This company is sketchy to put it nicely.Sold them two $10 Panera gift cards on 1/4/23, payment was promised within 1 to 2 business days of approval.It has now been about a week since they "accepted" the sale. Still no payment made. To say I'm frustrated would be putting it lightly as now I couldn't even use the gift cards if they decided to never pay for them. 1/6/2023 order #******* cardcash used the gift card i sent them before they even received it. After mailing it to them i checked balance and it was 0$ instead of $50.My bank also told me that cardcash tried unsuccessfully to hack into my account twice. They answered the *secret questions* incorrectly the first time. The second hack attempt they tried changing my password.All of the acts above are criminal, and they still owe me the promised offer $41 With the 1000's of scam complaints and reviews against this company I want to know how the BBB and all authorities can allow them to remain in business all these years!!Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: The business is lying, i am the **ONLY** one who had card before mailing to business.Cardcash has used that same answer 1000's of times in BBB's complaint postings, almost EVERY single one !!
They also **forgot ** to answer the hacks and attempted hacks of my FNB bank account complaint.
My bank has told me that if i decide to file a criminal complaint that they will back me up with the proof documentation of the two (2) account hacks.
Cardcash can either send me a check for my $41.00 or be prosecuted in their Courthouse!!

I sold a gift card on 12/21 used PayPal because they said it was an instant payment and I still have not received my money. I tried contacting customer service on Friday 12/23 and they said to give them that day and I would have money and I still dont. On December 20, 2022, as well as on November 25, 2022, and one prior time, CardCash sold me discounted gift cards that have no PIN number. They are therefore unuseable. I gave CardCash the opportunity to immediately cancel the transaction, and they refused to do so. As a result, a substantial portion of their business consists of selling worthless cards which cannot be accessed, and then refusing refunds despite the worthlessness of the card being clear from the face of what they sold. This is no different than a business selling an item and never sending it. It's consumer fraud under most state statutes.Business Response

I purchased a gift card for Grubhub from CardCash with a value of $35, which was confirmed when I received it. When I tried to use it for an order (online of course), I wasn't able to because the card was already connected to another email account. I told CardCash about this and all they will say is that I tried to use it outside of their 45 day guarantee. The guarantee on their website says NOTHING about this situation. It only addresses card balances. So far, I have been stonewalled by this company and they will not take any responsibility. I feel that they need to verify issues like this before selling these cards.Business Response

On December 8, I started a transaction to trade a $100 Hot Topic gift card to CardCash. Before starting the transaction, I confirmed the balance using the Hot Topic verification system. After I provided all the information necessary to CardCash, I was offered $73.50 for the Hot Topic gift card in exchange for a ********** gift card. I decided to check the order status on my account. Upon checking my account, I noticed that the transaction was canceled. I received no notification that it was cancelled and was confused. The order number for this transaction is *******. I reached out to support, and was told the transaction was cancelled due to it only having a $1.00 balance on the card. So, its apparent that CardCash took the value of my card and provided me with nothing. Now I am without exchange for the card, and I also lost the ability to use the card. I have been doing business with CardCash for years. I have sold them many gift cards with no issues. The last 2 cards I tried to sell to them were declined for NO reason. When I called about the first decline, ******* gave me a generic statement of "the system" picked this up as high risk. Yes, I have sold a larger number of cards recently .These cards I have had for a while and am now trying to sell to get holiday money. The credit card I have on file with them is in excellent standind and there have been no issues with previous cards sold. The company is now refusing to do business with me for NO reason. My PayPal account is also in excellent standing. The reps also claim there are no supervisors there to talk to. If some would listen and understand instead of just going by a computer "flag". This company does not care and it makes NO sense. I want to be able to sell my remaining cards with no probles.Business Response
