      On Monday, April 3rd, 2023, I sent my ********* gift card to CardCash, a cash transaction website that allows gift cards to be exchanged for cash. The policy of CardCash states that once they receive your gift card to their processing center, you will receive the cash out payment to your bank account in 1-2 business days. Their is also a $1 transaction fee that is charged to your bank account and is credited back to your account once ********************** receives the gift card. On Wednesday, April 5th, 2023, the $1 transaction fee was credited back to my bank account. At this point, the transaction to receive the payout from the gift card is 1-2 business days. I was to receive $17 from the gift card value, which is originally $20, but you pay a percentage less for the service CardCash provides. As of today, I still have not received the payout of $17 from the gift card. I did contact customer support on Friday, April 7th, 2023. The agent stated that I would need to wait a few more days. To date, it is now been one week since CardCash shoud have received the gift card and I should have received the money to my bank account on Friday, April 7th. I would like to know what is going on and to have CardCash give me the $17 as promised.

      I wanted to sell a 150 Lowes gift card on the site. After submitting the cards number and pin I found out it would take several days to get payment. I thought it was instant so I cancelled the transaction using their cancel button. Within the time I submitted the card and cancelled, it had been used and emptied. The company wont even look into the matter stating that because I cancelled, its not their problem.

      I am rejecting this response because:  I already did reach out the the merchant.  The card was used for a purchase just a few minutes after I gave your company the account and PIN number for the gift card.  Only myself and your company had access to those numbers.   If your company did not withdrawl then its entirely possible someone from your company took the info and used it personally. Because I did not make any orders.

      The card has not been used or resold by CardCash.

      Company effectively stole a $2000 gift card. They agreed to pay $1620 for it. I mailed it to them via priority mail. They held the card for 3 weeks before deciding not to move forward with the transaction. I followed up to see when the card would be returned to me and they have not done so. Each day for a week they claim I will receive a tracking number as it will be mailed back to me. It has not happened. They have an offsite call center and will not provide a contact number for the ********** office. They backed out of the deal and will not return my property to me.

      On 2/9/2023 I went on the CardCash website to get a quote on two ********** gift cards. One was for $200 and the other was for $150. I was required to enter the card and pin numbers to get the quote. I left their website without completing any transactions. On 3/16/2023 I tried using the $150 gift card at ********** and discovered that there was a $0 balance. After checking the $200 card it also had a $0 balance. I sent CardCash an email on 3/20/2023 and their reply asked for the gift card numbers which I provided. I never heard back. I called CardCash customer service on 3/27/2023 and was told to call ********** to find out who had redeemed the gift cards. I called ********** and they told me that they were unable to do that. They also told me that "You've probably been scammed." For the record, since I received the gift cards they have been stored in a file cabinet in my home and only I have access to them. The one and only time I shared the gift card numbers was when I placed them on the CardCash website. And even though I never completed any transactions, any time that I went back on the Cardcash website my gift card information was still there. I see now on other complaints that this is not an isolated problem.

      I sold Bloomingdales gift card to CardCash (Order# *******) in the amount of $223.55. CardCash had me input the card number on their website and then verified the balance. Then I wasx told that I had to physically mail it to them which I did. On February 10th 2023 I received email from them that my order was accepted, balance verified and payment sent in form on another vendor gift card. Everything good so far. Almost a month later, March 9th I receive an email from CardCash (representative ******) that I have a balance on my account to cover Bloomingdales gift card that I sold to them.because it was used. I have had that card for a long time and never used it. No one else has access to it. The only place I ever inputed gift card number was on CardCash website and then sent them the physical gift card. So either your website security is so poor that someone was able to gain access to the number OR someone at CardCash had access to it after receiving the physical gift card OR whoever you sold it to fraudulently filed a claim but you decided to go after the seller. Now a month later CardCash reaching out because somehow you messed up, just isnt right. Representative said that their "proprietary" fraud detection and KYC measures detected this. I am not sure what KYC measures CardCash is talking about as all you have is my name, address and email address. Finally threatening collections agency on top of this just shows the kind of business you are. I should have looked at these reviews here (as this seems to be a common theme) before doing business with CardCash so thats on me, but still wont let you take advantage.

      Thank you for your response. So according to your response physical card was used at physical Bloomindales location in ** on March 2nd (03/02).

      I sold the physical card to you on your website on February 3rd. Card was accepted by you, verified and payment sent to me on February 10th.

      If the physical card was in your possession on February 10th (according to your confirmation emails to me) - how could I have uses the physical card in the store on March 2nd?

      So please next time investigate further and maybe refine your "fraud prevention system" a bit before you blame someone. Time to either look in your company as to who used it OR investigate the buyer who bought the card and fraudulently claimed it was used.

This transaction occurred before our buyer purchased it from our site. Just to reiterate, Bloomingdales cards can be redeemed without the need of the physical card.

      I bought 2 gift cards totaling $120 in value ($97.56 purchase price) order number ******* on 12/12/2022. They had a zero balance on 01/23/23 (42 days later) when it was attempted to use them. I reported this problem, but was told since the report occurred after the 45 day guarantee period there was nothing they could do. I want my money returned.

      Over the last two years, every single gift card purchased for BJs restaurant chain at CardCash has resulted in a zero balance upon attempting to use it. These were purchased at the CardCash site at anywhere from a 5 to 20% discount. Three of these purchases were gift cards sent his gift to others who were embarrassed and offended and still laugh at me for sending them a zero balance gift card and just last night. My own purchase came up zero balance. This is a continuing trend related to BJs restaurants in CardCash and there are multiple incidents of people reporting it. I would like to know how it happens and how I can ever feel safe dealing with CardCash or BJs restaurants again even the manager at the BJs restaurant I was at last night so that card cash is routinely act cards are resold after the numbers are put out and they dont know how to do anything about it how can this occur?

      Sold my $25 ********* gift card to CASHCARD...they gave me an offer of $19.50 I accepted...they then charged my paypal.com account for $1.00. I did not receive any payment for the card, I emailed them and they said the card is not valid THis is after they told me it was worth $19.50 and charged my paypal account $1.00. I complained, and they did not answer several emails. No Reponse. WHy did they carge my paypal, and tell me it was worth $19.50 if it was invalid??

      This company asked for the serial number on the card, and then sent me a notice thru email that they would offer me $19.50 for the ********* card. **** then charged my paypal account $1.00. **** gave me no notice of any invalid problem, I had to ask what the status was myself with NO correspondence from the company.  If the number was no valid, why charge my paypal account and send me notice of what theywould pay....AFTER I disclosed the card number. Very unfair.If it is not valid...do not charge the paypal account.
