      Americas worst and most dishonest corporation. Absolutely worst I have ever dealt with. Verizon should be investigated for criminal business practices. If anyone out cancels there account beware of ongoing charges without any notification! I can't believe they are allowed to get away with this and when it comes to customer service, you are better off putting your message in a bottle and tossing in the ocean. The higher up you go the more insulting and despicable they are. I hope this will save someone from this blatant disregard of there customer service, and hours of useless attempts of resolution of unauthorized charges. Save your money and sanity. Find a company that values there customers. The same thing happened to the reviewer before me! And many other reviewers How is this allowed to keep happening? Investigate on your own your yo find out if this is true, because it doesn't seem our government is capable of protecting its citizens from these abusive and criminal activities. What bothers me most is most people won't read this till it happens to them! Good luck and stay away if you can.

      Terrible customer service, over charges, does not have great service everywhere, adds extra charges when you leave their service, and if you have multiple people on your line they cannot have access to the account. Most of the time I cannot understand the agents on the phone and their chat is not functional. I saved lots by switching and have better service in the areas I need. After I left Verizon I received in additional **** because they wanted to charge me for the military discount they gave. That is not right and is terrible for the company.

      We have had nothing but trouble with our Verizon account. Last month, my husband tried to cancel the data plan on our tablet. He had to do so online, and he was told it would be removed from the next ****. The charge still showed up the following month. When I called, I was told there is no record of that request. It will come off next month. The rep tried to be helpful, but she wasn't able to remove the charge. Verizon pushes customers to do everything through the app, but the app doesn't work! I wish I could switch carriers, but no other provider has reliable service in our rural area.

      I recently went through a rough time in my life. So I called Verizon to work with me on my **** and I agreed to pay $280.00. My payday comes and my employer messed up my hours, so I wasn't able to pay. Verizon disconnect my service and stated I had to pay $800 to reconnect and my entire **** is $1,000+. I spoke to an agent (the agents had a nasty belittling attitude) said I could pay the $280 but I still won't have sercive. I've been with Verizon for a while and now I'm forced to find a different company. How can a $280 **** go to $1000+? Because all the devices are paid for!!!

      My **** keeps increasing every month. Its currently over $20 more than what it should be. Called regarding the matter. Spoke to a representative, followed by a manager who said she will call me back 7/7/22 to discuss the result of the auscultation . Havent heard. My **** is due and its yet again even higher than the month before.

      Read the fine print. The no contract is not true. You port your number to another carrier and they will want to charge you $70-$80 per line. They may negate some of that cost but it can be $80 a line. They were not any help on their support line, and they ********** too much for what they do. Would not recommend to anybody. Overcharging And not getting what I paid for every month was not fun. My Internet was throttled while paying for unlimited. Low bandwidth where I could not even open the Verizon app. No help, no love.

      I have a complain against an employee ******* Schefel who is an Verizon employee at **********************************************************************************************. He refused to take the return device because it seems he didnt want to have anything to do with my husband. My husband had my id and statement and still be refused to take the device. He kept being rude and refused to listen to me on the phone and my husband.who was present in the store. We were told to drop off the device rather then mail it out because it wasnt picked up and late. I was not expecting this kind of attitude and behavior from a Verizon employee specially working the customer service **********************. I want to know if any action is taken against him because the store has really bad reviews. Verizon is a well established name and there employees should portray the company. We have been treated better even at *********

      Horrible customer service the wrong phone line was disconnected in the middle of my business meeting. No supervisors help, and think that a $45 credit is enough after dealing with problems due to this for a total of almost 41/2 hours of my time! I requested for corporate no supervisors help, was even hung up on! Verizon has the worst customer service.

      I was eligible for an upgrade. Verizon has a special if you turn your damaged phone you get $700 credit. I send my phone. Was inspected and I was told I was eligible. 2 months later I get back chargers and they tell me was because my phone was damaged. Really?? I called customer service. A young woman hand no clue how to do her job. 1:45 minutes latter on the phone with her. She said she was going to submit an email and they will look into my situation. She said shell get back to me 15 days later. I asked to get my phone back, she said there is no way getting your phone. So Verizon got my phone to resale and charged me full price for my upgrade. Verizon you used to be the best but now you are thieves. Where is my phone???

      I asked for the least expensive plan they signed me up for the most expensive one. I tried to get it changed I was on the phone for hours upon hours people would say they were going to call me back and never would. Their customer service people have no idea what they are doing and their services are c***
