      Corporate customer service needs a severe upgrade. Switched to Verizon from ******  I was overcharged $1100+ dollars on my first ****. When alerted the amount, I contacted them immediately as it clearly was an error on their part. That was two weeks ago and I followed instructions given. The amount was automatically deducted from my checking account anyway as they never turned off the autopay. Spent 53 minutes on the phone today again, only to receive a text that I would be credited for $107.10. $900 less than what was owed. Called back again today and the customer service rep has no idea what to do. Now awaiting a call from a Manager. Let's see if that ever happens. I have spent over 3 hours of my time asking for an $1000+ refund for a mistake they made. Are you kidding me? Sorry I ever switched over to them already.

      If I could give this company 0 stars I would. First of all, they do random credit checks without your permision which is illegal. Secondly they dont care if you pay your **** on time every month. They will reduce your spending limit for no reason. They dont care if you are a loyal customer. This company is going down hill. Must be the corporate greed from the CEOs getting their million dollar raises. **************** is NEVER any help. I dont even think they use actual humans anymore. No wonder thay have such POOR reviews.

      I ordered a phone from Verizon din not use it or activate it. After one day I returned the phone.. I was charged over two hundred dollars for the phone for one month of service that I didnt use. I have tried to get it straight but I keep talking to someone working at home. I am very dissatisfied.

      I have been a customer with ********************** for 5+ years. I cannot digitally update my card information to make a payment to maintain my service. I have spent 3 hours on the line and goin to the store just to be told that there is no resolution to this issue.Once I finally reached a supervisor( after being told there isn't one and one would call me back and did not) he couldn't update my information manually either. They are not helpful. They do not care about my business or my loyalty and the automated systems in place including directories to corporate office contact are all not real. This is absurd. So, If you are a normal person and change your debit card or payment methods over time there is no way to pay your **** other than driving down to the verizon store monthly. Also, you will be treated as if you are just a number. What a joke.

      This has to be the WORST F****** COMPANY around!! How do you let someone buy 7k worth of items offline with no verification? Its harder to buy world of warcraft gold for 60$. If i could give 0 stars i would.

      Still waiting. It has been four days since my IPhone 7 stopped working. Some glitch. We have a business plan with 6 lines and I have been a customer of ******************** for over twenty years. Made a deal for 5 new phones four days ago. It took two days for the phones to come. Called to authenticate and it was the usual offshore customer service. They are very polite and read from a script. Yes, Yes your phone will be working within 2 hours. I had service for four hours went to sleep and in the morning the phone wasn't working. Oh sorry there appears to be corrupted setup and a switch. Two days later I am still waiting and a new story that the only way it can be fixed is by customer service emailing an offshore entity. What ??????

      I am disappointed that when I contact them to update my credit card information I do not receive a confirmation. I am also disappointed that there is no option to talk to a person. I think that if a company notifies you that you need to update your credit card information that process should be handled in an efficient and courteous manner and one should not be left hanging, wondering whether or not the change was successful or not. I assume that if my phone gets shut off next month that will serve as my confirmation.

      My husband and I went to a corporate Verizon store to upgrade our phone, we picked out the phones we wanted which were $799, the girl said they didn't have them so she led us to a phone that was the same only larger in size so we took it, she said her printer would not print the **** so she would email it. We went over to the *** in the store and they took $409 from my acc.When we got home I printed the **** which showed the phones were $1100 a piece, so I went back 2 days later to return them and get other phones, they refunded $134 right then and there, so I asked him, what about the other $275, he said you will have to wait 7 to 10 days for that, I have since then been around and around with several operators who tell me it should be in your acc in 2hrs, 5hrs, 2 days, 3days, and here it is 2 months later, and they could never give me a reason or explanation for why they're keeping my money. $275 may not seem like a lot to some people but I live paycheck to paycheck, and I need my money.

      Buyer beware. Masters of "Bait and Switch". Signed up for program affordable to my wife and I. Literally a few weeks later cost increases over 11% due to "operational costs". So much for the 3 yr contract agreement.
