      This company sent an *** to an account that was closed YEARS ago and is refusing to help me track the **** Their customer support does not care that they have my product and my money. It has been 6 weeks of asking for help with no solution, no *** tracking, and I think they are lying about the *** being returned. The account they sent the money to hasn't existed in several years now, it should have been bounced back immediately.

      I sold them my ******* giftcard that had $38.38 an they said they would give me $32 an my giftcard has $0 on it an I didn't receive my money

      I keep getting FLAGGED , my cards are valid and I did supply valid receipts for them. I need to know what has started this Flagging issue.

      Thank you for reviewing my issue here today.
      My order and previous order was declined or flagged and I literally don’t understand why. These are perfectly good gift cards that have not been used at all. Why do you guys keep flagging or declining my orders? Should I even bother selling my gift cards to CardCash anymore? If so please let me know. Am I banned or suspended from using your platform to sell my gift cards? Again, please let me know. At this point, this is getting ridiculous and I am wasting my time and yours if all you’re going to do is flag or decline any order I submit. I enjoy using CardCash and think it is a great alternative to selling my unused or somewhat used gift cards that still have value to them.

      The order has been declined by our fraud system and cannot be processed . Unfortunately, there is a lot of fraudulent activity in the secondary gift card market and we, therefore, must take extra precautions to avoid any issues. Any order that is flagged as high risk is canceled. We recommend you try placing another order with a different method of payment though we cannot guarantee it will go through.

      On 9.13.2024 I submitted a target gift card. On 9.15 I received an email stating that my gift card could not be processed. Which was weird because I have sold multiple cards to card cash. I then went to check my balance a couple days later and my balance was at zero. I called card cash right away and they stated they would have no way of using my card which is a lie because when you submit your card for review you have to provide all of the card info. The gift card was for 330 dollars which is a lot of money to be out of. I will escalate this as much as possible. This company is a scam. My gift card is denied with no explanation then all of a sudden my gift card is at zero ? Ridiculous

      I sold a $100 TicketMaster gift card to CardCash. I was suppose to receive verification and payment within 3 business days. After 5 days of my order being “processed” the chat agent told me he would need to get back to me. Right after the chat I received an email that the gift card was invalid. I checked the card and it was now invalid with Ticketmaster. CardCash liquidated the card and failed to pay me as agreed.

      Name Half Price Books gift cards Value $20.00, $20.00, and $40.00 Order #*******, *******, and ******* Date 8/29/2024 I never got them in the mail. I contacted them on Sept 16. They said they will be mailed. I never got them. I contacted them on October 1 for a refund because 100% Risk Free 45 Day Money Back Guarantee on All Discounted Gift Cards. They are stalling on it. I contacted them again on Oct 6. And another stalling, claiming that I saw the numbers of 1 of the 3 gift cards, but I needed and was looking for the order details. I'm not going to use it. I asked for the physical cards as promised.

      I placed an order to sell 2 gift cards to this company. I mailed both gift cards in the same envelope. The company now claims that they never received one of my gift cards, even though both were in the same envelope. Theyre refusing to pay me for the second gift card (value is $500) and since theyve lost it, I cant get it back. This company is a scam and theyre deceptive.       I purchased Celebrity Cruise Gift Cards on May 23, 2024 and May 24, 2024. I tried to use these gift cards on June 24, 2024 and discovered they were invalid. The cards I received from Card Cash have a 13-digit number. After speaking to a Celebrity Cruise representative, I was informed that Celebrity Gift cards should have a 16-digit number, expiration date, and CVV. ********************** has a "100% guarantee that every gift card you purchase from CardCash will be valid at the merchant and for the dollar amount specified on your order for a full 45 days from the date of purchase." I filed a claim on June ******* with CardCash both online and through their customer service department. I have been trying since then to get updates on this refund with no success. I was asked, first by a CardCash representative on July ******, and again by a different representative on August 6, 2024, to send a letter to ******************************** stating that I would not copy, alter or make use of the gift cards in my possession (not that they even work anyhow). They both stated this was needed in order to process the refund. I complied on both occasions and have continued to reach out to see the refund status, but have received no response.

In response to the BBB inquiry, CardCash HAS refunded me the 2185$ for order *******, however, the refund for order ******* for 7429$ still remains unrefunded. We are asking that CardCash refund us for Order ******* for 7429$ that we filed a claim for.

      In response to questions received from Card Cash- I attempted to use the e-giftcards to book new bookings with Celebrity Cruises. (A large family trip). When I went to apply a gift card to the first booking online, the Celebrity site asks for a 16 digit number, CVV and expiration date. The *************************** I received through CardCash only have a 13 digit number. I then called Celebrity Cruises to get help with the booking and I was told by their customer service representative that there should be a 16 digit number, CVV and date. I immediately followed up with Card Cash to report this discrepancy and get a refund during your 45-day guarantee period.
