We ordered a table with Little Rustic shop on 8/23/24. We were told it would be ready 3 weeks from date of payment. Gave our $450 deposit. Decided to order 8 chairs to go with table on or around 9/11/24. Was asked to pay in full $1258. We paid it. After 3 additional weeks of waiting, we never heard from them, so we followed up only to find out the dining set was not ready. From that day on, it had been extended date, after extended date, excuse after excuse,horrible lack of communication until we reach out. Each and every time our date is extended. It is now 5/21/24. The last email we received on April 29th said it will be ready in 2-3 weeks. Have not heard from them at all and do not have the table or chairs after 9 months of waiting and now we are exploring recovery options for the $1708 they have of our money and refuse to refund for NO GOOD REASON. When we tried to dispute this transaction, it is clear they are scamming people out of their money. We are so upset and need that money!!!Initial Complaint

Payed this business via ***** $1,547 for a dinning room table to be built January 21, 2024. Was given an estimated completion of Mid March 2024. Upgraded desired table legs February 8, 2024 for $200 via *****, with same estimated completion date. March comes around and the business owner continually makes excuses as to why table is not completed and pushes back delivery date weekly. April 29, 2024- still have not received the table. Filed for refund on *****, notified owner to cancel and refund order- he did not respond. ***** declined the refund because the owner uploaded false documents showing a tracking number and delivery that was edited so he would not have to reimburse me. The tracking number is fake and was never provided to me, only uploaded to the dispute on *****. Escalated the issue with ***** and will take civil action if I’m not reimbursed. This company has countless bad reviews for the exact same reason and some people aren’t getting their money back at all. This company is literally robbing and blocking people. They need to be investigated and shut down. Attached are screenshots of conversations with the company on Facebook marketplace. I purchased a custom dining room table and buffet in May 2022. I was told it would take 10-12 weeks to fulfill my order. I had to follow-up multiple times with multiple reschedules. I finally got my ordered delivered in February 2023. The table was the incorrect height and neither the table or buffet was quality product. The table had removable extensions that were unsturdy, the table top began to separate, and the buffet doors were made with plywood and did not stain appropriately. We went back and forth for months but finally agreed on how to correct my complaints in August 2023. I was told 3 weeks for the corrected products. Again, after multiple follow-ups and reschedules, I sent my final email on 10/31/2023. I told them they had until the end of November to fulfill my requests or I would file a claim in small claims court. They NEVER responded to this email. Most of our conversations are documented in email. I attempted to dispute with my credit card but lost the dispute due to the fact that they were able to provide evidence of me signing and accepting delivery in May 2023. However, the evidence they provided was not the version I signed. I signed a version that stated they needed to correct the table height but that was not able to be retrieved. An order was placed on 12/1/22 with an estimated delivery of 12-16 weeks. Since May 2023 it has been excuse after excuse as to why my order cannot be completed. The most recent communication was 12/13/23 stating that it will now be into the New Year before my order is complete. I asked for a refund and was told no. I contacted my bank to dispute and was told it needed to be done within 2 billing cycles of the charge being made.Initial Complaint

We purchased a table from The Little Rustic Shop on December 30th, 2021. We received the table on June 28th, 2022– after The Little Rustic Shop rescheduled delivery dates multiple times with us. Within two weeks, the wood was splitting and the overall quality of the table was diminishing. They had delivered a faulty table. We contacted The Little Rustic Shop when we noticed the damage, and was told that pine, the material of the table, contracts and retracts during the hot months and to wait it out over the summer to see how the table looks in the fall. We complied, however the damage continued to get worst. The Little Rustic shop finally agreed to pick up the table to complete repairs and return the table back to us. After multiple attempts in getting a pick up date, they finally picked up the table on June 27th, 2023. While the shop was picking up the table, I had them sign a written contract agreeing to correcting the issues with the table and delivering back to us. Since then, we have not received our table back. We have had multiple phone and text conversations with The Little Rustic Shop, and have received the following delivery dates:
- First week of August 2023
- First 2 weeks of September 2023
- October 6th, 2023
- October 11th, 2023
- Week of November 13th, 2023
- November 22, 2023
- Week of December 18th
To date, we still have not received our table and we have have requested a full refund which The Little Rustic shop has refused on multiple occasions.Initial Complaint

Transaction date: 07JUL2023 Ordered a bench and a kitchen island. Was told it would be ready in six weeks. Every time I called I was told it would be a few more weeks. I was contacted by them exactly one time since I made the purchase to tell me it would take more time. It is now more than five months, and after reading the other complaints about this company I felt it was time to formalize my issue. I am just thankful I have not yet purchased the quartzite slab for the top of the island. At this point, I am over the whole thing and want either the money back ($1,062) or the furniture, I don't care which.Initial Complaint

Paid little rustic shop $1,525.50 to build a custom kitchen island and stools. The original order was placed 12/5/22 with some changes on 1/2/23. The project was to be completed within 6-8 weeks. Ordered a kitchen Island 1/23 with a completion/delivery time frame set for the middle of April (2023). It is now Nov. (2023) and we still do not have our Island. The company has canceled several delivery windows and usually does not communicate unless prompted. They will not provide a refund and have stated they are using new order money to pay for other orders, so they cannot refund me. They directed me to contest the charge with my CC company, but it’s been too long to cancel. They’re essentially running a scam and defrauding unsuspecting customers.Initial Complaint

I ordered a bar on Mar 9th (order number ****) paid through Shop Pay and was told it would be complete in July. On 7/3/23 I was told my order would be done 7/10/23. On 7/10/23 I was told order not ready and would be complete no later then 8/1/23. On 7/21/23 I was 8/1/23 is still the date on 8/3/23 I asked for delivery date & was told not new date. 8/9/23 I was told order would be done week of 8/28/23. On 8/30/23 I was told order not complete. On 8/31/23 was given another date of 9/18/23. On 9/18/23 order still not complete and told no later then 9/29/23 and would start assembly of the product next week. on 9/25/23 was told product not done and would give me another date. As of 10/5/23 I have no product or refund. On 9/27/23 I was told they would refund me but it would take weeks due to issues their business was going through. They stated they are really behind on projects but they continue to take new orders and money from other customers. They continue to advertise products for sale in their warehouse. I have continued to ask for a refund but continued to get told they cannot give me a date when I will get my money back. I believe this business is scam and fraud.Initial Complaint

Paid in full for 2 custom pieces on Feb 13 2023. Lead time was 16 weeks. It is now September 11 and I cannot get a straight answer out of the office manager. I was told I cannot have a refund because the items are in production
