for the old phones immediately and then Ive been paying monthly on the rest but apparently thats not good enough for them

      I responded to a Verizon promotion to have my I-phones upgraded for free . I returned 3 phones in perfect condition. I received notice they were received and in excellent condition. Version was going to bill my account and then credit it for 3 years until the $800.00 cost was accounted for. I understood this was their way to keep me with them for 3 years. No problem with that. My problem is I was billed every month but did not received the credits on my bill. I have called and spent hours trying to get this resolved. In the phone waiting to get someone to resolve this, again. Answering this promotion has cost me at least 5 hrs of my time and it is still not resolved.
